Please
do
hire
more
staffs
and
please
do
teach
the
receptionist
or
anyone
who
takes
care
of
the
reception
to
be
a
bit
more
customer
centric.
I
asked
for
room
service
and
the
response
was
no.
I
asked
if
there
was
any
service
and
the
straight
answer
on
my
face
was
a
big
NO.
Could
do
much
better.
We
had
taken
two
rooms
that
inter-connected.
Both
the
rooms
were
stinking
like
it's
been
closed
for
almost
a
month
of
something
and
asked
for
room
freshener
which
was
not
provided.
One
room
washroom
was
a
nightmare.
Water
issues.
The
other
room
was
fine.
The
balcony
has
a
killer
view
of
the
entire
neighbourhood.
We
don't
stay
much
in
the
room.
We
just
needed
it
to
crash.
So
just
avoided
the
hassle
of
checking
out
and
finding
another
hotel
and
unfortunately
it
was
a
wedding
season.
So
thought
just
to
spend
couple
of
nights.
On
the
whole,
you
ppl
can
do
better.
