Very close to the airport, extremely helpful staff. Asiatique restaurant is good for food. They have a pub (10 Downing Street) within their premises which looked very good buy I could not visit them, will surely do on my next visit.

This hotel is ideal for accommodation only. Service for food is very worst. High cost with less tasty. Restaurant is operated in money making motive only. For all dishes they provide only raitha in this restaurant. Gravy is not serve for Briyani. U buy separate curry for chapati

The hotel is full of cigarette smell, there is no Non-smoking floor… From entry to the exit the smell is pathetic…

The hotel is close to the airport, the staff and services are really nice and kind. The food was also good. Few issues, since it is a 4 star hotel, ideally there should be provision for slippers in the room, the room door security should be better. The lock kept beeping and I had to keep tapping the keycard and the jet spray in the bathroom was broken and could not be used

In the last couple of years, I got an opportunity to stay @ Hotel Arcadia in Coimbatore for 3 times and in all these 3 times, my experience with this Hotel was great. The room service was great. Even on one occasion, I faced a problem which was addressed to the Hotel Management and immediately they shifted me to a new room which was highly appreciated. The Breakfast was tasty and awesome. But Breakfast can start little early so that people like me who travel for Business purposed and start our work without much delay. Overall it is a nice experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay @ Hotel Arcadia in Coimbatore and would recommend the same to you. Thanks & Regards. Isaac Patturaja G B

We went to a team lunch, and the buffet was worth the cost. Good service, a variety of dishes, and good food quality. Rooftop access offers a nice view and atmosphere.

Just before kmch hospital.Service and rooms are good.Went for a mini function,hall was good to accommodate 50 people ,food was also good but coconut rice got rotten smell. management should look in to it,other items like idly,sambar,chutney,poori,masal,Vada all are good

For the past 3 years I was a regular customer in Arcadia black box.... From the beginning the service was so good and the price also very low... But today ( 3.12.2022) after long days but iam un happy with the service... I don't know whether the guys are new or the service was not good... But i felt really bad in this time ... They or not friendly and iam spending more than 2 thousands for two peoples... Their only iam to get the payment from the customers.. But not serving properly... If you need something they will server after you ask 3 are more times... But they final billing they will show the scaner with in a minute.... What a good service Arcadia thank you.... My personal think is you guys are not survive in the market for long run... Thank you

Quite a good place for a quick stay. I came in business travel and stayed for 1 night. Rooms are good and comfortable beds. Bathroom is clean and tidy. Required stuff provided in the bathroom. WiFi speed is quite good. Breakfast is room service and big menu! Taste was also very good.

We stayed in serviced apartment of Arcadia, which is right behind the hotel. The rooms are good and spacious, but maintenance is pathetic. From not cleaning the rooms, beds, furniture and offering required essentials to damaged doors and windows, it’s simply said-Avoidable.

Nice roof top dining for having piece full time with friends and family.. Quite expensive food but worth paying occasionally..

P.S. - coming from airport to the hotel can be a pain. Ola will not accept bookings and if they do they will charge 2x fare. Auto will also charge

The place needs a renovation. The card reader fell off as I put the card in. The paint and furnishing looks dated. The cost was 3500 Per room. But later they went back on their word and said complimentary breakfast was not included. Asked for 300 extra per room. They only allowed 2 people per room. The coimbatore passport seva kendra psk was 10 mins walk from there. So that was nice. Overall I'd say avoid this place.

Decent place to stay at Coimbatore, just across KMCH. Complimentary breakfast served to room itself. Udupi restaurants are available nearby for having lunch and dinner.

Top floor rooms are furnished well and makes a comfortable stay. Whereas, 1st and 2nd floor rooms needs to be altered for perfection.

Ambiance of Hotel is OK, but the lift facilities should be improved , compare with other hotels in coimbatore, bit costlier...packed Breakfast only south Indian served to Room, Buffed breakfast is not available, with this same cost we can get buffet breakfast from other hotels in coimbatore...Just Ok for shorter stay...

In one word, its a lodge. Rooms are not clean and poorly maintaned. Breakfast is only by room service and that too they send it in very old plastic tray. Worst breakfast I've had in decades. Towels are dirty. Definitely not suitable for family. I think it survives only because of the attached pub in the property.
