Very pathetic Hotel. Ancient hotel (So called hotel) in the heart of Coimbatore. The receptionist in the evening (up to 10 PM) is so rude, he doesn't't even know how to smile.. The bathrooms are dirty and the ACs are not working properly. The rooms are also not well maintained, there are stains everywhere. In short a total failure. I was unlucky for 3 days to stay here. The housekeeping department is a total failure..

Please do hire more staffs and please do teach the receptionist or anyone who takes care of the reception to be a bit more customer centric. I asked for room service and the response was no. I asked if there was any service and the straight answer on my face was a big NO. Could do much better. We had taken two rooms that inter-connected. Both the rooms were stinking like it's been closed for almost a month of something and asked for room freshener which was not provided. One room washroom was a nightmare. Water issues. The other room was fine. The balcony has a killer view of the entire neighbourhood. We don't stay much in the room. We just needed it to crash. So just avoided the hassle of checking out and finding another hotel and unfortunately it was a wedding season. So thought just to spend couple of nights. On the whole, you ppl can do better.

Room service is good but still room infra can be improved but this place is very near to central railway station

Very old, decently maintained. Clean and well ventilated rooms. AC, washroom and overall have hotels of 90's look. Ample parking space, very close to bus stand, hotels and other amenities.

One of the very old hotel in the city with all amenities. Hotel provides 24x7 check in & check out with polite, courteous service. They guide us each and every think inside the hotel and other informations also. They are voluntarily come forward and assist us. Overall a great stay in the Hotel. However this Hotel should consider to have a restaurant inside this hotel

Worst hotel I seen till now. They dont clean bathrooms. Never change bedsheets.. Towels seems to be used one only.. they dont have restaurants.. even they dont keep the water bottles.. That to u have to buy from outside. it is hell on the name of hotel.

Great location but the stay is very outdated. Might be better if gone through a renovation. Balcony is not kid friendly the rail is too low.

The worst hotel in the city. Asked for King bed and I was provided small beds. Very uncomfortable stay. Worst rooms with no towels provided. Charged. High but nothing provided. Cheated and feel terrible for staying here. Not bath mats provided, Entrance is a poorly planned and maintained portion.

Good room with plenty of space. Also they have good car parking. They don't have restaurants hence we need to go to nearby restaurant for food. But at night they have a fried Chicken counter on the hotel compound itself. Nearby good veg restaurant available

Rooms need maintainance, otherwise good. Room service very poor. Intercom out of service. Of 3 days we stayed, didn't get mineral water on second day inspite of repeated reminders. Very spacious parking.

very old hotel furniture and bed also super but bathroom worst even not cleaned more than a year first of all you call professional cleaner and clean the same appoint some more person for room service since your location is centre of the city do it immediately

Recently stayed in this hotel. Rooms and toilet were not cleaned and receptionist was very rude to customers . Do not recommend to anyone.

they have shut down all restaurants. no service. even set top box is being rotated based on occupancy. So if you just want only an airy and clean room , it is ok. otherwise forget it.

We stayed a night here before we head to valparai. Took Executive AC room. Rooms were very neat. Ample car paking space is available, prime location. Only drawback is no resturant within the hotel but housekeeping will help to buy food from outside. We ordered via food delivery app and it was delivered to the hotel ground-floor. Near by small cateens are available , food were really tasty with nominal price. Inside hotel compound there is a snacks shop burger coffee items are available. Overall very good place to stay with family. 7th floor view is awesome.
