First time staying at an Ibis property so don't have a reference point to compare. The hotel is a pure executive class property. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. The pipe fittings show their age. The bedsheets were laundered but lightly stained. The room was well arranged given the space constraints. Staff were courteous and prompt. We didn't visit the restaurant. Not a value proposition for the price.

This is our first stay in IBIS hotel in India and we loved the experience. From check in to check out, we were taken care extremely well by the hotel staff, whether it is in front desk, restaurant, room service, housekeeping(Vallarasu), etc. We loved the smile on everyone's face, they were incredibly helpful and courteous when we requested for something. The food was awesome and every meal was well planned. While it is a budget hotel, the service was very close to a 5-star property. Central location and cleanliness was big attraction for us. Overall a great place to stay! Thanks to IBIS staff for their service during our stay for over a week.

Never ever choose this Hotel if rooms are available with other hotels. Small room, it's like a container box. Toilet was not cleaned properly. They do not provide soap, only shower gel available. No cars available for next day airport service. Max 4 dishes were available for breakfast. They are maintaining only their front desk so that they can attract people. This is just a container box with AC and bed.

Moreover, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to the overall quality of the accommodations and services provided. Speaking of services, the a-la-carte service was rather slow, which was highly frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling.The only highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of dishes and was enjoyable. In conclusion, Ibis Coimbatore may be suitable for business travelers due to its suites, but for leisure travelers like myself, the small rooms, suffocating bathrooms, high pricing, and slow service were disappointing. The breakfast buffet was the only saving grace during my stay.

Peaceful place to stay, wherein you help yourself with no disturbance. The Reception on the first floor is very good thinking and congratulations to the THINKER 😁. Posting this review after staying here for almost a month. The rooms are pretty decent and provide you with all the basic amenities. The food I felt was pretty decent too but I was bored with it till the end of my stay, so things can be improved here by offering more variety in the breakfast menu. Other than that if we talk about the reception staff or housekeeping staff or even the restaurant staff, I would say they all are very customer friendly & promt in their service.

The hotel was very hygienic and spotlessly clean. They followed high level in COVID protocols. Staffs are very polite, especially reception. Amenities was very well. Overall, such a perfect choice to stay.

I just completed a one week stay at the Ibis hotel. I had to stay a week due to the new government mandate for international arrivals. The hotel is very good! The room was clean and was great to do work. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Amir (head chef) and the dining staff are doing a very good job. Everyone was very friendly as well. The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. Rooms are pretty small, but neatly maintained. My only dissatisfaction was they have a standard check in and check out at 2 o'clock, thereby charging additional 2k as early booking charges. We were not ready for this and not informed in advance when the reservations were made. They could have a flexible check in and check out time enabling people travelling by train to access this business hotel. Breakfast is complementary. But it was not that great. We were also made to pay the entire amount in advance. This is also a first time experience. Overall, very bad experience.

What a comfortable stay! The staff was courteous and the service was quick. The breakfast buffet was decent. I feel they could do slightly better in this department. The location of the hotel is great. You are just 15-20 min away from all popular eating joints.

Firstly talking about location - Placed right in centre of the city with the new Lulu Hypermarket that opened, right opposite to it. Few good restaurants are available in the same locality as well. Ambience and service - Rooms are well maintained. Aesthetic look with beautiful artistic displays in the common areas. Staff is really friendly and have quick turnaround for all queries. Parking is available but gets a little crowded during weekends.

I called 2 days before check-in and informed that I will check in and informed that I will reach at 8 a.m in the morning and leave at 4 p.m in the evening. The person who attended the call informed that the tariff will be 2800 + taxes, I agreed and the room was booked. On the day of checkin the person in reception demanded 2000 extra for early check-in and I paid because I had no other option.I paid 4700 for just half a day stay and no bill was given. I will never stay in this hotel after this bar experience.

Second time stay in the same hotel and only Brand name exist. They should be doing timely maintenance to maintain their brand standards. The bathroom shower glass doors were very much rusted, kettle's were not clean so as the cupboards and racks as well. The staffs were also very helpful and polite and even provided us with complimentary late check out.

Excellent short stay accommodation option. The room was spacious for 2 and amenities provided were good - kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer and TV. Appreciated the complimentary 2L filtered water. Staff are good and helpful right from the security team. Late check-out was offered upon request. Bathroom lacked proper ventilation but was not a big issue.

No response to any of my calls but my call was important for them as per the recorded message 😃😃 Overall : Not recommended. My Office booked for me on my request as it was nearer to my meeting place but not a good experience.

Whenever in India this is our hotel for our connection flights. Clean rooms and restaurant and friendly kind staff. The experience was good and the best breakfast has different varieties and the service was good. The bathrooms and rooms need to be taken care of. The house keeping was not upto the mark, there was strains in the towels and then water faucet was not working well. But the overall experience is good.

The breakfast had a good and yummy selection. Soundarya was extremely helpful with our requests and tended to us well. Only qualm was how small the rooms were but otherwise they are clean.

Positives: (1) Good location opposite Lulu hypermarket with eateries nearby (2) Hotel employs differently abled employees, who are trained well - Kudos, its noble. (3) Rooms (& bathrooms) are typical of ibis - purely functional for the cost-conscious customer. Fits max 2 adults with not too much luggage. (4) Tariff is reasonable, hotel offers discount for members. (5) This being the world cup season, they provided Star sports in the in-room cable TV, which is much appreciated. Negatives: (1) The hotel goes to the extreme with eco-friendliness, to the point of being a pain to customers:(a) Water is provided in glass bottles instead of normal mineral water bottles. This causes 3 problems - Firstly, there is no ISI stamp for the water. The seal is not fool proof (paper seal) and can be easily stuck back. The manufacture date is also printed on a paper sticker and can be easily manipulated. Therefore, whatever the hotel says - "premium water", made from own plant, etc., the quality cannot be trusted. Secondly, these glass bottles can easily slip from your hand. Thirdly, customers who are sensitive to water quality, might want to take the "usual" mineral water bottles with them when they step out. Glass bottles completely block out this need. The hotel needs to be sensitive to these requirements (b) In the toiletries pack, instead of a mini-tooth paste, the hotel provides a tablet (yes, literally like a medicine tablet) which you need to chew and then brush your teeth. The taste sucks and the experience may not be pleasant if you have sensitive gums. This is ridiculous and takes things a bit too far. (2) The staff at reception, bar and restaurant need a complete overhaul: (a) Except for the house-keeping staff, not a single smile was observed. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were a grumpy lot (b) Service at the bar was extremely slow and required multiple follow-ups (c) Buffet breakfast is well below average - you are better off to opt for "room-only" basis & have breakfast outside (d) Restaurant staff rarely come around to ask you if you need anything. Tables are cleared without checking with the customer when you go off to the counter to get food. One of the staff in grey t-shirt uniform (name D****ker) needs urgent training on the proper way to interact with customers.

We stayed at this property for two nights in the last week of September and Soumen Bhattacharjee and his wonderful team deserve a pat on their back for having taken care of us well during our stay... Special thanks to the efficient front office staff for having handled the check in and check out very swiftly...It was an awesome experience.. Such a worst stay and worst service. And paid 3800/- for stay. At least while chekin and check out no one assist us, we have taken the entire luggage and we brought our luggage. Waste of money. No international standards. Too bad too worst.

Well maintained clean rooms. The blinds were not functional, but was fixed immediately by service person. Cots not well maintained, makes cranky noise, one star less for that. Food bills, the best part, good taste and not expensive. Right across is Lulu hyper mall to shop or spend time exploring. Elevators work only with room keys, good security approach.

I got checked into a room where the blinds didn't work. But the front desk came in within a minute and changed my room. Minus 1 star for not checking rooms. The restaurant/bar seems to be understaffed. Later realised it is setup for room service more than the in person experience. I was annoyed the first day and told Dipankar. They next 2 days he went above and beyond to make sure I was helped on time. He was multi taking-bar tender , Dosa maker, and taking orders. Kudos to him but I hope staffing improves on bar service.

Worst experience, Room smells bad, they didn't provide dental kit, bathroom door doesn't have lock. For day stay they provided me stay for 5hours. In sale condition they mentioned 8am to evening 6pm. I checked in at 9:30am and they asked me to check out with 3pm. I had train at only 9pm. Due to this I paid and I was at waiting hall for by simply sitting. Very worst experience here. Because i usually prefer Ibis. But COIMBATORE branch doesn't maintained their standards. Then I don't know why they are charing that much money.

Main door lock was not working (Room208) there was a bad smell in room but it was gone as soon as AC turned ON , they didn't provide any dental kit ,we should call them for that , I don't recommend this hotel if you can stretch your budget 2k you can get better options like Radisson blue , Vivanta etc.. which are 5star

Poor management. Things are not organised. They don't have a separate house keeping, reception, restaurant staff. They run everything with the same limited people. Poor service. Poor management. This review is mainly for the food. We dropped in here for lunch today and had a really great experience. The hotel looks very clean and nice and everyone is following proper Covid protocols. They have a nice little covered patio seating and we opted to sit there given the perfect weather. We ordered Chinese for lunch, and Chef Amir Ali went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. He recommended the momos and even made us manchow soup that wasn’t on the menu. The soup was delicious, it was thick and yet very light and the vegetables were fresh. We got the chicken 65, and got some fried rice / noodles / gobi manchurian. Everything tasted delicious and fresh! The food wasn’t oily and the chef even tailored the spice levels to our preference. He mentioned his speciality is continental food and I can’t wait to go back and try it out! We ended the lunch with some realllyyy nice and warm gulab jamun. The service was also great. The restaurant manager Joy, and our server Anshul were very friendly and courteous and made sure we had a perfect time. Will definitely come back here whenever I visit.

The rooms were damp and smelly. We asked for a different room and even that was maintained in the same way. Moreover the alternate room that was provided was not cleaned and prepared. I was tired and frustrated to ask for another change and it was too late when I checked in, just went to sleep. I had a high expectation as I had stayed in Ibis Bangalore and that was an awesome stay.

We went on a family trip and stayed at IBIS hotel in coimbatore in May2023. Not at all worth for money. Rooms weren't clean, bedsheets looked like soiled and had to call up room service multiple times to change. Only single towel provided that too wasn't looking neat. Only one dental kit not sure how all would use same. Shower when used creates lot of noise. Coffee, Tea ordered for room. Charged very high but not even in warm state Overall not maintained well and not worth for money. Advise not to book this hotel just by IBIS brand.

Stayed with a 1 year old baby. The stay and hospitality was excellent. Extra care was given for the baby during complementary breakfast. They were flexible with the check-out time as we requested. Would recommend for everyone and would come again for sure !

It's been two days I am staying in the property. The property is maintained well best part of it the fragrance that refreshes us as soon as we enter. Staffs have been very accommodative. Whenever i stay here something goes wrong in room.sometimes water was clogged in wash room.sometimes coffee kettle was not working or power issues. Sometimes Air conditioning issue. Etc.. The only better thing which I found here was staffs as well as food quality.

Location wise located in the city centre, very accessible to the coimbatore railway station. Good for business travels short durations. Your privacy is given the highest priority that's a noteworthy point. Rest food was decent. Amenities only include a gym. There's a small meeting room to host 20-30 people. Staff is polite, rooms are clean.

I stayed here for 3 Nights and it's was quite comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the staff was cordial. Rooms are apt for people on Business trips. Breakfast spread was sufficient with options of ordering variety of Dosa, eggs. I would like to appreciate Ankit's efforts to look after me and making everything available as I needed them. Overall the stay was pleasant. I just request them to maintain the gym equipments which were having few issues which I reported to the reception. Hoping these would be taken care of.

Room 704. Room was ok, not so clean or not so dirty. Toilet had stains. No lock in Bathroom. Had pesticide smell in room. Food is very good but unreasonably pricey. Restaurant doesn't talk kindly if asked about food suggestion and asks to refer menu which doesn't have much items. Overall no warm feeling in Restaurant. Staff confirms taxi booking at multiple occasions but come to know last minute that taxi was never booked at all. Then they book red taxi on panic mode. Thanks to red taxi, there were not much delays. This happened thrice. Too much confusion at reception and front office, have to repeat same things multiple times. Front office is warm but not effective. Overall not worth for the price, can rather give 2-3 k more and stay in a 5star for efficient service as overall management is full of confusion.

Stayed here a couple of time while on business. The food was ok. Expected a better experience. Rooms are IBIS standard. You stay in one you’ve stayed in all of them. Would always be a 3rd or 4th choice place for me.

Good location. Staff was good, but pathetic housekeeping service. Be prepared to call 3-5 times & wait for 30-45 mins if you need something from housekeeping. Food in the restaurant was o..k…service was good. As everyone know that rooms in IBIS are very small being a budget business hotel. It is ok for a short stay, but not for more than 2 days.

I chose Ibis to stay for a night thinking I'll have a good experience since the hotel was rated 3 star.. honestly it's not even 1 star worth. Room was ok.. they provided only one towel in the bathroom for two persons stay. Dinner buffet was very disappointing. Simple plain rice was getting over within minutes and they took more than 30 mins to refill. I asked them for butter roti when i just took my plate and they got me roti when i was having my dessert. I had to rush to get rice because they were busy serving only the people who were ordering alcohol or room service!! Nothing was there in starter section too. I couldn't take Pani Puri too as the aloo stuffing was over and never refilled. Chinese section was as cold as ice.. couldn't even take salad as it was over too. I don't know what are they charging us for? Also previous to dinner we went for tea and sandwich and they took easily 45-50 mins to bring. There was not even hand sanitizer in the automatic dispenser.. neither on first floor nor on seventh floor where we were staying. If you are ok to experience sloppy hospitality and just give money to the brand name Ibis you can come here when you're in coimbatore and looking for accommodation otherwise please refrain to even consider it. Thank you but no thank you. I'm surely not visiting this hotel again here in coimbatore.

I enjoyed the quietness and the service. The room is small but cozy and well architected, and sufficient. For a business trip this a good option. But for vacation this might not be what you looking for. Morning breakfast was pleasant and we enjoyed live counter. I really enjoyed my well cooked fluffy omelet. Ibis Coimbatore City Centre is very good hotel to stay single or with family.. Room was small but was very comfortable... Interior was good enough for comfortable stay... Breakfast was superb with plenty of items with great taste... Room service was up to mark and food was tasty... Hotel Located near to Malls, nearby pure veg restaurant if interested... Check in and check out process was fast enough... Overall it was great stay...

Needs a refresher for the staff on customer handling. Rooms need extra care when heavy load. We pay so should be attended too. The cost charged is for hygiene cleanliness amenities and attention not to here the woe that the staff is less n hotel is pack, if so charge according to ur services.

The hotel is situated in prime location and is easily accessible from airport. budget friendly. However this hotel lacks in cleanliness. The beds were not clean. Full of spider web below the cot. Stay away if you have dust allergies.

Nice cosy rooms with all required facilities. All the housekeeping staff as well as kitchen staff are really amazing and helpful. However, their reception desk is horrible. The systems at reception are always down and reception staff are untrained in their work. I was issued with an invoice without the name when I requested the correction they promised to send the revised invoice on my email in 30min. After that I have called them at least 3 times in last 2 days but still did not received it. They just ruined a experience which otherwise was amazing.

Very good hospitality, nice stay specially in restaurant. Shantanu one of the attendant is really great. He take care of everyone and very humble. I stayed here multiple time and he is the person who always attended me. Thanks IBIS for such a wonderful staff member.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Check in was seamless, the front desk staff was gracious enough to honour my request for an upgrade since we were there for a special occasion. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were amazing, front desk, restaurant staff, security.. every single person was helpful. Akash was one of the many staff members who went a step beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The access to beach was great, the recreational lounge, kids club and swimming pool was amazing. I could go on, but if you’re looking for a wholesome stay with good service and fun activities, it is an amazing hotel
