UPDATE:
I
am
happy
that
the
team
at
Holiday
Residency
took
the
review
positively
and
I
had
a
detailed
discussion
with
the
Manager
and
General
Manager
regarding
what
went
wrong
and
what
can
be
done
to
improve
things
for
the
guests
in
general.
I
would
also
like
to
thank
the
owner
for
responding
and
acknowledging
the
issues,
we
as
guests
mean
no
harm
to
the
business
or
individual
its
only
that
in
the
hospitality
industry
'service'
is
the
essence
and
if
there
are
issues
they
are
required
to
be
addressed.

team
all
the
very
best

REVIEW:
After
reading
lots
of
reviews
I
had
decided
to
stay
at
this
hotel
cancelling
my
booking
at
Ikon
by
Annapoorna
and
I
regret
my
decision.
This
is
a
new
building...
That's
the
only
positive
point...
Rest
there's
nothing
at
all.
We
ordered
room
service
and
the
food
was
pathetic,
the
bar
has
limited
menu
and
they
serve
normal
unsalted
peanuts
with
drinks
(not
at
all
a
good
combo).
Next
is
the
service....
We
went
out
in
afternoon
informing
the
reception
to
clean
the
room
and
while
returning
informed
them
30
minutes
in
advance
to
keep
the
bill
etc.
ready
as
we'll
be
checking
out
the
same
evening
and
won't
stay
that
night
although
we've
booked
the
room
for
2
nights.
After
reaching
hotel,
they
told
that
the
billing
etc.
and
check
out
process
starts
only
after
the
guest
vacates
the
room.
When
we
went
to
the
room
it
wasn't
cleaned,
the
reception
informed
that
we
don't
clean
rooms
in
the
absence
of
guests
😳
that's
the
first
time
I've
heard
this
(all
star
rated
hotels
clean
room
while
the
guest
is
out),
i
asked
how
can
you
clean
the
room
when
the
guests
are
inside
the
room?
They
informed
that's
it's
their
policy
and
they
can't
help.
The
guy
who
came
to
collect
the
luggage
went
back
without
taking
anything,
we've
to
bring
out
our
luggage
then
also
they
took
10
minutes
to
prepare
the
bill.
I
constantly
informed
that
we'll
miss
our
flight
and
please
complete
your
formalities
ASAP
still
they
took
their
own
sweet
time.
By
the
grace
of
God
we
could
catch
our
flight
as
it
got
delayed
by
30
minutes..
Otherwise
it
would've
a
double
whammy
for
us.
Also
they've
copied
everything
like
the
logo,
name
etc.
From
Holiday
Inn
Resorts
and
I
also
mistook
them
as
a
sister
concern
but
it's
not.
Overall
a
very
pathetic
experience.
