I payed for 2 nights and did a late check-in (12 hours late)...But the management behaved very rude asking me to check-out after 1 night stay...Even though I requested them that "Sir, I checked-in late and have a train at nite 10pm..so will checkout around 9 pm" but they said please checkout at 8 which also I did..but while handing over the key the receiptionist said " why you doing late check-in and why you booking through online?" And showed rude face..I had to leave and stand in railway station with my 2 senior citizen parents after paying for 2 nights but staying only 1 night due to this poor hotel management.. Heater did not work, always noisy environment due to the hotel management people who have cleaning room close to rooms you stay, unclean bedsheets and bathrooms,I had sleepless night due to the noises and itching due to unclean room..Don't Ever stay here with family...trust me! You will see their real face if you do

A decent place to stay located exactly opposite to coimbatore railway station... Felt like an olden day hotel though...but maintenance was good and very spacious compared to modern rooms . They have a car parking lot too but it is limited

Affordable place and proximity to railway station make it ideal for tourists. The hotel does not have its own restaurant (we asked the reception desk and they told us this) but there are restaurants 100m from the hotel.

Worst ever food service! We booked one of their hall for an engagement party and paid an amount for the food which we customized and they agreed to serve that but on the engagement day they served totally a different items which we never asked and it was too bad in taste. How can they be so irresponsible and cheat the customers? I was not able to question them during that day coz it was my engagement and I was busy with so many things but really felt to share this bad experience so that no one like our families would suffer at that time...starting from the welcome drink to the last paayasam nothing was served what we ordered! We paid extra for the welcome drink (lemon juice) but they offered it will full of lemon seeds and small pieces of peel in it which was really a worst drink that I have ever had in my life then coming to paayasam we paid extra for adapradham but they offered semiya paayasam. Other than this we customized the food and paid the cash but they served some other items and received the cash...How can someone run their business in this way???? I would like to bring this to the notice of the owner of this company to look over this issue and correct it... Many families book halls & hotel for the good quality of food and the service they provide but when they fail to do so then there is no point of earning money by giving an awful experience to the families... Apart from the food service they provide a good room service and I would appreciate that one thing alone ... Note- visit the hotel taste the food and then decide... If they failed to provide the service you asked for then don't hesitate to question them right there without giving a second thought! We paid for the service we want so we have the right to question them. Nothing should be compromised when it has a value!

Very bad experience I had. I went with my parents and stayed in room no.211. Oh my God, horrible. No lights in bathroom. My stst is only for 1 day. They didn't send anyone for 3 hours. This is just one example. Nothing is good here. Very irresponsible employees. Not worth for the money paid

This hotel is in the street just opposite the coimbatore junction. Walkable distance from the station. The rooms are old but they are okay. The restrooms were slippery. Overall an average hotel.

Even though the name says business class, there nothing business class in this hotell. Stayed 9 days and here is my experience. Pros: Room is comfortable. Front desk officer who carries the night shift is very helpful and supportive to us. Cons: Wifi is limited. Only one login is provided per person. If you login to wifi using laptop, you cannot login to wifi using your mobile phone. Data speed is extremely slow. Surprisingly, the data quantity is limited and after two days, the wifi says, data limit reached. Data limit was not resetted for the remaining 7days. I started using my mobile phone data. The lady in the front reception is very unprofessional. She don't take any decisions. She always communicated with the person who worked as the "travel agent" for us before providing anything to us. Seems like she's not an employee of the hotel but an employee hired by the "travel agent". Took 2 days to get an electric kettle to the room. We booked a "4-bedroom" room. They provided a "2 bedroom" room to 4 of us. How did we sleep then? Want to know what is their definition of a "4-bedroom" room? 3 members should sleep on a queen size bed and one member should sleep on the floor on a mattress. 3 towels were provided for a "4-bedroom" room. Are they out of their minds? 2 people have to share 1 towel? In a so called "business class" hotel? Ridiculous. Drinking water runs out. They do not refill the water dispenser regularly. Hot water supply stops sometime around 11:00 PM. Available again in the morning. Bad choice. Never expected this kind of poor hospitality. Never experienced such in any other hotel anywhere in the world. Bottom line is highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Especially when you are an international traveller.

Very close to coimbatore railway station, friendly staff and good service. Rooms are large and ok, but little bit dust on the cupboard and closed areas which needs to be taken care. Otherwise overall stay was good and pleasant.

Poorly maintained rooms for a hefty price. The bed was yellow in colour, and it is unacceptable for 2200 INR a night. Bathroom was not even stocked with two bath towels or a bath soap. Internet was extremely slow as well.

The hotel charged 1750. There is no proper light in the room, they have placed four yellow light which make you dizzy and it is used to cover the dirty room. Cleanliness is very poor. Bed and rooms are not cleaned well. Toilets are horrible. No room service, I called them because TV was not working and they never bothered to come. The breakfast is really yak. It's not recommended to anyone. The worst hotel I visited for this amount.

One of the worst hotel of Coimbatore. We booked 3 rooms and when we checked-in we seen there is no proper electricity and room is stinking very badly. We reported the issue to reception they not worried to answer properly so we checked-out within 1 hour and when claimed refund they said you have checked-in so we can't refund. Please don't book in this hotel it is worst staying in it. I given 1 star please we can't give Zero star or negative star.

Budget hotel in Coimbatore. Restaurant and bar attached. 24 hrs check in even though we book apps and i checked today early morning around 4.30 AM and they are very much helpful and immediately allotted room. Rooms are clean and neat. Complement water bottle also provided. Morning breakfast is south indian food and also tasty. Polite staff.

Heard once it was offering buffet breakfast with more varieties and tasted great but now it was not that much to specify as such.

I don't usually leave bad ratings but my one night stay here was one of my worst hotel experiences. Wifi was not working. When I walked into the room, I could see dark black spots on the sheets. I asked them to change the sheets 3 times before they sent someone. I made a housekeeping request at 3 pm and went out. When I got back at 9, it still had not been done. I got the impression that the room had not been used in a long time and they had shut it without cleaning. There were empty bottles under the bed. The bathroom had basic soap, dental kit and shampoo packet but no geyser in the room. The hot water in the morning was extremely lukewarm. I got stuck in the lift during a powercut and the staff did basically nothing even though the lift had glass walls and they could see me from the lobby. The only pluses were the location - very close to the railway station and close to a lot of good restaurants. The room itself was spacious and good. And the manager at the reception did his best so there is that as a plus point.

Really good place but the fare was a bit too high, regarding the accommodation. Otherwise its a really nice place and comfortable too. My suggestion is that if they bring down the rate of accommodation, they'll get more customers.

Good Hotel, prime location from Railway station and Bus stand... service is good, staff is very helpfull... especially the housekeeping Manager was very helpfull and arranged for taxi to the airport, breakfast good, worth the money..
