Wonderful restaurant for buffet lunch. Awesome varieties on both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Great value for money and moreover we can have relaxed lunch. The entree and desserts were really good. The price is very reasonable and we would definitely visit again.

It was a nice buffet lunch. The restaurant was also having a facelift after the renovation. The varieties are good. You have Mushroom veg biryani, White rice, Sambar, Rasam, Poriyal with pappads, pickles, Breads are to order. For veg dishes Kadai Veg, Paneer Butter Masala were available and for non-veg Chicken gravy, Lamb, Fish fry, egg masal and peri peri chicken was there. You also get Mutton biryani with raitha. There were also extensive salada, desserts and gheers. You also get cut and full fruits. Its good to see the non-veg items in a separate counter. The salads were not so fresh. We had to wait for the ordered breads for long time. You will enjoy the food

Hands Down one of the best places to have buffet. Wide variety of food on offer. Worth every penny you shell out. Everything seemed perfect from the beginning till the end. Valet parking is offered. Chef walks around asking for feedback/suggestions. Plethora of options to choose from. Though expensive, the experience is worth it.

Good buffet spread and live counters for Dosa, Roti, Pizza and Pasta. Many varieties to try and the starters and desserts are the highlights. Wish the main course was in heated containers. It's warm in the beginning but gets cold; not what you expect when paying a premium price.

Place seems heavenly and hygienic but without quality of food nothing matters to me. They charged 1859/-rs per person, definitely people expect something more for this price. By seeing reviews I went there, which is my bad. I never expected this!

One of the best place to have food. They have plenty of variety, we need to check available items , not all the items on display. Pasta to dosai, everything is available. Cake variety is awesome. They change dish every day, so we may miss items on alternative days. Few minus, Curd items got too much of ginger taste. Salty appam. I suggest to try Afgan grill in next door.

Stayed here during a business trip. The rooms were good, clean and the service was impeccable. During my stay, i tried the pavilion for dinner and breakfast and it was really good. The Pavilion at The Residency, Coimbatore is known great spread of buffet; and this time too, they did it well. The menu was diverse, did justice to both veg and non-veg. Desserts and cakes were awesome. However, the taste was above average during my visit. They charge INR 1800 for lunch buffet. Soup - Average Breads - Excellent One bite appetizers - Very Good Starters - Good Main course - Very Good Desserts - Excellent Pizza - Below average or Disaster. The main course is also not well structured which makes it very difficult for vegetarians. Parking will not be a problem. They have pool side seatings in the restaurant which makes it very attractive. Over all its bit costly and very poor customer service.

Buffet is average although they have a wide spread choice. Italian pasta needs to be el dante, was too rubbery while turmeric was in excess in the thai yellow curry (was expecting authentic italian and thai food). Went with my 8 month old baby and was surprised to find no nappy changing station in the entire hotel, had to change baby on their spa table. The best support given was by the doorman and front guard of the hotel.

The ambience of the restaurant was very nice, warm and inviting. Veg pasta salad and wine beet root were wonderful starter items for vegetarians. Paneer starter was well balanced with soft paneer and right mix of spices. Kudiravali sadham was a surprising delight in the main course. Lacha paratha and butter nan were made to order and were very soft. So many choices of pastries to pick from the desserts sections but my favorite was the strawberry mousse. Fig and Honey ice cream sounded promising but could have been better. Overall a very good experience and worth another visit.

Was an occasional visitor for more than a decade from 1999 till my relocation to another part of the country. 2021January was my first visit in 9 years. Standard remains the same.

Amazing dinner for Christmas loved the spread. Limited than last year but done to perfection. Desserts were a standout. Turkey tempting. Sadly closes by 10.30. missing our midnight buffet.

My favourite restuarant in the city is "The Pavilion" - Today @ lunch table 29. Now a days food taste is deterioted & choice of menu need to be improved a lot. Found insect in creamy beetroot SOUP (before time found many flies in desserts section) kindly look in to this matter, never expected unhygienic things in a 5star restuarant. Service also downgraded now a days, asked for veg pasta but they provided chicken pasta, panipuri in live counter also not good. Asked to replace it, but also again it's below average. Kindly provide a quality service as per the high charges.

The renovated Pavilion is awesome. Lighting is more bright and looks contemporary. The spread is very good. Food tasted good too. The staff were very polite and the restaurant manager stopped by our table to enquire how the food and service was. We ordered pizza at the pizza counter, but that took forever to come. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again

We have been to afghan grill but our first time to the Pavilion. Their spread of salads was extensive and also the cakes came in ho so many flavours which were exotic to say the least. However, they were all similar in taste to a basic cheese cake(was craving for one). Their cheese grilled fish was a winner all the way. We tried the appams, dosas, pasta too. All good. Also, had a second serving of the mushroom lasagna. Finished off with the complimentary Birthday cake.

Had ordered a cake at the time of booking our table and it's was provided in the house.the cake need a special mention as it amazed me on presentation. In spite of our early expectations, none of the dishes in the brunch buffet actually lived up to our expectations. All of the food—soup, salads, and main course dishes—was very subpar and didn't taste like it had been freshly prepared that day. The seafood dishes from the live counter tasted incredibly nice and were really fresh. Dessert options were plentiful and excellent as well. However, we are unable to come here just for sweets and grills due to the exorbitant price we pay. There are certainly better buffet options than here in the city.

A chick place within the residency towers for a nice business dinner, family dinner or a romantic dinner suits all. Wide spread menu and tasty too. It is mostly difficult to find tasty and wide spread options in most restaurants or five star hotels within the city but this is an apt place in the heart of the sunday. There are four restaurants in this premise and all of them serve alcohol choices. Really good options for the guests who stay and also for visitors who would like to choose for restaurants. It is better to book a table before arriving.

The Sunday brunch spreads used to be larger with wider choices. I would expect lot of local cuisine replaced with alternative different options. Some Afghani/Lucknawi kabab delicacies as well as some intercontinental options. And some boiled vegetables, glutton-free desserts.

All kind of foods were good. Only draw back was the desserts. It doesn't match high standards set by themselves with other items. Not all desserts were bad. But some were. Also no panipuri item in the noon food. Service was excellent. Atmosphere could be better than this . Especially it's not feeling spacious enough. Also two musics were playing at the same time in nearby speakers which was unpleasant. Restrooms are pukka. Live counters were good.
