It was okay as per location as it’s not too far from bus stop. But service could have been better. I booked suite but still there was no iron , water bottles, coffee or tea and neither water kettle. Room was different from pics I booked. Vibe of hotel itself was so so. Had issue with hot water so called reception but no one came to check it. So had to shower with cold water.

Rooms are ok. Service is courteous. Not worth for the money. We can get other lodge with lesser price and more comfortable. It will be a little troublesome if we are going to this place in car as roads congested. This place doesn’t have enough car parking place. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pretty decent hotel for family, company staffs or tourist as it is in a busy locality and reachable to all localities of Coimbatore. Complimentary breakfast is available. Food is decent South Indian and toast with fresh juice. It has bar too. It's just a budget hotel and don't expect too much like a star hotel. Limited car parking is available.

A good descent hotel in the heart of the city.Very friendly staffs.A not so big car parking space inside it.There is also a attached bar. Things I noticed in this hotel were, bathroom doors were not able to close properly, i got to see two to three rooms having this issue. Wifi were not allocated properly to each room ,it says the allocated ones were already in use by someone, and the free band was very slow , sometimes not even connected. There were only limited options for breakfast and it finishes in short time.We can also say some options we want in demand.

Worst experience. Booked room online. When we reached there, we came to know that rooms are not available. Even after showing the confirmation mail that we received, they where not ready to help. It was so sad that they didn't had the courtesy to inform us. We had to spend another hour searching for rooms. Truly disappointed.

Room is ok. But bar in the hotel is worst one. No proper service and the most important thing is no beer in the bar. First time in my life seeing a bar without beer.so bar is not recommended here.

A walkable distance from coimbatore Gandhipuram bus stand. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We can smell fresh.great

My room got water when it rained. Receptionist is rude and impolite. Location is good only because it's in Gandhipuram. The service guys were good and humble. Breakfast was fine here.

I cannot understand how this hotel has any good reviews..Our rooms were mouldy and grimey. The beds are old spring mattresses and the linen doesn't feel freshly cleaned. We paid for A/C rooms and they switched off the centralised aircon in the middle of the night. When we complained to the receptionist he was rude and had some story about a woman asking him to switch it off. The afternoon receptionist and service were fine. But this place is probably worth half the money you end up paying. The worst thing, FABHOTEL doesn't have a feedback or grievances redressal system on their customer care number.

Not even worth mentioning a single star. Spent Rs. 2000 for a room which was disgusting to stand in let alone sleep!! The walls were full of mold and the toilet, doesn't even have the space to sit on it properly. After changing 3 hotels from FabHotel is when we got this one and that too is not even worth 500 rupees. As it was already late, we didn't have any other option to change the hotel and went with this one. They gave us the worst room there and didn't bother because we had already booked and paid the amount. I suggest everyone, not to book hotels through FabHotel. Better book through other sites online!!

No shower🙄, no basic tea or coffee making items, no shampoo.. I feel I payed 2500 and stayed in a 500 rs hotel. Even to on and off ac I need to call reception. It was horrible. Not worth even 100 rupees.

Just few minutes, we had an encounter with the stay. The staff was rude, bias and racised. Being in my own country they preferred giving a room to a foreigner who checked in after me.Thats what we call unity. They didnot even both to be polite. The staff specially the front desk officer doesnot know how to talk to women which is the basic requirement to the job. Then when we try to reach the customer service (Akash) try to connect us to the manager but the manager didnot have time to come on the call.. Great work fab hotels, celebrating 76 years of independence and still give preference to foreigner..

A great centrally located place to stay in Coimbatore. Excellent rooms, great breakfast and a very friendly concierge. Will return again!

Near to Gandhipuram. Restaurant is available in the hotel. Very good food and worth of money.. I have stayed in suit room, costed around 2000.

We had a pleasant stay there. The room was comfortable & clean, food was great & the staff were polite & professional, amenities were arranged on time. We were checking in right during the events mentioned in one of the previous reviews (about the hotel prioritising foreigners). The staff were explaining that the mentioned foreigners had pre-booked the accommodation & were yet to only check in. The person was insisting on availing the room for them as the foreigners were yet to arrive, staff behaved professionally. Check-in delays on that friday evening would be understandable, it was raining, and the city was in the midst of vinayak chaturthi processions.

Very comfortable stay, value for money. Management and Staffs were very very co- operative. Good clean rooms with all facilities.

Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Good service and breakfast. One issue is closet had some cracks, it must be changed (Closet injury can happen, if it breaks)

Not like on the pictures. I tried 10 different hotels in India, it was the worst. The smell in the room, the mold, the towels were grey. I paid but I ran away instead to an other hotel.

I am writing this review for fab hotel royal plaza - which is located at coimbatore. The hotel receptionists are arrogant and less polite.. they don't help their customers in needy.. especially the night shift receptionist.. please don't go to this hotel..I saw used beer and hot drink bottles in my room while checking in..

I was not given accomodation when I came here earlier than given time.I gave requested for earlier check in , there was no response. Extended stay for another day was not given option, my first experience felt so miserable and about ambience was not good.

Good Clean Rooms, service could have been better, they have a solar heater which doesn't work i guess didn't even get a drop of hot water.

Been here few times in the last 3-4 years. This time I was there for around 3-4 days. Stay was comfortable. Staffs were all abiding by the covid protocols. Would recommend this place to anyone who has work around Gandhipuram and wants a comfortable stay.

Such a worst hotel ever been. No one please book this hotel. We booked the room and when we arrived the room has been already given to some other customer. The hotel didn’t took any responsibility on this and didn’t even have minimum courtesy on arranging us another room. Right now middle of night I am standing on the road with my 3 year old baby without any room.

We stayed in a suite and it was huge. One living room, huge bedroom, and a nice sized bathroom. no complaints in that. This hotel aces in customer service, when we reached the room wasn't ready, so we waited for some time, the front office guy proactively offered us a drink and that wasn't billed. very nice gesture indeed. One thing that can be better is just the restroom, the shower curtain was missing and the faucets are but dated. But apart from that it was a very nice stay and very good food as well.

Yesterday i booked a room through fabhotels at this hotel n they wanted me to pay 20% of the total amount at the time of booking to confirm the booking. After 20 mins we reached the hotel n the receptionist behaved very rudely to us n denied stay for us. I showed them the booking id n payment details everything. They didn’t even want to see them . They told us that we haven’t taken any bookings here . I asked them then to whom i talked over the phone n did the payment. N he replied if u did the boooking through fabhotels go n ask them for the refund n all. Here we don’t have any rooms for u . N he went to the couch there n sat there . We went to the hotel at 11.30pm n was very disappointed by the very rude behavior of the staff there n went in search for other hotels . Never have such kind of staffs at hotels like this .

One of the most horrible place to stay in Coimbatore!! My booking was cancelled inspite of paying an advance and after having an email confirmation from the hotel. I was offered a family room at hotel jhansi at almost double the cost, however got accomodated in a deluxe room for which they did not accept to do the rate adjustment. If i have stayed in a deluxe room, shouldn't i be paying for a delux room!! Last but not the least the place was unhygienic. The washroom, bedsheets, curtains, towels were dirty, No hot water in the bathroom, the food served was tasteless and even the phone to call the pantry or the reception was not working!! will never step into this place again

Excellent rooms for the budget price. However no boards outside the hotel to show proper location. Buffet breakfast taste was good.

For 1 night stay its good. Recommend some better cleanliness. Especially the curtains ( it smells), better cleaning of wash room is required. And separate floor for families required. The whole 2nd floor smelled of alcohol and cigarette. It has parking space for 10 cars. The reception boys are good and very helpful. Breakfast is decent.

Dear Sir, i have booked 5 rooms from 15th to 16th Aug through Booking Com. my booking number is 7RZSB7. Last few days i have been receiving email asking me tp pay deposit IND rp 2269.00. I tried to pay through the link given by hotel but each time it failed. Then I wised to pay through "wise but i don't have your banks account and code numbers . kindly advise. Waiting for your reply.

Chose this place without second thought for your trip to Coimbatore. It is complete value for money, spacious clean rooms, nice room service, excellent front desk staff (very very helpful), amazing breakfast buffet(included in room terrif). Call them directly for reservation it's cheaper than online. Go for it without hesitation.

Worst experience in entire life lol… before booking i asked them is this couple friendly and 24 hours check in … and they told me yes it is… later at the time of checking they told me that it is not couple friendly and you need to seek for another hotel … and the staffs are staring at my Gf😂.. what a horrible thing lol… and till the moment they didn’t given me the refund and i already mailed them with all the details.. anyway this is not couple friendly hotel or 24 hours checkin one .. don’t get fooled by their blah blah talk.. its better to seek for other hotels .
