Stayed with family for two days during 2016. It’s a lovely and well maintained place. Rooms are spacious with beautiful interiors. Food was amazing. Staff are well mannered and friendly. Stayed again after 2 years and developed liking for this place

Not Marriott quality. :-( Shabby decorations, badly thought out interior design, poor service quality. There is a shortage of manpower and the rooms were not cleaned for a full day. Totally lacking the basic class of finesse of a Marriott group. Cables and wiring running loose near the TV, badly positioned ceiling lamps that you hit your head on. The food at the restaurants were hit or miss… The Indian food was good however the pastries were like rubber and the croissants felt like cardboard!! The latitude bar did not have half of the drinks on the menu! Management needs to change urgently!

Have been to many. Never seen like this before. I never knew that Le Meridian would be better than most of the multi star hotels in Coimbatore. The food at the latest recepie restaurant is worth trying and is affordable comparing other contemporary multi star restaurants. I would definitely recommend everybody to visit here at least once.

Recently visited Le Meridian for a business trip. My stay out here was extremely satisfying. Hospitality wise it was great, rooms were well maintained, bathroom also has bathtub which is a big plus after a busy work day. Breakfast options were generous and loved the quality of food out there. Would certainly like to visit the place again.

Hotel ambience is very nice but services was not upto the mark due to insufficient staff...It may be due to the covid situation. Management should look into this and improve the services.

I stayed on September 30th with my family... Very poor service and front office manager Vijender is very rude to customers and he simple argue the issue , he won't try to solve issue and satisfy customer , he simple argue and continue discussion with customers... Bathroom leakages and when we call no one will answer you and not even lifting front office calls and at the time of vacating we called bell boy and waited for 40 mnts and at last we bought our luggage down Mr Vijender is not fit for this job

It's a vast facility and a big hotel in Coimbatore. 5 km away from Coimbatore airport. Many meeting halls of different sizes and meeting rooms are there. Service is good. They have fixed tariff for fixed numbers. We need to take it. Not less or not more. High tea with snacks was good. At the backside, there is an annex building where meeting halls of different sizes were also there. Property is very big and can accommodate huge meetings. Many functions are also conducted. Car parking will not be an issue. At the top there is a swimming pool available. They have a spa, too.

Really liked the hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable, service is great, and I loved the amenities (especially the pool). The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the conference facilities.

Not sure about all the facilities on this particular hotel. The famous bar doesn’t have any Mobile network coverage. They are not even providing Wi-Fi for customers inside who are with blind network coverage. 5star capabilities lacks here. It’s not recommended to enjoy the bar since you will be disconnected from the whole world during the time over there….

A delicious food experience after many years. What a variety and what taste ! Pretty underrated in the locality for this service and hospitality. I am sure it will improve with their continuous efforts. The quality of food, options and quantity is simply something to applaud. Good work 👏

Stayed there for 3 days with my family. Outstanding food and very good hospitality. The rooms were very neat and spacious too. Had to mention - every dish we ordered in the restaurant and in the buffet were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a one night stay in April 23 with family including kids. Location: very good. Right on the highway close to airport. Good place to halt for road trip like what we did. Food: Amazing complementary breakfast spread that was like a feast. Lot of counters covering variety of foods. Great ambience with dome structure. We tried the dinner buffet also which had many cuisines. Enjoyed it. Facility: huge open swimming pool. We tried it early morning, probably before the pool could be cleaned. So found few debris. The pool had side steps inside it which was just heaven to lie down on and watch the trees and occasional planes passing overhead. Staff: Very polite and friendly. We had few issues in one of the rooms and maintenance staff were quick to address it. Room: luxurious room with cozy bed and long desks and a stylish sofa set. TV had only restricted channels. Can look at enhancing where now a days kids expect smart tvs with YouTube access.

Ambience and the infra were top notch. Customer service were prompt and on time. We had our official meeting peacefully with the support of Hotel Managers. Food was really osum!

We recently stayed at the LeMeridien and the experience was simply superb!!! Friendly staff and the rooms were awesome! Ravi made excellent arrangement for us to go to Palghat from there via car. Our car driver Vishnu was super friendly and helpful to help us locate the temples etc I would stay there again for sure Thanks Le Meriden!!!

We went for dining. Ambience and hospitality was very good but food taste is average only. No different cuisines and varieties here in lunch buffet.

I stayed there in July for my college reunion and had one of the most insulting experiences of my life. The rooms were great but the service was as terrible as it could have been. During the event buffet dinner, one of the employees literally snatched the plate out of my hands and a few other attendees because some dummy who works there forgot to give us a card. Remember we all were wearing event IDs. It was so embarrassing for many of us. The staff had no remorse and behaved like entitled jerks. I will never recommend hosting an event here unless you really take great joy in belittling your guests.

Good place to stay. Great service (Rakshita at front desk). Rooms bathroom can be better maintained as water leaks from shower. Bathroom door need a new lock!

Came here to attend seminar. Nice and spacious ball room for large gathering. Lunch and dinner are really delicious. Dinner at poolside gave an unforgettable experience

Love this hotel, Great Resturants, amazing Banquets, great service and comfortable rooms. What more do you want. Great pricing on the rooms when booked directly especially for the quality. It is a little out of the city center. But worth the commute. I highly recommend Favola and Ponzu to anyone looking for fine dine options.

I went to attend one of the programs held by Club Resorto. The place was very vast and neatly maintained. Emerald II was the venue we attended and was served a coffee and sandwich. The restrooms are neatly maintained. Overall a beautiful hotel!

Rooms and facilities are good... But iam disappointed with the valet car parking.. they are very polite.. But not proffessional. My car driver seat door got damaged by the valet parking employee. And the din't even inform the damage done by them... Its my new car. Very worst behaviour of the valet car parking service. Disappointed..

Stayed in Le Meridian CJB last week. Rooms were fairly sized but had all the amenities a person requires. The service,staff and ambience was amazing. A bit overpriced but it’s something you can expect.Close to the Coimbatore Airport.

It is amazing that this property is so wonderfully maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel is quite commendable. The staff is extremely courteous and goes the extra mile to ensure an amazing experience. The highlight is the food. The sheer price, quantity, and taste would leave dumbfounded, would guess that at a hotel like this, food would either be a bit expensive or portions would be small, but anyone would be blown away by both their quantity and the extremely affordable pricing of their food options. Extremely good property in Coimbatore for staying and celebrating functions; too good 👍

I have no idea about the hotel property, as I went for a wedding. Parking places us poor. If it rains, we can't pick up the car. The hall was good and the food was just average. Maintained well

A good luxury property in Coimbatore, with spacious rooms and good service! The staff are extremely attentive to your requests, small or big. Only disadvantage is the location (away from the city, closer to the airport). I have always had great stays here at Le Meridien Coimbatore!

The rooms are good, the service sometimes is a bit slow but rest is good. One advice would be to not use 10-12 small water bottles daily, instead fill up glass or copper jugs for people, its healthy and it's also cost effective for all.

I have gone for a conference there. Entire hotel is very amazing. Such an astonishing interiors. Completely air conditioned meeting halls. Once we have gone, we would like to go again and again. The food here is too good and there are variety of dishes for lunch.

We went to a office party. Good place to celebrate function. Huge disappointment was got Cheated by Le Meridian Hotel. They was not provided enough side dish for drinks. They even don’t know how to size the large and small drinks. Simply they fill the glasses without sizing the drinks with the equipments. I asked a large drink, simply filled the glass with some drink. Even though it was not a small drink. Trust broken with Le Meridian Hotel. 💔💔💔

Experienced Water Drainage Problem, never thought such a thing would happen in such a classy hotel. Received apologies through words, but overall, expecting much graded improvements, through deeds too, rather than being sorry. Reception was good and also, the hotel has equally good and courteous staffs too. Food also was ok. Would have been better if oil is used only minimally.

Our stop over while on way from Bangalore to Ernakulam. This is just 4kms away from the National Highway, to be precise just before starting of L&T Road. Excellent stay , amazing food. Superb staff. Few names to quote who provided us excellent support were Ramendra Singh ( from front office ) and Gunashekar ( from the restaurant ). These folks are an asset to your organization. Don't remember the rest names. But they too deseve credit in our time there. 👏👏👏.

😁😁the best 5 star hotel in Coimbatore city. But it's in highway. Out side of city but 10 mins drive from airprot. Very good room spacious. They have 3 resturants. The best is italian. Good bar. Beautiful hotel lobby. Worth the money you spend.

Being a 5 star hotel the infrastructure and the overall look is definitely great. But there are certain expectations from a property rated as such and my review is based on that Pros : 1. Spacious well decorated rooms 2. Hygienic 3. Great ambience Cons: 1. Food spread during buffet varies in quality and is found wanting in many aspects 2. The front desk is sparsely staffed and keeps the guests waiting attending to multiple people at a time 3. No valet service and a confusing parking setup. Had to park the car in the rear with noone to guide. 4. The room service is very lax and takes ages to respond to simple requests. In short there is no bang for the buck. I'd rather prefer radisson nearby for the price and quality.

Good ambience..food also tasty ..but quantity of food less..staff also not friendly..they don't bother top up the food if it's over..nor inform us that it is finished...not at all professional dealing with customers..

We went for dinner. The buffet items were fewer when compared to other buffet restaurants in Coimbatore. The taste was also average. But the quality and ambiance were nice.. Except for the fried fish all the items tasted average. The service was very good. All the staffs were very helpful.

This unit is far away from the City and within proximity of Cjb airport. They trying to maintain the international standards. All facilities of a tourist is net here concerning a comfortable stay.

The proximity to the airport and being a 5 star rated property. They do maintain the service and comfort that one would ask for. I have been to Coimbatore twice and both the years I chose Le Meridien for my accommodation for a week. And honestly the rooms and the quality of food is second compared to nothing. The breakfast and dinner menus are well curated and well presented.

We 5 people went for a buffet lunch at dinner. Vast range of menu. Enjoy every dish.. The only thing is it's hot inside. Their centralised air conditioner is not working effectively. Otherwise it's a nice experience.

A premium hotel with not so premium facilities, customer service or a luxury feel. The overall facility is okay, but poorly maintained. There aren’t enough staffs at the lobby, hot water comes only in two shifts, morning and evening. So you are forced to schedule your day accordingly. In room dining is at its worst. Food comes in late and cold, despite multiple follow ups. Food at the restaurant was awful. South Indian dishes were made poorly. While the staffs were courteous, the poor overall experience cloaked the good side. A place to avoid, for now.

As the brand, so is the service. They are extremely well versed with quality and and keeping up with their customers. Prices are definitely high, but quality comes with a price. It is an exquisite place for weddings and other celebrations. Food tastes great and the options are unlimited. Definitely a place to stay and enjoy the comfort. However their entry to rooms through cards is often hard as the cards stop working suddenly. They have a good parking space.

Very spacious rooms. The tariff is reasonable and cannot be called exorbitant. Package includes complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread is really good. This is one of the best Marriott’s hotel. Very neat and clean with friendly staffs. Special thanks to arrange an EV charger in parking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Few things must need to look into, Room must be checked thoroughly before assigning, like fridge, AC cooling, TV, mine was fixed immediately, but must not have issue in first place. In Breakfast ,you have best south cousin, but it will complete with little north touch.

The hotel was properly equipped, rooms were large properly fitted. Breakfast spread was very elaborate. The juice bar was exceptional. Upkeep could have been improved.

Have stayed here regularly and have written a review earlier as well. The rooms are really well maintained for a property this old. Single Beds are large enough to have a child sleep in without an extra bed. Food spread at the buffet is very good as well and the quality of the food is also good. The main thing lacking here is the service! They are always short staffed and have no clue as to what is going on! Initially i thought it was due to Covid but even last week it was the same. Everytime I check in the hotel cannot find my reservation and I need to wait until they make some arrangements and it's happened 3/4 times! They definitely need to improve their service!

Visited this place 2 years back. The ambience and the experience were great. The buffet was a wide spread and definitely worth the price for this place. Had various dessert, chat, and main course options. Live counter was also available. The restrooms were clean. The swimming pool is allowed only for those who stay there. Halls are available for ceremonies. Parking lot is also available.

Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious but could here and there need some renovation. The beds are comfortable and he rooms are clean. Breakfast serves a good choice of mainly Indian foods but everyone finds something there. I loved the fresh juices.
