Even
though
the
name
says
business
class,
there
nothing
business
class
in
this
hotell.
Stayed

days
and
here
is
my
experience.
Pros:
Room
is
comfortable.
Front
desk
officer
who
carries
the
night
shift
is
very
helpful
and
supportive
to
us.
Cons:
Wifi
is
limited.
Only
one
login
is
provided
per
person.
If
you
login
to
wifi
using
laptop,
you
cannot
login
to
wifi
using
your
mobile
phone.
Data
speed
is
extremely
slow.
Surprisingly,
the
data
quantity
is
limited
and
after
two
days,
the
wifi
says,
data
limit
reached.
Data
limit
was
not
resetted
for
the
remaining
7days.
I
started
using
my
mobile
phone
data.
The
lady
in
the
front
reception
is
very
unprofessional.
She
don't
take
any
decisions.
She
always
communicated
with
the
person
who
worked
as
the
"travel
agent"
for
us
before
providing
anything
to
us.
Seems
like
she's
not
an
employee
of
the
hotel
but
an
employee
hired
by
the
"travel
agent".
Took
2
days
to
get
an
electric
kettle
to
the
room.
We
booked
a
"4-bedroom"
room.
They
provided
a
"2
bedroom"
room
to
4
of
us.
How
did
we
sleep
then?
Want
to
know
what
is
their
definition
of
a
"4-bedroom"
room?
3
members
should
sleep
on
a
queen
size
bed
and
one
member
should
sleep
on
the
floor
on
a
mattress.
3
towels
were
provided
for
a
"4-bedroom"
room.
Are
they
out
of
their
minds?
2
people
have
to
share
1
towel?
In
a
so
called
"business
class"
hotel?
Ridiculous.
Drinking
water
runs
out.
They
do
not
refill
the
water
dispenser
regularly.
Hot
water
supply
stops
sometime
around
11:00
PM.
Available
again
in
the
morning.
Bad
choice.
Never
expected
this
kind
of
poor
hospitality.
Never
experienced
such
in
any
other
hotel
anywhere
in
the
world.
Bottom
line
is
highly
NOT
RECOMMENDED!
Especially
when
you
are
an
international
traveller.
