The
hotel
management
at
Gowtham
Hotel
on
Avinashi
Road
is
the
worst
I
have
ever
experienced.
The
manager,
named
Praveen,
who
is
in
charge,
is
a
very
pathetic
person.
I
don't
know
how
they
selected
him
as
manager,
considering
he
has
zero
qualifications
in
hotel
management.
His
approach
towards
clients
is
too
rude
and
disrespectful.
The
way
he
communicates
with
clients
is
excessively
harsh,
and
there
is
no
proper
response
from
their
side.
If
there
were
an
option
to
rate
it
zero,
I
would
prefer
it
over
one.
Remember
the
name
Praveen,
who
is
the
worst
manager
ever.
I
suggest
staying
somewhere
else
rather
than
Gowtham
Hotel
because
of
the
manager's
behavior
towards
clients'
requests.
The
rating
is
currently
4.3+,
I
strongly
believe
that
this
is
a
paid
review;
otherwise,
they
would
get
1
or
2
maximum
because
of
the
kind
of
service
they
provide.
Replying
to
the
response
for
the
review:
I
am
willing
to
wait
for
20
or
30
minutes.
However,
the
issue
lies
in
the
manner
in
which
he
communicated;
his
tone
and
choice
of
words
lacked
formality.
Instead
of
politely
requesting
us
to
wait
until
the
bill
cleared
from
the
Paytm
side,
he
treated
us
as
though
we
were
unable
to
pay,
despite
my
submission
of
all
the
proofs
indicating
that
the
money
had
been
debited
from
my
account.
I
asked
him
to
call
Paytm
customer
care
to
confirm
the
payment,
but
he
declined,
choosing
instead
to
retreat
to
his
cabin
without
addressing
our
concerns,
even
though
we
had
been
waiting
for
more
than
20
minutes.
Later,
I
discovered
that
many
other
customers
had
faced
similar
issues
before,
and
he
mentioned
having
dealt
with
such
situations
by
involving
the
police.
When
I
suggested
calling
the
police,
he
simply
walked
away
without
responding
to
us.
It's
disappointing
to
have
someone
in
a
managerial
position
who
lacks
basic
customer
service
skills
and
understanding
of
the
technologies
used
in
your
hotel.
My
humble
request
is
to
consider
hiring
someone
who
is
proficient
in
both
customer
service
and
technology.
