This hotel is located at prime location at reachable distance to bus stand and mettupalayam road. That's the only plus point I see. Had a poor experience here. The front desk person quoted one price for double room when I spoke over call, then asked for 500rs extra while booking. Bathrooms were not clean & you might be disappointed if you don't use showers alone to bath & wash. ( no mug or bucket) I've not seen such a washed yet dirtiest towel in such "star rated" hotel. - disappointing Breakfast buffet had decent spread of food, but except for 1 or 2 items, everything were not good. South Indian dishes are pathetic to eat. Not worth of the price paid. Front desk guy don't know the meaning of hospitality or treating their guests well.

It was a pleasant stay overall 😊 Room was neat and tidy. Spacious. Room service was delayed but done well. Other services were quick. Restaurant is a big no no as the quantity is too less for the money. Better to avoid room order. Parking is good but open. There's a rooftop available but very costly. Pub available and good. Need to wear shoes and be dressed up. Many function halls available. Food delivery is not allowed inside and need to walk till outside gate to collect. View wasn't good from room. Smoking rooms available.

Located near railway/bus stations and airport (30 mins away). Room quality is okay, and restaurant offers some good options. Apart from these, rest of my experience was bad. There were nobody to help us with the luggage from our vehicle (group of 4 + a kid) to the lobby or even to the room. One room didn't have any coffee cup or glasses and had to call multiple times to get those. Even getting the food menu card to the room needed 2 calls. Room and bathroom is longing for some renovation - looks old. Restaurant offers buffet lunch and a la carte. There is a long delay in getting a la carte items - more than 30 mins for roti, biriyani, etc.

Everything is good except the room conditions. The floor and the bed was not upto the mark. But their services are top notch. Location is in the centre of the city.

This is good hotel at a central location. The rooms are good since the property is new. But they have to improve interms of maintenance and service. The curtains did not have lead rods so I could close them completely. The swimming pool is not maintained and they did not provide complete toiletries untill requested. I expect these things to be better when I pay 5K+ per room. Good thing was 1. room furnishing and 2. quality and the room service - very prompt and good.

Very Neat and clean. I went for a anniversary function which is held on 5th floor meeting hall . AC level is too good and food provided in dining area is too tasty and variety of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Food served. Very easy reaching this hotel by bus. Public transport is available every 5mins for reaching the hotel

Actually I organised a 2 days event and booked rooms for guest. Got a good feedback from my guests. During the event, Support staff- Dhandapani/Reegan/subash/kavi provided good support. Food was also good.

This hotel was somewhat ok when I stayed in 2019. But now it's much below standard. The sofas in the lounge itself are dirty. Rooms are with broken floors and without any maintenance. We dropped the idea of staying there after seeing the rooms.

Very nice place, had a family function there. Their service, ambiance, facilities all are well. Their tasty food items still lingering in the mouth. Full satisfaction for the customers.

We had the worst experience at Func Skye rooftop restaurant. 1. We wanted to make a reservation but we were told we could just walkin, and when we came they said all tables were full. 2. Nevertheless, they arranged for a table (since it was just 8 pm they did it rather quickly) 3. Very very unbelievably limited menu for such a big restaurant/hotel. And to top it , half of the items weren't available! 4. Very late service. Our first starter was served only after 45 minutes. 5. And to make things worse on our valentine's date here, we were served chicken pizza when we clearly ordered all veg items (only 5 were available out of which we had ordered 3 out of no choice) 6. The most unbelievable thing was that the response from the people in charge there was so unsatisfactory and unprofessional. They were just nodding, standing there timidly, didnt even offer to waive off our bills. Anyways we paid them for what we had. So so so disappointing from the beginning spoiling our whole night, regret going there. Two hours time wasted for nothing. The only good thing is the ambience, rooftop. Also the chairs were super uncomfortable to sit in. Pls pls dont visit this restaurant even if you have no choice, go to a nearby apoorva / anandhas type of restaurant and have an idly dosa, much better.

Value for money room. Excellent service from staff. Good spread of breakfast. Toilets could use an upgrade. Dealbreaker: there were so many mosquitoes in the room?? My son and I were bitten at least 10 times and I caught at least 3 mosquitoes myself. Hopefully something can be done about this for a better experience in an otherwise great hotel.

You can believe everything you read about this hotel..ita charming, welcoming.. beautiful rooms and great service.. unfortunately i was not able to use SPA due to corona..but I will definitely next time try it . Breakfast was delicious..location is perfect..on the main road..parking facilities and lounge is really amazing. I hope return soon!!😃

I have visited for food but the way they treat the walkin guests are not good. Only service area of people guided but there also lack of menu for food. While other group of people staying. So if you are foodie and looking for fun this hotel is not for you.....

The hotel has excellent interiors done well but, the room interiors and maintenance leaves lot to be desired. For me who is a avid traveller the price tag is not worth. I have stayed far better rooms for this price tag. I was forced to switch rooms as the room I was allotted was looking old, the furniture full of scratch marks, tv not working properly, stain marks under the TV stand, wall carpets damaged and the balcony was full of pigeon droppings and cigarette butts. The alternate room allotted was the same and slightly better. The breakfast was very good and I had mango mousse with chocolate toppings with cut mangoes. As such the property is vast looking and if they can improve the room decor and maintain it will be worthwhile for them in the long run. People who pay well will expect high standards. Ample car parking available.

Very below average one.. Room service is pathetic.. need to call or followup for 3-4 times for getting a water bottle itself. Restaurant and bar service was also need to be improved a lot.. If they make good service after check in, it can be into a better shape. As of now not a recommended one to stay

Actually, it wasn't the stay, we were on our way to Ooty and stopped to have Breakfast there. Its decor seemed very inviting as we entered the hotel, beautifully done up with bright colors and well-laid-out furniture. The choice of colors was pleasing to the eye. The Breakfast was good,, and so was the staff. There was something nice about the ambiance too, and if you happen to be in the vicinity it calls for a visit. Cheers to the interior designer to make it a great-looking spot...

Had only Buffae Lunch ,Non Veg items not delicious and fresh, seems like chicken were taken from freezer prepared and served, fish and mutton curry not upto standard, only veg pullao tasted good. Starter non veg items were okay,can give only 60% marks. Prawn fry was good.Fish balls not that good. Service was Good and fast.

Stay - It's really a safe and quiet place to stay with family. Though it's a business hotel - the walk-in of family and couples are good here. Kids can play safe - since the place is fully glass covered in all corners. Food - Morning Buffet is really good with all Indian food along with a mix of western. Swimming Pool - Booked a stay here because of Swimming pool access but unfortunately the pool looks uncleaned for months - it's chlorine level is very high. Instead of 5 feet they have over filled the water. 0 maintenance of the pool - we got allergy using the pool - even after asking them to clean - they said Ok and locked the pool area next day Spa - Rates are very costly compared to other big spa Roof top restaurant - it's fully messy and not working. Seems they have closed it after lockdown and still not opened it Only because of Swimming pool given 4 stars.

A good location. The property is showing its age though. It isn't that old a property, but, many parts of it all, are falling apart. Room service has taken a back seat. They are very slow in responding, I had asked for the room to be cleaned, which wasn't done, the menu card was never sent to my room, I had to go and get it from the bell boy etc etc. The food served tastes excellent. Top notch. But expensive. The swimming pool was dirty. There wasn't a gym or fitness centre. I do not know if they moved it elsewhere from the second floor.

From front gate security to till house keeping behaves in such an proper manner, the greetings everytime when they see us. Make us happy. Including reception, night shift guy, don't remember his name. He handled the issue such an polite manner without hurting The opposite guy. In food, i had complimentary breakfast it was outstanding. Over all beautiful experience. I strongly recommend all.

Went for dinner at their restaurant. Unhappy about the food quality for 1000 per head. Prawns in barbecue were very chewy and most of meat appears not to be fresh. Pastries were very dried. Regret making a bulk booking. Kindly focus on quality of food. Staffs were pretty friendly.

One of the best options to stay in the city and at a decent price. The hotel has good room service, a fitness centre and a swimming pool, which made me happy. The room is quite well-equipped and the master control is the best part. The TV is outdated and lacks resolution. I would love to visit again.

Easy to locate on the highway.adequate parking space and beautiful ambience.staff is courteous and ready to help. There was some mix up with the online booking n hotel, but they got it resolved soon. Rooms are slightly sqeezy but well lit with all facilities. No fans and no openable windows made it feel little suffocated. T.v was not easy to use and needed help from the staff to set it right.Washroom bath cubicles were leaking water out and that needs to be set right asap. Room service & house keeping was excellent. Dining area was good and the food was great. Complimentary Bfst was the highlight of the stay.buffet was well planned and covered different cuisines. Staff in this area were helpful. Many tourist attractions are around this place within 5-10km and that's added advantage for people looking for a day out around the hotel. Overall the experience was really good and we would definitely recommend this hotel, perfect for familyv with kids as well as solo travelers.

Good hotel, ample parking space, not bad service, rooms are good too, but need maintenance. The shower head in our room needed urgent cleaning, towels need to be checked, as the one in our room was stained. For the facilities being offered, the room rate is on higher side, we felt.

Stayed a day in this hotel. Nice and clean... A bit old.. but still have one or two years before a needed makeover. As now Pool is not functioning due to covid protocol. No early chk. Paid 423 rupees for a small 3 glass watermelon juice😛They have bbq for dinner costing around 900 rupees. Timing will be eve 7pm to 10 pm

Went there for a family event, and had a lovely time. The bar is on the 5th floor, with a lovely view of the city, the event hall was spacious & neat. The venue, food, the service of the staff, and everything for the occasion was excellent. We had a wonderful time.

Nice place to stay. Management is very friendly. When asked for feeding room. They immediately gave it without hesitate. But breakfast food is below average.

House keeping can improve. They call themselves 4 star category and don't have hair dryer in room. Showers are clogged. Rates are expensive and it's not value for money.

Easy to find. A good and clean place. Better than your average 3 or four star hotel. Service could be better. Especially the room dining one. The person taking our order sounded like he had no interest to work. A dull voice. They missed many of the things I ordered and then took an extra 30.mins to get a simple soup and chapatis. Had been for a friends get-together..Food and Service was Good...But one of the rules that was put up in Bar was that 'Entry only in Business casuals and with Shoes'...this reminded me of English Era and I found this funny that too at a place were few people go in perfect but don't know whether they come out in same shoe..😊...they have spare shoes too.....Best part is that this is one of the few places where a hall inclusive of food is provided for even small groups of 15...this makes convenient to spend more time privately..Good choice and price is also reasonable at an average of thousand per head for buffet lunch inside the hall...need not go to a separate eating place. Event was organised on account of corporate function. Staff were very strict followers of the management. Apart from that hotel has a very god hospitality n staff ensures we are served completely. Food quality as well as taste is awesome.

Wondering how it's reviewed as a good hotel. Poor room maintenance and mediocre service, but for the premium prices 🤔 , free breakfast is also not quite good.. my frank opinion not a good hotel for the money we spend.. u get a much better hotels for this price🙏

I wouldn't say I had a great time there. The func bar was a huge disappointment. Firstly, There were not much beer options. Secondly, the staff were okish, not much responsive. Third, The food was the major setback here.. They don't give much complementary side dishes with the bar order which is pretty usual in other bars. Also, the food portion was way way less than what is expected. The disappointment gets even deeper with the taste which is not great. I had to add salt or pepper to most of the dishes just to make it edible.. One of the must-try dishes is their Beer Batter Chicken. The ambiance is great though. The vibe is good. Perfect for any business meet or a casual vibe with a date.. Overall, a good place to hang out!

Stayed here for a night, located on the main road, ample parking space, super ambience, room was specious and nice. We had a pleasant stay. Since we booked through online partners they said our rooms did not have breakfast complimentary, not sure why or what happened, worth checking with hotel what's included and what's not
