Chentur Park in Coimbatore was less than satisfactory. The lack of water supply in the rooms is definitely a major issue, and it's unfortunate that the staff was not able to resolve it promptly. Waiting until midnight for a basic amenity like water is unacceptable, especially when you have already paid for the room. The lack of prompt service continued throughout your stay, with your request for a bottle of water not being fulfilled until the next morning. The rooftop bar service staff's refusal to post your bills to our room and giving the explanation that the guests were not gentlemen was also insulting and unprofessional. The management needs to take steps to train their staff to provide a better experience for their guests. Our experience at Hotel Chentur Park in Coimbatore was a nightmare. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful property and location was marred by poor service and basic amenities issues. Hopefully, the management takes your feedback into consideration and makes improvements for future guests

Service of this hotel is third class. Nobody even ready to listen. Rude behaviour of staff. Not recommended at all for North Indians. Food quality is worst. Rooms also stink. Overall zero rating. Stayed for one day than checked out. Very bad.

Since no negative rating forced to give poor. One of the worst hotel this is basis behaviour of staffs. This itself had one of the worst unpleasant experience and hence I was forced to cancel the stay which I booked thru MAKE MY TRIP. There are many hotels near AIRPORT and hence I will not recomend any1 to go to this hotel basis worst behaviour of staffs, as they do not know even how to speak to customers on call. Suggest their management ensure spending quality training to their staffs before getting into On Job, or else for sure you will loose lot of bookings like this and Customers too.

Worst service. Very expensive not worth for money (paid INR 8500 for half day) when compared to their service. No proper cleaned rooms, few blood drops on the bed and mattress. Room service is really worst. We need to call atleast 10 times for getting basic things. We must ask for each and everything otherwise they won't provide any items. Restaurant tastes is ridiculous. You have to order food atleast before 2 hours. If you order dinner at 7 you will be served around 9. If you questioned them their answer is very blind. Their work not even worth to single star. Even lodges will give better service. Don't believe buy mentioned as 3 star hotel. They should learn how other 3 star hotels run and offers services to the customers. Better they must be get raid by government or concern authority to check their billings that satisfy the work and service. Sure shot they will be caught.

Location was near to airport and easy accessible. But main pain point was parking they have a very tight parking in the basement and felt the price they mentioned was at the 4star hotel level but reality of hotel was not same. Should give full credit to their service though. Asusual restaurant food was costly.Overall a good place for family to stay for a night.

They will charge you even for water bottles. MRP is 20 Rs and they will charge you double the amount. Very poor food to add. And stinking rooms with lots of noise from outside. If we inform them about anything, they don't care. Please avoid this hotel!

Got Booked in a Jacuzzi suite bad maintenance no massage chair working properly, Jacuzzi not working then they shifter us to another room. Jacuzzi has cockroaches and non cleaned, In a single word Excellent Equiped hotel and rooms but no maintenance. Breakfast was really good than expected. Kindly improve maintenance.

Good atmosphere and well maintained room. Interior was good. Very good restaurant at the ground floor. But I dont suggest rooftop service where there is no proper menu and staff's refusal to post your bills to our room and they are unprofessional.

Had the worst experience at this hotel. I traveled with five colleagues and we arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day of work and travel. However, when we got to our rooms, we discovered that there was no water in the washrooms. We immediately informed the hotel staff, but they just kept giving excuses and extending the timeline for resolution of the issue. We had no choice but to vacate in the middle of the night without even spending a night there. It was a huge inconvenience and a waste of our time and money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest finding another place to stay that values their guests and provides basic necessities like water.

I booked through online and called them and informed that we are coming for my wife delivery , me and she only travelling . Once we reached the hotel around 11PM , the hotel staff SUBASH denied to give the room because of the online rate difference, night 11 PM I’m standing with my wife in her last few days of delivery, he spoke very harsh and bad in front of hotel staffs , I travelled so many countries and met many people around the around , but never seen a heart less ppl like this Perosn Subash , important thing is after I reserved online I made a call and confirm the booking. Very very worst day in my life and for wife .. we stand in road around 11.30 PM in this situation. Kindly avoid this hotel for family stay , it won’t be safe and safety for women , kids .

One of the best hotels in Coimbatore to stay within a good budget (great ROI). The rooms are super clean and well maintained, location is 5 mints walk from Coimbatore airport. But the response of staff is very slow, seems they are not paid well and feel demotivated. Don't try spa, it will be waste of your money. Must try rooftop restaurant, specially if its winter time.

One of the best hotels I have stayed till now. The Staff members, right from managers to the room boys are disciplined, pleasing and welcoming. The best part again is delicious food, especially complementary breakfast had a lots of varieties, classic tasty food. Roof top bar was very pleasant and clean place to chill out with friends. Good ambience overall.

I haven't stayed at this hotel but had been to the Bar at cellar region. It's very clean and tidy and rates are fairly reasonable. I have a beer charged abt Rs 380/- and stuff is free which is nothing less than a full meal. Very tasty and recommend to visit for a stay here

Clean, Calm & Good Hotel. It’s just 1km and walkable distance from Coimbatore Airport. Spacious rooms, clean wash rooms with all amenities. Their Wi-Fi & complimentary breakfast is good. Their staff are courteous & serve with smile. They have good Terrace Garden Restaurant & Bar. Overall a very good Hotel for Solo, Business & Family Travellers. I stayed here for 4 days and since I was alone the staff took extra care to make sure I feel safe and comfortable. The food is decent with affordable price, rooms are spacious and it is located 2km aways from the airport. They helped me with the taxi services also and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Best part is the approach to airport. Just a KM or two. Very convenient for business travellers. Hotel also gives 24hrs check in check out Facility. With a minimul charges, hotel provides airport pick up and drop. There is a good roof top bar & restaurant.... Overall a good stay with very receptive and polite staff.. The director is very approachable and helping makes the Stay homely....

Me and my family stayed there for 2 days. Booked a family suite in advance and we got the same. That is like huge 500 sqft spacious and luxury room with igital lock. Room service was below standard and the staffs are very loud, you can hear them in your room. Restaurant was very good for breakfast. Their chef have no idea how to cook biriyani. Trust me that was a nightmare. We felt like had a spicy sweet pongal. Except breakfast don't go to their restaurant. Overall okay experience minus room service and food.

3 star apt, good rooms, comfy bed, average food, slow service and extremely slow and limited wifi. There is a limit on wifi usage and connectivity is also pathetic, come on who does that in today's time. Location is good if you want to stay close to the airport,otherwise it is better you opt for something in the city.

It is one of the good hotels in Coimbatore near airport to stay within a budget. Rooms are very clean and good enough. Maintenance also looks good. Complementary breakfast is there from 7am to 9.30am. Available Facilities : 1)Two wheeler and four wheeler parking. 2)Rooftop restaurants - (Must try). 3)Hubspot Board Room 4)Spa 5)Office Rooms 6)Free WiFi 7)Complementary breakfast 24hours checkin is available. But the only issue is they will not give any extra hours/mins to stay. If you are check in around 5am means you should checkout before 5am. Even for 10-15mins, they are not allowing.

Junior suite rooms are big & charged Rs 6000. Rooms & bathrooms are ok . But the worst is the service. There is no much man power & need to wait for minimum 30 min to anything including towel / any services. Food is average, wait time is 1 hr. Sometimes your request or services are never heard

Rooms are Neat and the employee are friendly while approaching. The quality of the food is also good.The Hotel is at walk able distance from Airport and they provide free drop facility to Airport.

Hotel checkintime 12 oclock but my flight reached 10 oclock . They have lots of vacant room but Manager was denied to give early room and said 2000 rs extra cost for early checkin. I said i will checkout next day at 9 oclock.but they totally denied.and by mistake i have left some drinks and water bottle in fridge which cost around 200 rs . I called at reception aftersome time I will take my drinks pls keep it they said i checked there is only waterbottle in the fridge. Overall hotel room is nice .

Only plus location, near the Coimbatore International Airport rest all is compromised, food is avg, not rotational menu, almost same, for long stays is like boring. Most important the service and service staff is pathetic, they don’t understand anything. Management should take proper training on service standards, communication skills and courtesy.

I stayed in Hotel Chenthur park this week. It was an excellent stay, even there was delay due to flight arrival by 2 hours, Mr.Subhash was very kind enough to accomodate at 11:30 PM in the night and specifically asking have you finished the dinner and his hospitality was so good that even late night, he was ready to arrange for food. Morning break fast was so yummy with all range of food varities. Though my stay was short at Chenthur, i would love to stay in the coming days at Chenthur mainly due to the hospitality of Mr.Subhash and his great politeness

Very rude staff, very very poor room service, hot water facility is just for name sake no reply for the complaint. Food quality bis good. Staffs are more concentrated on servicing their owners more than guests, who visits daily.

The restaurant on the top floor is the highlight of this hotel. The hospitality, food, view and atmosphere are one of a kind. You won't go wrong eating here. The quality of the room is also excellent. I faced no issues during my stay here. Me and my family were content with the experience. We only stayed for a night though.

Covered car parking with Security guard. Food is nice and available round the clock. Rooms are spacious and clean. Environment is peaceful. Daylight is low and if you prefer room with exposure to sunlight, kindly ask for it.

We stayed in their family room and I think this place charges a bit too much. Though spacious, the room was mediocre and their service was not very prompt. We had to wait really long to get some of the basic things like the dental kit. Also, the wifi was down throughout the stay. What I liked the most was the food. It was delicious.

Wonderful rooms I.e the furnituren fittings was wonderful, bed comfort was very nice, AC and lightingwas cool, food was good... but the room service was very poor... even after calling them 7 to 8 times they didnt attend. TV remote was not working, wifi signal was not great. Bathroom drain was clogged and they attended after 7th call... room fridge was bot not working, called them to fix it up, they didnt attend till we check out. breakfast was good but again the refill was not done for many items and in a morning rush we will have only 2 to 3 items. Overall it was fine stay with lot of adjustments.

Very very bad room & bathroom cleaning compared with western standard. No toilet paper in the bathroom, pillowcase very dirty (I covered it with my shirt). Absolutely poor breakfast. Credit card pos not working. This hotel shall not be selected by europeans fellows.

We had a dinner party at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. The tables were placed in a way to provide sufficient privacy to each table as the party could get gregarious after a certain point of time. The food was too spicy for our liking but could go well with folks looking for spicy dishes. The service could have been faster as the dishes served were late and cold.

It was an impromptu decision but turned out to be great experience. The suite room was fabulous and so was the hot tub. The service was good, the staff were very pleasant and the food was good. Would have loved to stay a little longer.

The hotel is conveniently located about 1 km from the airport. Rooms are large and well furnished. The restaurant serves good food. However, quite a few shortcomings in some aspects of the stay, such as damaged dustbins, latches for bathroom doors missing, items ordered for room service being missed out, etc. If it was a budget hotel, these things could be ignored, but this hotel perceives itself as a 3 star hotel and prices are on par with that, so service and maintenance needs to improve.

Terrible service. No one responds properly. Although they had confirmed the booking, they did not provide a room after reaching to the hotel. They have another lousy hotel within the premises and always push guests to that hotel SBS lodge. It’s one of the filthiest and dirtiest hotel I had seen. The rooms were clean and staff were courteous. The variety of food at complementary breakfast was wide and tasty. The restaurant has great ambience and the food is outstanding in taste. The front office incharges Elango and Senthil made sure my trip was well managed with transportation and timely update on the safety requirement. The Covid protocols were followed and the staff are vaccinated. The new hospitality team is seen doing great from the last time I had been a guest.

Stayed on 15th of April, despite paying the advance room was not ready. Stay was not worth 8000 for family room, no towels in the room, had only 4 small water bottles for 4 ppl and a kid, when asked water they told will have to pay for extra water bottle…. I mean when u pay 8000 for a room extra bottles should be a courtesy…. Staff were friendly though… overall would recommend this hotel if at a slightly less cost….

Our room was nice. AC wasn't working but we visited in December so it wasn't a problem however we checked whole room before paying. Hotel is nice, good staff, food was also nice. We ordered dinner and it was nice. Include breakfast in your package. They had wide variety of breakfast serving. Overall its nice

Was there from 15-18 Feb 2023. The hotel is too overpriced. Rooms are clean but stinky. Staff is courteous but very slow and careless. Linen was clean but very old and worn out. White Towels so worn out that they had turned black after 100s of washes. AC /Electricity is loadshedding. It’s a 1 star accommodation

Not worth the money. We booked family super deluxe for 4 persons. We reached by 9 PM and by the time we reached the rooms the room type we booked were full don't know how and we were provided with 2 deluxe rooms. Mini fridge wasn't working and only 2 single rooms where available. biggest flaw was none of the room keys were working and we need to call the reception to open the door with master key. Now the complimentary breakfast. The food was finished by the time we reached for bf. No options no live counter and not tasty.

I rate good only for the room size and facilities. However I am rating Zero for cleanliness and staff responses. They have put all garbage under the cot in a hurry to handover to us. Did not remove the used sugar packets. Bathroom door is very much struck. Also after multiple requests from morning, finally at night 10 pm we got kettle where it has full of small cockroaches and it’s waste. However got it replaced immediately.
