One star for the poorest service I have ever seen in Coimbatore restaurants. So many people scolding staff for their irresponsiveness . Such a good mutton Briyani and chicken 777 goes down due to their poor staff manners . Must improve hospitality. !

The food tastes great, everything else sucks! They don't understand the concept of fine dining before adding it to their restaurants name boards. They just leave some tissues on and don't bother to have a stand. They give a fork with briyani and how can people serve it with this. Their wash area is so dirty, their pipes are all leaking and wasting water 24X7. Long wait times, poorly trained staff(who don't know a thing about what they are serving), unfriendly behaviour of captains, people at the front desk always busy and slow with the billing (I think they need a software change badly or proper training). Again I would still drag myself to this hotel because, the food tastes great 😃

The best food in the recent times. I enjoyed their biriyani and dynamite chicken. Biriyani was made of Seeraga Samba rice. The quantity was little less. The best part of their food was that the chicken was finely cooked and so soft. The dynamite chicken was spicy enough and very tender. There's a good seating capacity. The parking is large enough. The service is okay and can be improved. They accept card payments. Restroom facilities are available.

Crowded. Veg food not good. Poor service. Maybe non veg is good. Served ladle for spoons. No spoons for dishes. Poratta very thick. Dirty old menu. No Thali meals

0 ratings! Worst food ever! Terrible chicken fried rice. Doesn't worth even a single penny. The service was so horrible. No covid protocol was followed. No server was wearing the mask and their attitude was so damn bad. The cost was different in menu while we see the bill the cost was very high. After all these bitter experience the server was asking for extra tip. Worst hotel ever.

Worst place to go with your family and friends. Yesterday I had lunch with my friends in sms. There was a 'FLY' in Gobi Manchurian. When we asked the waiter he tried to take that Insect from our plate and disposed it. After few minutes we asked the manager to come and he replied casually that this is lighting problem. The fact is that he didn't apologize for their mistakes and didn't tell it will not repeat again. No respect towards customers. It was my first time visiting the hotel and it will be the last time. I would recommend u all to switch with other restaurants. A dissatisfied customer of SMS hotel👎

SMS Hotels known for its Non Vegetarian items...Located at a Prime location in Peelamedu...with a Good Parking space...Spacious seat arrangements...tastiest food...pricing is little bit on higher side..but worth it ..

The hotel ambience is really nice, but the food taste is mediocre except bun parotta and chicken 777, both were exceptional. Service is very average. if you are visiting this hotel you must try chicken 777 and bun parotta

Have a bad experience while taking lunch. They provide only bottled water and will charge it. We don't have options. And the person serves won't bother what you say. Even tumblers for taking the water he kept after we ask two - three times. Coming to the food everything was heavy priced. We can see only three digit prices. Food was not that worth. Even person in billing counter was so casual asking us to pay by cash, because she doesn't want to walk 10 steps Opposite to take the confirmation of UPI payment inspite there is no queue or crowd. Area was kept clean. Ambience was decent for family. Have parking facility. Overall we felt bad that we wasted money in taking an average food.

Tender coconut jelly is awesome taste must try........ Other main dishes like briyani, rotti basket are good... Gravies and dry dishes are good to taste....

Their food is really good and they should concentrate more on service part. We have to wait for someone to come or ask multiple times for the rice to served for the meals purchased. Looks like they're short staffed. We ordered mutton chukka, chicken curry meals and lollipop. Everything was good. A must try place for meals.

Being afraid of negative reviews, gone to the hotel. But had a very good experience. Serving was very good. Lot of parking space for bikes and cars. Ambience was very good with neat restrooms. Price is bit high but loved the dishes. Located nearby Peelamedu bus stop. Can try atleast once.

Bun parotta here is my favorite. Family friendly. Food tastes good and quality also good. But service could have been better. It's very difficult to call a waiter and had to wait for a long time before a waiter would attend. When I visited they gave less change by Rs.200 so if you pay cash check balance change properly.

Very bad experience with the behavior of waiters and manager.Very horrible food and very poor management. People recruited there are untidy and ill-mannered. The manager person is horrible.Worst place to dine,particularly when we take guests with us.

Me and my friends went to this hotel and ordered Non veg meals they said it will take 10-15 mins But the time was 2.00 pm because to sell biriyani they said like this. Every hotel should satisfy customers need but here it is not like that.

I've recently visited SMS for a lunch with my friends of around 8 members, the restaurant was more spacious and it gave a cozy vibes because of the dim golden light with background songs. We had pepper chilli prawns and Japan chicken as our starters and I highly recommend it, then as for the main course we had chicken and mutton Biriyani and also bun parotta with chettinad chicken gravy as of main course it was pretty good not so worth it and lastly for desert we had shakes and elaneer payasam, I highly recommend the elaneer payasam here in sms it was so damn good. Overall it is a good place to spend time with family. It costed us around 3500 for 8 members

kal dosai with prawns curry, I enjoyed it to full. a nice spacious dining place kept open till 2 am. past midnight. it is really a blessing for late night travellers, if they want to treat themselves with good tasty food, because most of restaurants pull down their shutters by 10.30 pm max.

A Good rated dine out and we'll equip halls with ample space of parking in the city centre. Best place for business meetings and family functions. Food : Multi cuisine restaurant - Pricing is a bit okay considering the place of location. Service : Good on dine in area as well as at the halls

In the lunch we had briyani it was good in taste not only from my opinion almost 9 people we went and tasted everyone liked , chicken dynamite ok ok, vanjaram slices is too thin , bun parotta was excellent, nati chicken dry is good.. Spacious parking, timely service overall good experience.. Cost wise little high

I'm disappointed to say that the biryani's taste has changed, and it's not as good as it used to be. The price is higher, but the quality is now ordinary. This place was once my favorite for biryani, but it doesn't quite live up to that reputation anymore.

Ate bun parotta from the place, along with some chettinad chicken, the food was extremely tasty. The waiters are also friendly and willing to help us, particularly as I was having trouble with Tamil speaking. The place was family friendly too.

Being one of the limited nonveg restaurants in the area, there is considerable number of people visiting the place, but I felt the general atmosphere (especially the bathrooms) were off-putting. The food was good, but was it worth the price is another matter. An unflavourful experience

I took my family to sms hotel and it's my first time in there.first of all the ambience of the restaurant is awesome 👌. And we are pretty surprised with the service and care.the man who served us Mr.KARTHI was with fantastic attitude and his friendly gesture level simply on top.we enjoyed a lot with his conversations with our kids and my family members.it was very kind.i have to mention his name because I keep traveling and I tried lot of restaurants in India but I didn't get a service like Mr.karthi. all the best brother...God bless you

Poor service and management. Around 40 ppl were in the restaurant at 3 pm and having food. Since their kitchen time is closed, they switched off AC and created discomfort. They should have waited until the customer leaves atleast for the amount paid for it.

The juice vessel was not cleaned properly, briyani was vanaspati driven, chicken tikka did not cook well. The staff was courteous though

Worst experience. We booked function hall and breakfast for baby shower function. We are experience poor food and staff behaviour is worst. We booked for leaf service. Initially they served in leaf and then plates. It's not a poor experience, it's worst experience. It's happened on 9.7.2023.

Very bad experience while takeaway order. They give only priority for online orders. So, better avoid walk-in for take away orders. It is going to take much longer than online deliveries. Thank you.

A poor hotel I should say. Always crowded, it took almost 15 mins for someone to come and take an order. Their Non Veg Meals is actually a joke. What you get is rice and some gravy of chicken, mutton and fish. No chicken or mutton pieces or dishes, just gravy.

Good restaurant. Very tasty food. I tasted the Non-veg meals and it tasted just like the homely food. Service was very good. Surprisingly the rates were not very high, as I expected.

We went for the night restaurant by 11 30 pm. It was crowded at that time and hence waiting period was long. We waited close to half an hour to get our first item. Their food was awesome, especially Tandoori chicken. Conduct of waiters was very polite, however, it was taking long for them to deliver. If you have patience, nice place to go for a midnight meal.

The hotel is great in ambience and service. They have variety of dishes, however the one we had was Shanghai non veg noodle and it was tasteless. But other's had good food especially tiffin items. So overall good dining experience except for the noodles.

Looking at some review we wanted to try Bamboo biriyani but it was not available.. checked for tomato soup and it was not available as well.. so decided to check their options.. tried biriyani, chicken 777,prawn pepper try and all were good

We sat there for more than 10 minutes but no one came to serve. We got water only after 20 mins. Food was between average to good. Portions were large, but the basic need of a hotel is service, that lagged in here. Poor washroom maintenance too.

I and my husband went there for a Valentine day celebration. The hotel is fully packed with people. I enjoyed the lunch and its worth the price. Especially bun paratha is yummy. U all must dine here at least once........

Nice ambience and hospitality... limited items on sea food... otherwise good with chicken platters especially DRAGON CHICKEN is must try and prawn fry is too salty may be it was that dish or day's mistake... mixed fried rice and mutton biriyani is good, but couldn't say excellent on comparison... more over quantity is a much sufficient one... better order 2 main dish and share with 3 if you are not that good eater for good eaters 1 main dish will be much sufficient and staters too are good in quantity... quantity wise 5 Star... Parking available... and bill value is 1200 for 3 on avg including main course and starters...

A pretty good experience. A decent ambience. Service was pretty delayed. Ordered about 5 starters and they were really good and tasty. And ordered about 3 biryanis (Egg, Chicken, Mutton), chicken and Mutton weren't well cooked. But the rice tasted amazing. Do visit.
