The
hotel
is
categorised
under
4-star
category
in
Google
Maps
and
unfortunately
it
is
nowhere
close
to
it.
Though
the
facility
looks
chic
with
good
interiors
and
looks
but
a
lot
is
left
to
be
desired.
Check-in:
The
check-in
at
the
facility
was
super
smooth
and
the
staff
was
quick
with
all
the
process
of
checking
us
in.
Hotel
staff
had
been
courteous
and
checking
in
advance
of
our
arrival
status.
However
in
this
pandemic
phase
there
was
no
check
on
the
vaccination
status
or
checking
of
Aarogya
Setu
app
which
is
mandated
at
several
public
places.
This
quite
bothered
me
as
I
had
to
check
in
at
my
own
peril.
Rooms:
The
rooms
were
clean
and
neatly
arranged.
On
our
request
a
complimentary
bed
was
also
provided
instantly.
However
we
were
hugely
disappointed
to
see
the
quality
of
bathrooms.
The
bathrooms
were
poorly
maintained.
Use
of
substandard
cleaning
methods
were
clearly
evident
from
the
quality
of
bathroom
wall
tiles
and
ceramic
sanitary
ware.
They
were
heavily
scratched
and
the
stains
accumulated
hard
water
stains.
Same
was
the
case
with
the
bathroom
fittings.
Scratched,
faded
and
old
with
the
use
of
abrasives
for
cleaning.
Even
the
ceramic
cups
for
the
tea
and
coffee
placed
in
the
rooms
were
scratched
inside
out.
We
even
noticed
the
bed
linen
was
torn
and
worn
out
at
multiple
places
of
the
sheet.
Dining:
The
dining
area
is
spacious
and
they
have
buffet
service.
The
variety
of
items
they
serve
in
the
buffet
are
quite
decent
for
the
amount
we
pay.
Taste
wise
there
is
nothing
great
to
write
home
about.
Food
taste
is
quite
ok.
Parents
of
infants
please
note
that
there
is
no
crib
available
for
putting
your
baby
to
lie
down
while
you
could
dine.
You
may
have
to
either
take
turns
to
dine
with
your
family
or
partner
or
place
your
baby
in
a
makeshift
crib
on
chair.
The
staff
are
courteous
to
help
you
in
making
this
arrangement.
However
no
issues
for
toddlers
as
there
are
high
chairs
available.
This
was
a
disappointment
we
had
to
face
while
dining
at
the
common
area.
Check-out
and
Valet:
Check
out
process
was
smooth
and
it
was
handled
in
no
time.
Valet
service
was
also
efficient
and
our
car
was
at
the
exit
porch
without
much
delay.
Overall:
The
staff
were
courteous
and
always
helpful.
They
were
quick
to
attend
to
your
requests.
Disappointment
was
the
quality
of
the
maintenance
of
the
rooms
and
bathroom.
In
a
nutshell,
the
hotel
management
need
to
reconsider
if
they
are
able
to
keep
up
with
the
4-star
standards.
