Worst service... Dirty and leaking walls.. Very old building. Cockroach everywhere.. Dirty pillows... They don't even provide towels Taps are rusty and leaky.. They don't even let me stay for 24 hours.. I reached hotel at night 11 PM.. They forced me to leave 11 AM morning.. Telling me if i stay after 11 AM they will charge me for 1 more day. Not recommended to stay in this hotel... You can stay in any other hotel in the same location... There are more than 50 hotels in same location you can stay in any other hotel except this.

Room service is the worst. They charge 1550 + GST for AC room. Not a worthy option. With this price you can find very nice stay options little far from railway station road. The only advantage is the hotel is located just near the coimbatore Railway station. You can find lot of other Stay options on the same road. But not this one. I stayed with my family for 2 day's there. It's one of the worst mistake i made. There is a bar downstairs. If you want to drink and sleep you can choose this. But not with family.

I stayed with my wife and two sons. One day. 3rd to 4th sep 2023. One day. Home like hospitality. Kind receptionist. Rooms neatly maintained. I took two rooms. AC TV was working well. Hygienic rest rooms. Room service persons were courteous. Towel and soaps provided. Their own Subbu mess nearby, 1'min walkable distance, provides lunch and dinner only. No breakfast. Lunch had veg food, was excellent. Night had non veg, which was not upto the mark. I strongly recommend this hotel for family stay. External look needs a lot of improvement...

Rooms are worst. Not worth the money. The images in google arent in sync with reality. Stayed here for 2 days and kinda regret paying so much for this bad hotel.

Parking only for 3 cars, room is average, staff behavior is horrible, if you book rooms online, they will treat you like enemy.... Budget friendly room

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Naveen .I will just list pros and cons here :- Pros :- 1. Excellent location. Walking distance from the station and all the eateries . 2. Room size ( AC deluxe room ) is quite big for Rs 1000/ night . 3. In the room everything works . All lights , the regulator of the fan , and AC worked well. I am pleasantly surprised :) 4. Toilet is clean . Hot water was available at least till 10 A.M in the morning . 5. Presence of Lift/Elevator is beneficial for the senior citizens . Cons :- 1. Someone might feel the hotel rooms are shabby . Although everything works in the room , appearance gives an impression that nothing will work. 2. No inhouse restaurant . 3. No parking facility . 4. They did not provide any drinking water ( Towel and soaps were provided though)

I wanted to do an early check-in but they denied even though I was ready to pay extra. For spending 5 hours extra I have booked another hotel nearby. Rooms are comfortable, with a TV facility. The railway station is within walking distance.

Room service is Good. Room also neat for Given Cost for 3 family people ₹1750/- is charged. Pillow and bedsheets are not clean and advised to change immediately done by hotel service. Major problem lift only. We @ 7th floor. lift is not working properly. Every time 10mins waited to restart. Otherwise ok.nearby railway station 100mtrs.

Though the hotel is pocket friendly and the staff courteous enough, Ambience of the rooms is not that great. Cleanliness and hygiene are also average.

We, a family of 3 wanted a room to stay only for 5 hours in the night, our train was at 6:00 am. The hotel is old, but the room, the bed, extra bed, the bathroom was quite clean, The people there were very helpful. Hot water was available for bath by 5:20 am. Thanks to Mr. Thiru for responding so respectfully.

Average budget hotel. Poor cleanliness. Stained bedcover. No proper bed sheets. No free drinking water. Bath towels provided after request. Only advantage is nearby Coimbatore junction

There were many small cockroaches in the rooms. However, their service was at the par. The staffs did their best to change the room and mitigate our problem. The price was reasonable too. The manager has great communication skill and empathy.

Good Hotel to stay. Fresh up for 1 hour facility also available in this hotel at affordable rates. Very near to Railway station. Near by good restaurants available

Naveen Hotel offers stay at budget rates. The rooms and bathrooms are satisfactorily clean, though the fixtures are quite old, and have started showing their age. I hear people complaining that the hotel doesn't provide hot water, but what on earth do you need hot water for in a warm place like Coimbatore ?! I was provided a clean towel and soap in a non-AC room. The bed linen was clean. The location, on Geetha Hall Road, is good. Almost all facilities and services that you need are close at hand. The Coimbatore Jn. Railway Station is just a stone's throw away.

Hotel is budget friendly, but it doesn't have basic amenities also. They don't provide soap, shampoo, towels, etc. They don't have AC rooms, no hot water available fr bath, they don't provide any extra cot or bedsheet. Good to stay only fr a night or two. Not more than that.

Happened to book a room in this hotel after seeing a review in goibibo and to say frankly.. It is the worst hotel that I have received ever via online booking... Bedrooms and bathrooms are not clean and proper... Even the bathroom equipment is from the late 70s and they have not changed till then... Really pathetic hotel... And I still wonder how they got 4 star something in Goibibo....

Worst hotel I have ever stayed...ill mannered staff...arrogant receptionist... Provided dirty and torn bedsheets and did not change even after complain...if there there had been a provision to give minus stars I would give them -5 stars

Nice hotel. Near to railway station, if you go to hotel and book they would charge 1000rs. Book hotel in goibigo u will get in 600rs

Don't ever stay in this hotel. No room service. No proper response after booking. No parking. Just they will charge you with what ever you touch. For a visitor who comes to drop you off, you need to pay them. They won't tell you in the beginning but when you check out there will be hell lot of additional charges which you never dreamed of.
