Severe communication gap among the front office staff that was resolved quickly: they were very accomodative to our requests. Front office and house keeping staffs were very jovial and interacted with us without any hesitation that made our stay very pleasant and felt very safe. Room is well kept and maintained neatly, even though it was too pricey. Complimentary breakfast was good but the menu was found to be repetitive. Over all, no complaints, had a very pleasant and felt very safe and secured.

I booked my stay through MMT. Prices were extraordinary high due to high traffic and marriage time. however the kind of hospitality I found in the hotel it was extraordinary . We tried the Holiday Residency weekend buffet for the first time and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. Very comfortable hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to a conference I had at nearby campus, just 15 minute walk. Breakfast buffet was great - South Indian yummies including idli and dosa masala, also western breakfast foods.

Wishing Holiday Residency team all the very best for future! ---------------------------- REVIEW: After reading lots of reviews I had decided to stay at this hotel cancelling my booking at Ikon by Annapoorna and I regret my decision. This is a new building... That's the only positive point... Rest there's nothing at all. We ordered room service and the food was pathetic, the bar has limited menu and they serve normal unsalted peanuts with drinks (not at all a good combo). Next is the service.... We went out in afternoon informing the reception to clean the room and while returning informed them 30 minutes in advance to keep the bill etc. ready as we'll be checking out the same evening and won't stay that night although we've booked the room for 2 nights. After reaching hotel, they told that the billing etc. and check out process starts only after the guest vacates the room. When we went to the room it wasn't cleaned, the reception informed that we don't clean rooms in the absence of guests 😳 that's the first time I've heard this (all star rated hotels clean room while the guest is out), i asked how can you clean the room when the guests are inside the room? They informed that's it's their policy and they can't help. The guy who came to collect the luggage went back without taking anything, we've to bring out our luggage then also they took 10 minutes to prepare the bill. I constantly informed that we'll miss our flight and please complete your formalities ASAP still they took their own sweet time. By the grace of God we could catch our flight as it got delayed by 30 minutes.. Otherwise it would've a double whammy for us. Also they've copied everything like the logo, name etc. From Holiday Inn Resorts and I also mistook them as a sister concern but it's not. Overall a very pathetic experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Neat, clean and spacious room, good food and wonderful staff. Special mention to front desk staff Dev and Mala for their wonderful hospitality and care. Their behaviour made me feel safe and welcome. Also,a mention to the staff in the restaurant. They are very good. I can't speak Tamil fluently, but the entire staff was understanding and helpful in every way. All in all a great and comfortable experience.

Booked going after all the positive reviews in Google, but the stay was a disappointment for me. May be because I expected more. First Positives: Excellent service from the hotel Staff Good breakfast spread Very close to all kind of shops Ample basement parking Negatives: They have disabled lift service between basement and ground floor. So you always have to take stairs till Ground floor to reach room. And in that case they haven’t provided valet parking either. Then reception welcomes you with a board of outside food not allowed in rooms and they have the hotel setup like a apartment converted to hotel. For the money you pay, rooms are very cramped. And the rooms aren’t designed to give you a positive feel. If you have started in Zone by the park Coimbatore you will understand that. One thing I would like to say is the staff service which was very welcoming.

I had a mixed experience at Holiday Residency. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch, which initially left a great impression. However, my enthusiasm took a hit when I received the bill. The prices were shockingly high, especially for the water bottles. Each bottle had a printed price of Rs. 20, but they charged a whopping Rs. 55 per bottle on the bill. This inflated pricing makes everything here about 150% more expensive than expected. Considering this, I'd recommend exploring other dining options in the area.

I was charged 1200rs for breakfast for 3 people...While entering the cafeteria they asked for our room number and they noted it. Once we started having breakfast in between one of the staff said that according to our room selection plan breakfast is not included. Still we thought to have breakfast from there only because we have already started eating, but when we were leaving from there they gave us a huge bill of 1200rs. If they could have informed us about the rate before entering the cafeteria or while recording the room number, we could have avoided this huge bill. Rest all are good and the staff were behaving extremely well and the place is heigenic too.

We have been to this hotel yesterday for just one night stay. Amazing service. Very polite staff. We had flight morning 9 am. Hence wanted to leave early morning at 6 am. Restaurant in charge Binsi was so kind she committed to give us our four people brakefast parcel. Though it was simple veg sandwiches and fresh fruits but was delicious. Really thanks for homely feeling.

Decent room but excellent service & breakfast. The room was a little smaller than we expected. Funnily, the balcony was massive & it would have been nice if it could have been part of the room instead. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which was annoying since we were a family of three trying to use the washroom one after the other. Other than that, service is first class. Everybody is super courteous & nice to talk to. Room service is fantastic & the breakfast is really really really nice! Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel to stay in Sarvanapatti

worst ever faced staff - receptionist -I booked twice from morning but again I came to holiday residency directly and book again the ‘receptionist’ simply said SORRY and we came from Wayanad after long distance travel we reached this property at 8 pm - we ordered dinner in room but super fast Staff came after an hour to take order -Note : But Food is good

The website showed room price 3500 slashed and available for 3000 for room we stayed, but we did not get the discount while booking through phone. Rooms I would say are satisfactory at max for the price since I've stayed in better rooms for same or lesser price in other cities. Food taste of what I tried was above average, nothing exceptional. Service was good other than the mentioned hiding of the discounted rate. Had good space for parking car.

Neat and clean hotel with good service. Breakfast was yummy with loads of variety - buffet. Room-size were decent and mine had a big balcony opening towards a open space, kind of agriculture land overlooking a series of nearby hills! So beautiful :-) Unlike metros where hotels are in crowded area this was in fact almost noiseless at night. Highly recommended.

I had my brother's wedding reception at Holiday Residency Saravanampatti and the food was excellent. Hall is spacious with good arrangments of buffet and the staff are courteous. If you like to book for events hall or party hall for marriage or birthday events kindly suggest you to go for Good hotels which they charge very less than HR and deal more professional than HR Holiday resedence. If your event want to get collapse try HR Holiday resedence. My event got dropped at the last time if the event is tomorrow till today they haven't planned anything and they are blank.

It's a good hotel to have a family dine times & office team lunches. We went for an office lunch & it was good service & foods were good. But they have a small kitchen I think & it's bit difficult to have more than 20 members at the same time as a team. So, it's better to provide pre-order to them when you plan for a team lunch.

One of the best stay in recent times. After a hectic drive for 10 hrs we wanted to rest and have a good sleep. We searched for almost 8 hotels in and around Coimbatore, as it was season time, no one was ready to take us in by night 10PM. But to our rescue HR gave us the best accommodation with piping hot food at 11. Everything was perfect, ambience ,food and breakfast spread were outstanding. Thanks to the best staffs.

Stay was excellent. No complaints. Nothing exceptional but for a simple family stay for a day or two while you visit Coimbatore north side, this place is very convenient. Food was nice and staff service was really good.

The Restaurant is very much understaffed. The one guy is serving food in very small portion sizes for large groups. For breakfast the buffet items are not constantly refilled we have to wait near the item for a few minutes and instruct the waiter to refill. Also we have order dosa omlette or any other things separately which again takes forever to get to you. There is a 90% chance that you got late and left.
