Divineful Powerful Karamadai Ranganathar Temple, located at Karamadai-appx 30 Kms from Coimbatore city. Very olden temple. Temple Maintained well. One should not miss this temple to get Peaceful & Blessings from Ranganathar. Parking of vehicle is limited, may have to park in nearby area. This has to be improved. All types of transport from Coimbatore are available to reach this temple frequently, as this temple is on the way to Ooty - Mettupalayam road.

Peaceful place. Had a good dharshan. Only trouble was car parking and for tonture. People are rude in their work of shaving the hair and no proper space for shower. Temple was very neat and was organized.

A holistic and calm and beautiful temple with all basic amenities in it. The temple was peaceful despite the weekend timings. No proper car parking, which puts the pilgrims at a huge disadvantage. That apart everything is divine and beautiful, with proper necessities. There are several tokens for the easy approach to the deity, despite the heavy crowd.

Good place to visit Lord Ranganaathar. Parking is not enough for the crowd. So park your car's far from the temple so as you can be free of parking issues

The Main deity is represented as a face like sculpture . Located about 25 km from Coimbatore off Mettupalayam road .Due to road works , route to temple has lot of diversions as of Apr , 2022

Been here while traditional chariot was driven by crowd. Whole new kind of experience. Would suggest short glimpse with family to see the culture. Usually very busy during festival time ensure you maintain all safety precautions. Also parking is crucial even risky. Plan accordingly.

This temple was belived to be 1000 years old... Temple is heart of karamadai 8km from mettupalayam and 28km from coimbatore on the way to ooty... The history was Lord vishnu appeared at the karai trees in a form of suyambu and a cow started feeding milk on her own... When the cattleman saw this he digged the place and saw blood coming from that place and then temple was built... One of the biggest temple chariot in coimbatore...

One of the oldest temples in Coimbatore. Famous for the kavvalam festival. You can visit the temple on the way to ooty. The temple opens at 5.30 to 1.30 and 4 to 8.30. Special tickets are available if there is a rush. If you go by car there's not enough parking space available so you have to park elsewhere. The roads near temple are little cramped.

Wonderful temple. Visited by 7.30 pm. It is so calm. Have seperate entrance for physically challenged. Saw a person entering through it. Great initiative. Also about prayers, it seems calm and the environment makes you feel relaxed.

Divine place with good ambience. A very old temple situated on the way to Metupalayam. Here the Lord Perumal is said to be Suyambu(self made) and the history of the temple is goosebumps. They don't close the temple in the afternoons on Saturday. Overall a very good temple and kids in the family can know our culture and heritage by visiting this place.

Temple authorities should take appropriate measures to manage heavy crowds. During my visit to the temple this Puratasi, I observed a lack of directional signage for the various queue lines. I waited for nearly an hour in the general queue, only to discover upon nearing the temple that there was a separate queue for Rs. 100 which there was no prior indication. Additionally, it would be beneficial to establish a dedicated queue for senior citizens to ensure their comfort and safety, preventing any pushing in the lines.

We visited on the festive occasion Saturday . The temple was heavily rushed. They maintaining the temple very well.. Queue system for Darshan also well arranged with special Darshan tickets of 10 and 100 available too. For Car parking they have provided a free parking lot opposite to the Temple adjacent to mettupalaym main road. That also well maintained and arranged

It’s a magnificent temple and I was ecstatic about paying a visit there. But the temple management is horrible, everything is very money-centric which is incongruous to the sanctity and stature of such a sacred place. The most important chambers were shut without notice and only MLA’s and MP’s would be allowed. We drove 8 hours to-fro without pause only to have our happiness dimmed by horrible commercialism and hostility in the premises.

Incase you are visiting this place, have some food or biscuits handy to share. There a lot of people who are in need of food. Incase you are looking to give some food, plz keep this spot in mind. Look out in the entrance of the temple and also around.
