Feels so good after my first visit there. Peaceful and mindful blessings from lord Muruga. Around 100 steps to climb. Parking available. This is like small Maruthamalai for me .. Beauty of lord Muruga cannot be explained in words. Paambu puthu here is definitely calms down the mind. Wonderful place to visit very often for me. It is located in Keeranatham. Fantastic view and feel of divinity .. Devotees of lord Muruga definitely loves this place. Very calming and peaceful temple. Old styled temple clearly gives what your mind and heart expects. I grew up in mix of rural and urban area where temples are expected to have connection with our mind but not show off place with valuable items and new styled granite and marble buildings. This place is wonderful and remains 90’s kids temple time with parents and family.

Temple was good and the place was full of trees🍃, vehicle parking is meant to be free but they were charging 5 Rs for two-wheelers not sure whether this was government authorized or not. This place had a lot of god idols and the main god was Murugan. We can donate an amount for almsgiving digitally too and can feed the voiceless around there.

A good well maintained temple around gandhipuram... Due to covid situation the people are not able to see the main Deity... As of now only small idols and photos are kept in the mandapam inside for the dharshan. But the place will sure give peacefulness.

I love this temple for the beautiful statue of lord Murugan and his blessings. The appearance of the statue is like as if a child is standing with a holy smile. It gives a pleasant satisfaction and even if any one goes with a heavy heart the stepping into the temple will make it light. The temple is situated on a small hill which is easier even for the older people to climb.

Very Divine , Lord Muruga gives darshan on the top of the hill. Many Years ago , A married woman from this area who doesn't have child birth for many years was coming to this temple frequently and praying to Lord Muruga to bless Her with a Child. In the mean time , Her inlaws arranged second marriage for their son. After knowing that She cried a lot in this temple premises and sincerely prayed Lord Muruga to bless Her with a Child. At that time , Lord Muruga came in the form of small boy and asked Her , Amma why you are crying ? She hold that , She didnt have a child for many years after marriage and my husband's parents are arranging second marriage for my husband and i dont know what to do. After hearing this , Lord Muruga in the form of small children gave holy vibuthi prasadam (திருநீறு) and ask Her to ate it and have a darshan of Lord Muruga and go home peacefully. She did like this and went to home while entering the home She become fainted and fell down. Immediately the people rushed and helped her and while checking the reason for Her faintness , She was Pregnant. She and her entire family was very happy. Then , She came for in search of that small boy and could not find any one in that temple and She realised that Lord Muruga Himself came there to help her. She and her entire family praised Lord Muruga for His kindness and finally She gave birth to a child. So here in this temple Lod Muruga is believed to bless the people with child birth. Also in this hill temple atop, you can have darshan of Lord Vinayagar in Suyambu form.

There are lot of Hindu temples( big n small) in and Sri Ramar temple is one among the big temples. They allow through only one way the devotees to have darshan n closed all other doors. They have kept a shelf for keeping their shoes n while returning they can pay if they want to the person. As they are going to conduct Kumbabishegam on Feb.23, 2021 n because of Covid 19, they are not permitting devotees to go round the temple - to each n every sannadhi. Instead after performing Palalayam of each n every sannadhi, they kept the vigrahas( idols) of Sivan alias Easwaran, Navagrahas, Hanumar, Sriramar, Seethai, Lakshmanar n Hanumar at one place n then Pillayar. They are complying with Govt's rules by checking the temp of all devotees they are asking the devotees to write their age, name, mobile number, signature n then the temperature recorded. They are also giving hand sanitizer to all n then allowing. Social distancing markings are made on the floors by painting. Priests( Gurukals) are available at all sannadhis kept in the hall. One can buy flowers from the merchants waiting outside the temple. They m a intain good house keeping n the temple is very clean n neat. People performs Mapillai azhaippu, pen azhaoppu etc etc from the temple. There are lot of Kalyana mandapams near the temple. Cant say much because of Corona restrictions.

Calm and Peaceful Murugan Temple Near Saravanampatti. Its located in small hill. Best place to spend time with family. Surroundings are very calm and blissful ambience. Bus stop is very nearby and located in Annur main road so easily connected through local buses also. Senior citizens may find difficulty in climbing the stairs as the stairs are little steep to climb. And also they have recently started renovations of the temple. So cant able to find places to sit at the top. Once the renovation is over its best place to visit and enjoy with family for half a day.
