People don’t know what is hospitality and service. We went there for food. Ordered food for 4 peopl four main courses. Three were served and the last was not , that too after 90 minutes. We were told that only one chef and our dishes were all kinda of cuisines. Finally they insisted us to take the missed dish only to find that it was not cooked. Staff doesn’t feel apologetic and sorry. Paid 7000 RS as bill and came out. Not worth - even thinking to visit. Very bad service and innovative is being bad

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to. Their dishes are almost similar tasting to the original Chinese dishes. Awesome preparations. As I was in china previously I knew what Chinese food is. The attitude of the staffs and chief chef is appreciable. Dat was a nyc tym spent in red pearl.

They have a huge Asian menu with variety of options - loved the friendly service. Tried the Golden dragon chicken soup (unique flavor), crispy chili baby corn, hunan flat noodle, Fish in black pepper sauce (do not recommend) and prawn in hot garlic sauce. Most of the dishes were heavy in salt and no Thai food in the menu (Probably the website needs to be updated). There is nothing unique on the menu or no unique flavors. Will not recommend !

The food was amazing. We did not experience slow service. They were very good and helpful. The venue deco is really nice. However staff need to be a bit more strong or stern. There was a group of people with about 6-8 kids, and they were running a muck. They were screaming, shouting and running all over the restaurant. Manager needs to step in and inform that there are other guest there and noise levels need to be maintained. Especially if international guest are dining and staying at the hotel. This needs to be looked into. Other than that it was wonderful.

Beautiful decored place...staff are very friendly but less in number catering to more people which hampers their service. I specially went over there just for their Peking duck which was absolute disappointment. Duck skin was almost burnt overdone the meat was dry and tough.When I told the staff about the food the chef came down and offered to change it which was kind of him but again the second round was also not great but still much better than the first round. There is some serious coordination problem between the staff not because they are not good but they are less in number catering to more people. When they changed the duck they didn't change the crepes and other veggies set .It was still ok and we had to ask them for some new crepes.Staff are very friendly but they require coordination and more details perception of what goes into the plates.

Had a lovely meal at Red pearl last night. The sichuan tossed crispy tofu, egg fried rice, spicy prawns with ginger and spring onions all excellent. Grouper fish from special menu was rubbery but this was quickly changed to another dish when we mentioned it. Service was very professional. It is expensive but worth visiting for a special occasion.

We had dinner on 29th August in Red pearl restaurant. Chinese menu and it was excellent. The service we appreciate and excellent team.

Hello Everyone Tried Red Pearl for dinner. The food is very expensive and not worth for the cost. We orderd 1. spicy lemon coriander soup Veg( not recommended ) 2. Drums of heaven tossed sweet chilly Garlic Sauce ( some what okay) 3. Slice fish in hot chilli bean sauce (dont ever Try) 4. Burnt garlic veg noodle (not recommended ) 5. Date pan cake with vanilla ice cream (taste good but very costly) Staffs were friendly PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Would NOT recommend ! Food was very average and way too costly Especially for the taste... Atmosphere was good and it's taj vivanta that's it. I wanted to make my husband feel special but we both disappointed after every dish Staff were friendly and Nice thats the only saving grace chicken tastes Okey. NOTHING MORE .. IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOUR MONEY JUST DNT GO!

Very good food. For all these years it was the Chin Chin but now fair to say the Red Pearl has arrived and is up there as well.

Came with a jain and dairy free diet request and chef Durga Bahadur Sundas came to our table and we expressed our desires and he beyond surpassed what we had imagined. He made magic happen and the meal was the best custom meal I have ever had! The service was fantastic as well. Definately plan to return to vivanta and the red pearl when staying in coimbatore!
