First of all the hotel ambience was too good, and the complementary breakfast provided was awesome , especially the plain dosa😋, I loved it.! Adding to that the room service and supervisor greeted us in such a cool way., And that made us feel so comfortable.! Thank you zibe group had a great memory.! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was great. Room services were prompt and restaurant services for breakfast were excellent. The restaurant team was very accommodative to prepare a cup of coffee at 530AM, before I checked out on that day. Thank you for that. Will I stay again at Zibe? Yes, this is a great hotel value for money and service.

Nice hotel at Coimbatore. Breakfast is very nice and it's complementary. However the staff while vacating didn't give me the GST bill with paid receipt as I have booked online through ease my trip.

Stayed there for a week. Room is good enough for a person, and the staffs were kind & helpful. I was provided with complimentary breakfast, dinner as well as 2 dress a day laundry which was helpful too. I would say it was a great & comfortable stay to say the least. If I be very critical, since my stay was for a week, I felt the break fast menu is repitative. Its pretty much the same all days of the week, but its not a deal breaker by any means. Happy New Year 2022 to all Travellers. A person must travel and learn from the experience. I had a great time in Coimbatore. Pleasant stay at Zibe, very colourful place with lots of wallpapers all around and must say truly the best hospitality ever. It's in the city itself.Once you are inside the room, you don't feel the humidity inside. That's what we felt.

We have taken a suite room in Zibe by GRT. For a day we did not understand whether it was a suite room or a smoking room. Staff personal smoke cigerette on the other side in the facilities or store room and this enters the suite room via the open roof AC vents. The curtains were full of dirt marks and were stinking with cigerette smoke smell. And the person overlooking the buffet breakfast counter had so much attitude & anger and was looking as if he is doing favor to everyone. Parking space is compact and small. One has to leave the car key at the reception.

My family had a great stay, super comfy place, the room service was attended by Sivaraman R attended with manner, polite, good and energetic in his work and Breakfast was very good overall best place to have a stay .

As a solo foreign female traveler, I had an extremely pleasant stay here twice. I have stayed in a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in India. This place stands out as an excellent value. The key point being that the staff has a very high standard of service. Everyone that I engaged with took pride in their work, helping me with a variety of requests. The room was not perfectly clean (by Western standards), but very good and significantly higher than the average 3 star hotel. Sheets and comforter were white, clean and of good quality. Buffet which was included in my booking selection, was a good quality with a nice variety of Indian (particularly S. Indian) and there are some things for Western tastes as well. I would look forward to staying here again.

It's a good hotel for a family for a couple of days of stay. Having small but nice and tidy rooms. Limited menu but tasty breakfast option in the restaurant in the ground floor. There is availability of parking I front and periphery of the hotel, however there is scope improvement there. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous, available to address the need and concern. Overall a nice hotel from GRT group.

I had my worst experience in a hotel ever. Their staff don't have the minimum understanding on how to treat the guests. Once you reach the hotel, they put strange rules and force you to pay extra. Wouldn't suggest picking this hotel at any cost. Avoid for peace of mind

I stay in GRT Vibe whenever I visit Coimbatore. It's a simple and good hotel. Rooms are good and quiet, and you will have your privacy. Staff is well trained and self-motivated. Little in the concept of Ibis. Restaurant is good and enjoyed every day breakfast with a simple spread and excellent. The hotel is in prime location on Avinashi Road.

I Start my review with the name suganthy.. I would like to appreciate her efforts towards the support and understanding. It was my father's birthday and we were in Chennai. I just called the reception and requested her to arrange a small birthday surprise.. It was so quick, she arranged a birthday cake. It was a nice surprise for my dad and we enjoyed it from here through her support .Once again I thank suganthy for her efforts...

Stayed here for a couple of days. Booked directly with hotel and got a fair deal as compared to online portals. I booked being carried away by the GRT brand and realised that it was no where near that. Detailed review as below. Pros 1. Easy access to many things near the hotel 2. Staff tried their best to make you comfortable. 3. Rooms are neat and tidy with good beds. The bath and toilet are however small. Good quality toiletries Cons 1. The price is rather steep as it carries the GRT brand name, but lot desired to come close to it. It's a budget stay with a big brand 2. Parking sucks. There is no dedicated parking area and it is manged with the side walks around the hotel. Even with fifty percent of occupancy the limited space will get full. Cars are parked back to back and a security staff has to move cars one by one to let u out!! I spent 20 minutes to be let out!! 3. Dining is just opposite to the reception with no privacy or ambience. It's just a ear marked space serving food. Again all tables get full for breakfast and one may have to wait for a chance to be seated. 4. As I said, this outlet seems to be ridiing on the brand name and hence charging the price for which it is really not worth. I would rate the place at 3 at the max. Lo

Good hotel , rooms are spacious and service is good but tarrif is on higher side as compared to ibis hotel which is almost half of this .so if you want a good budget hotel go with ibis which is just few kms away from this

We stayed for 1 day with family and our experience from check-in to checkout was very good. Rooms were very neat and clean. Bathrooms properly cleaned and sanitized. Breakfast was very good and taste of food also very good. No extra charges when i requested to pack some breakfast items for my kid. Would recommend to people planning to stay in city limits.

Good business stay at Zibe GRT CBE in July. Located near the Airport (quite a bit of traffic on Avanashi road due to infra work). Rooms clean, well kept, HK team efficiency good. Check in & out process done well. Breakfast good & adequate. Courteous staff. If yor room is facing the backside of the hotel, look out for Peacocks. Overall I recommend Zibe, my experience was good.

This hotel offers first-rate service, and the welcoming staff makes us feel at home. Thanks in particular to Mr. Richard for the excellent facilities; he is also quite hospitable. Definitely recommended for visitors to Coimbatore.

We are a reputed Travel Agency from Chennai , Mr.Richard has help us with a great stay and breakfast buffet for 35 people even when it was said just 30mins prior. Great place to stay when in Coimbatore. Things that deserve to be appreciated: 1. Absolutely excellent quality in all fronts , be it Front office, house keeping, room service and restaurant. Very well maintained property. I had checked in to this hotel for almost 9 times in 2019 and now in 2023 when I visited Kovai last week , there was no second though for me as where to stay.

Stayed at ZIbe Coimbatore for 4 days. Good value for money experience . Morning complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Food was very tasty. Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and warm. Everyday house keeping . I have nothing to complain. I would choose this place when I visit coimbatore again . Go for it !!

Service is good; Foods tastes ok and are expensive; Rooms are comfortable with all required amenities, though for few you might have to remind them. Poppy colours as a interior pattern, doesn't go well! Otherwise a goto destination around Peelamedu for a comfy room stay.

My stay at Zibe Coimbatore was fantastic. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Suganthi at the front desk is so professional, caring and helped me with so many things. Coming from the US to India for the first time, my husband and I didn’t know how to get around and she helped us to order food, get taxis, exchange money and so forth. I cannot thank her enough. At the restaurant, I was served so well! Elongovan and Chef Ravi and the whole staff were so caring. For me, it was hard to adapt to Indian cuisine since I can’t eat spicy food, however, the chef prepared sandwiches, omeletes and dosas that we’re so delicious and not spicy which was so kind! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Coimbatore. The hotel rooms were super clean, well maintained, the price was great and the staff is amazing! This place definitely feels like home in India!

One of the decent business class hotel in coimbatore. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very compact and cleaning done regularly. The food was very limited and the taste is very good. They can increase the varieties in the menu to attract some crowd. Very less food options. They will provide only soap and water bottle as a complimentary apart from that all other items such as comb etc is chargeable. Parking for four wheeler can accommodate up to 7-8 vehicles and two wheeler is very limited. They have complimentary breakfast with decent.

This hotel looks modern but is overused because the rooms have so many broken or old things. In the first room alloted to me, AC was not working so I had to change at 2 am. The second room had broken window so traffic noise kept coming in. They called me to remind of breakfast on second day, I told them no because it's not tasty. They still charged me for it. Try some other hotels.

I stayed in room 309 and 310 on 11.11.2021. A personalized service is received where your smallest things are taken care for. The rooms are spic and span with pouring hot water coming throughout the day. Totally service oriented hotel. A special mention to Mrs.Suganthy who takes care of the guests needs very well and is absolutely customer friendly. Food is drool-worthy...... Loved the pasta and the French fries with fresh lime soda taken during the lunch. Even the rice items were commendable.....Enjoyed Bisibela Baath, fried rice and curd rice. We had a happy and comfortable stay. A sure stop-over whenever we are in Coimbatore!

I stayed here for almost a month, firstly the place is in the middle of the city and you will find everything within close proximity, All staff are welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spacious and kept clean, Breakfast is good (do try their Cheese Omelette) I would definitely recommend this Hotel in Peelamedu area

Rooms are small but comfortable. A good business hotel with quality service. Good thing is that they provide complimentary early morning check-in. The complimentary buffet has a good spread .

Good hotel with neat and cosy rooms. Internet connection is good. Initially had issue with internet connection but frontdesk solved quickly.Location is accessible easily. Refridgerator is not available on the room.Also dental kit is not provided. Breakfast is average. South Indian dishes are good but continental dishes are very limited and not good. Ample space for car parking. Overall good hotel for business trips.

Rooms needs to be more cleaner. There was water leaking under washbasin. The corridor walls paint were flaking in 3rd floor. They charge ₹40+GST for room slippers which are free in every hotel. Food was not good. Had chicken biriyani for dinner which didn't have any meaty pieces and the biriyani was tasting like Puliyodarai.

Rooms have been maintained well like 4&5 star hotels. And staffs of house keeping were always friendly towards our queries. Issue is with restaurant team. I've ordered for potato fry, it came out without salt (for it paid 400 around for it). Next day, house keeping manager (wears specs) asked about my stay. I said , I was only upset with the taste of the food. Then manager called Chef and said about this. Then chef told me, I'll correct it accordingly. (Chef is fat and dark skinned) But, the attitude of Chef and Restaurant manager towards me totally changed. On the next day on buffet, as soon as they saw me coming, they were shouting with other staffs inside just to target me till I leave the restaurant they were starring at me while eating & shouting. And the restaurant manager was blocking me to use the buffet. The next day I asked my company to change my stay to holiday residency without blaming the hotel. Because other departments of the hotel is really doing well. Then my stay went very peacefully on holiday residency for 6 months. Btw, my stay at Zibe, was way back 1-1.5 years before.

Good property with parking facility. Near to airport and city center. The rooms are well designed and the themes are nice. Food is good, service and support is also nice.

Rooms were very comfortable and well laid out though a little smaller compared to the other hotels in Coimbatore like Le Meridian or Vivanta. Great service and a good breakfast spread were the positives. Small lobby area with limited seating and breakfast area. Lack of a swimming pool was a downer for us.

Very good & value for money I was there for a night with my spouse and 7 year old kid. We loved the stay, the room was very good, colorful, pleasing to the eyes and very well maintained. The check in time was 12 noon and they checked what time i would check in on phone. I told them 6pm . I arrived at the hotel at 7pm and the room was still not ready after 7 hours . They tried to check on into a normal.room while I had already paid for a delux room. When I refused. They said check out has just happened so you have to wait for half an hour. I have never experienced any such front desk serive in my entore travel time. Yet to experience the stay but as they say. First impression is the last impression. Btw , I have still not gotten my room it's 7:30pm

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is ok nothing much around. You have few famous restaurants around to eat local food. Rooms are average, bed was uncomfortable and sheets was having stains they had to come n change. They put rug which was stinking and i have kept it away. Room length was good but width is just is not. TV was on the face n you can hear other room TV sounds. Next room has put morning Bhajan from 5am and it's keep disturbing my sleep. Breakfast spread was ok but nothing was my favourite,my colleague asked for filter coffee which took ages to come. HK staff was helpful n polite but it was ok stay.

The room was really good and clean. The location is nearby to many places where you can drive for food and drinks. Though it's on the highway you can hardly hear any noise or sound. The rooms were of good size. The breakfast spread was amazing. You get a lot of options to eat and the taste was excellent. Will definitely come back again to this place.

Zibe is a great accommodation in coimbatore. For those business travelers and families looking for a safe, and good hotel, Zibe fits the bill. The rooms are pleasant, not the best in class, but you won't have much to complain about. Service is satisfactory and location is ideal. Cost to satisfaction ratio : high.

Stayed here on 1st May 2022, though this was not my first stay at there but probably the first review of Zibe. Each time I visit Coimbatore, I opt for hotels on Avinashi Road. Zibe is a good option as room is clean. The restaurant at the GF provides decent food. Overall a recommended place!

Better parking facility needed, need some maintainance in few of the rooms. We had 3 rooms allocated, some were very good in ambience and few were ok not as per rhe other. Overall Clean, toiletries were missing and there was only one towel for 3 people mentioned in the booking.

Hotel stay was good. Car parking not sufficient, as they have limited slots. Buffet breakfast was good. Staffs were polite, but many not knowing tourist places or directions.

I must thank the Master Chef & team for the excellent, delicious and tasty food prepared by them. Disappointed to note that the guests are ignored at the point of arrival,as there were no bell boys for moving the baggages. The room was neat & tidy. The ambience was good.The reception staff were polite and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with good road links. The staff are exceptionally accomodating and very professional. Nice room and a perfect bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant serves good food. When I am in the reception, restaurant or room service, the staff ensures the customer is satisfied. I will definitely revisit this hotel.

Our experience at Zibe Coimbatore in late December was absolutely delightful. The variety of dishes offered at breakfast was exceptional, and the staff, particularly in the reception and room service, were courteous and efficient. The corridors are nicely designed with different cultural paintings, elegant lighting, and with an amazing ambiance. The only downside is the limited parking during the holiday seasons. The toilets have sliding glass doors without locks, just a hiding sticker.
