Great hotel to stay, nice room, excellent food options... We enjoyed the stay. Afghan grill restaurant at pool side is a must try. I casually mentioned to the girl escorting us to the room while we checked in that we here to celebrate our anniversary. Few hours later couple of girls came to our room with a beautiful looking cake and celebrated our anniversary with us. Nice gesture.. I really appreciate all the staffs in the hotel. Thank you for the good time.

During this visit, the hotel made me feel unwelcome. A mere airport pickup and drop (chargable) was not available due to a "corporate event". A hotel this big and usually professional is not bothered with even trying to arrange a taxi- there are thousands of them in the city. Even a 3 star hotel can do better than this.

I stayed in a physically challenged room and the stay was amazingly comfortable. There was a grab bar near the toilet and there was a foldable seat in the bathroom below the shower for a comfortable bath. The doors were wide enough for movement of my electric wheelchair. The room was a little cramped but was able to navigate through. Staff were courteous and friendly. The food was simply amazing. Buffet breakfast was extensive and tasty. Altogether would love to come back again

Nicely renovated and at par with these modern times. Smart rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Some miscommunications here and there. The room cleaning wasn't done although informed. The bathroom had a stench which was rectified on being informed. The air conditioning wasn't great. We couldn't sleep the night. The swimming pool wasn't the best. Breakfast was good. Nice spread and tasty.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I would rate this one as good value for money. Excellent location with railway station and central bus stations at less than 3km distance. Also located in Avinashi Road which leads to the airport. well served by public transport.

We had an extremely. comfortable stay at Residency Towers! Buffet breakfast was great with crispy dosas! Hotel arranged car transport was good. Service was friendly. Good value for money! Good location too!

One of the best hotels to stay in at Coimbatore. The staff overall is very courteous and friendly. Has multiple restaurants and a pub on the premises. The dinner buffet and breakfast is great and delicious. The restaurant staff may sometimes have trust issues (we had a guest during dinner who did not consume even a glass of water but the manager wanted to charge for them but eventually understood that the guest only met and didn't have anything). Worth visiting again for sure. Tip: Avoid taking room ending with 19 since there is a generator exhaust chimney right opposite the window to block the view.

Had a good stay at the Residency. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. The amenities like spa, gym, wifi and pool were excellent. 4 bath towels were provided during check in. The hot water kettle wasn’t working but the housekeeping team was responsive to look into matter. They provided me with hot drinking water in a cup as an alternative which was good. The bed was comfy with comfortable blankets. Also, in case you don’t add on complementary breakfast to your package and your wondering how much it cost to add on individually it is Rs. 850 plus tax which is reasonable for the variety of food offered.

I've stayed here many times and it has never dissapointed. Nice rooms, amazing food! Both breakfast and dinner buffet. It's definitely worth the money. Hotel staff is always very friendly and attentive. They also upgrade and improve their rooms. Definitely will stay again! Five stars for everything!

I have gone here to attend workshop. Before the entrance, there is a Ball room, where I have attended the workshop. As soon as I entered the places I have felt the business class. The hall is really designed for a business events. The Ball room design is really awesome. I personally like the way the arrangements in the room. I feel the room is perfectly match for a perfect business event. When ever we go for a event we don't have to take any notes with us they provide the notepad and pencil to take notes. After the event, the organizer planned the lunch which is really good. I personally love the lunch and the desert they served (food is prepared by the restaurant people from The Residency Towers).

This is in the center of Coimbatore city. The hotel itself looks luxurious from outside but the quality of the rooms is a joke and no way close to 5 star hotel. I had booked 2 rooms and requested for a good view. They said it has pool view but gave one room with frosted glass completely blocking the view and the other with a view of the pool if I squint my eyes at 140 degree angle. The cups provided for coffee were stained and chipped. Absolutely no quality maintained for the price charged per room. Yes book a room at 5 star price but expect a 3 star accommodation here.

Residency tower was always my first and last choice for stay in Coimbatore.. however , this time I found a live cockroach 🪳 in the bowl of tomatoes in the salad counter at breakfast spread . It wasn’t pleasant experience to see a cockroach in such a expensive star hotel . We pay premium price for rooms and food and do not expect cockroaches happily roaming inside the food on the table . I did inform and the staff did witnessed the live cockroach and removed the salad bowls from the spread . My Apetite died and later I had to order lunch and checkout in the afternoon. I may not choose this place again and pay a premium price to eat unhygienic food .

Excellent hotel. Exceptional staff. Kassie , my driver was excellent. John and his team in the main restaurant were all stars. The restaurant has a huge vegetarian and gluten free selection which is not available in most restaurants. Well done to the team of the Residency Towers Coimbatore. You really live up to your 5 Star rating.

Ambience was awesome. Ballroom was spacious.Rooms are excellent. The rooms are upto a 5 star hotel level . Restaurant is very good, with good spread. Very cordial and friendly staff. And even Taj Vivanta does not have an underground car parking.

Rooms were extraordinary with a tab which has all the light and air-condition controls. But the TVs should be upgraded especially for their poor audio and picture quality. Complimentary bath supplies and drinking water with kettle is sufficient but coffee and snacks could have been added. Good location, based on many accessibilities like lakshmi mills, psg college.... Service could have been better especially for the price, the organization didnot have good communication within themselves. My friends and myself who attended a marriage fn were repeating our requests multiple time.

The Check-in took us 45 minutes even though we were the only people at the front desk. An additional 1 hour to get our luggage.. very unprofessional approach. The front desk executive had no idea about the rooms to be handed over to the guests. She kept changing the options for the rooms. Truly disappointed.

Booked it for my cousin with children from the UK. They loved the pool. They also seved gluten free food on request. Loved their service from booking to check out.

Had lunch at Chin Chin. Ordered tom yum and got modified rasam! Either get trained to make them m yum with proper ingredients or remove from menu! Don't frustrate your customers! Most dessert items on mehu not available! Is this residency standard??

We had our family get-together at Residency, it was a amazing place with great ambience. The food served over there was so delicious. Staffs were so kind especially Alangaram with other staffs who were all along till the end of the event and they served the best and treated the guest in kind gestures. I thank Residency for providing our family a best memory.

Good rooms and amenities...we were on the 8 th floor..food was good too..but the card keys kept not working. Several guests had a similar complaint..corridors need to be air-conditioned

The moment we enter the hotel, one can guess it is a 5 Star hotel. Huge entrance, adorable landscape, it's state of the art arrangements and aesthetically appealing looks are pleasant to see. Service is good and food matches with its standard. A must visit if you are in Coimbatore. Highly recommended.

Star hotels should improve taste in food which lacks here most of them not edible. After meals washing hands very far 300ft from the buffet hall in respective Restrooms. Please arrange washbasin near to dinner which will help for elders.

It's a wow place to stay.....all smart lighting, entertainment and curtains.....rest assured hospital is A1. I forgot my earpods, which were mailed to me all the way from coimbatore to bareilly.thanks to the supporting staff. Even if not for this support, the rooms are smart rooms and we'll maintained. Also well and easy connectivity to the airport

Worst dining experiences ever. Banquet manager Sathish response is pathetic. He does not even lends a courtesy call when we said our gifts went missing at the venue. Such an irresponsible answer and a standard response which is not felt from heart. It's just by words. Please look out for better venues for events. The food is below average.

One the best place to stay in Coimbatore, staff, service and food was really good. The hotel is very close to the Airport but at some distance from the Race Course Road.

One of the finest hotels in Coimbatore, the Club rooms are updated with modern automation. The food is Tasty and the service is excellent. The staff are very courteous with an Club lounge on the 8th floor. Full credit to the GM Mr. Charles Fabian who has done a commendable job.

It's one of the best stays ever we had as a family. A superb staff and great ambiance. And even Taj Vivanta does not have an underground car parking. The buffet spread is humongous. Only area of improvement would be the pool. It needs better maintenance, particularly the changing rooms.

Iam from Chennai once manager has to inform liquor and food vll be served Upto 11.30pm.Upto 12 pm iam sitting no one has returned either manager or server.By 11.45 pm I called server and order one more drink he said bar closed by 11.30 pm and called manager he said closed u have to close the bill .I PAID 7550 rupees but not satisfied with u r service. We are inside once u have to inform us that u have to order before 11.30 pm. Worst service after payment no proper response from the bar manager and server.ALL MONEY MINDED .This type of service I couldn’t find in chennai CHIN CHIN BAR PLS DONT ENCOURAGE MANAGER AND SERVER TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY………..

Stayed her for 6 nights.Coming from the Hotel industry in Singapore, you guys are a GEM. From the time we checked at the reception, service was remarkable(Saran,Mukesh,Rahul, Muthu,Jeeva). Never ever seen such fast and dedicated service team. Wonderful breakfast selection and what a great service team. A special shout out to Ashok,Bhuvaneswary and Ashwin who really took care of my family. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Hats off to the wonder staff here. Even Mr Sebastian(GM) was wonderful. He is very humble and very observant. Had a good chat with him. Overall experience was above expectations . Actually it wasn't the stay, we were on our way to Conoor and stopped to have Breakfast here. It's decor seemed very inviting as we entered the hotel, beautifully done up with bright colors and well laid out furniture. The choice of colors were pleasing to the eye. The Breakfast was good,,so was the staff. There was something nice about the ambience too, and if you happen to be in the vicinity it calls for a visit. Cheers to the interior designer to make it an great looking spot..

This is the luxurious hotel strategically located in Coimbatore. The rooms are pretty clean and are of decent size with bed placement and a good table for work. Everything in the room is elegantly placed like 1. A Queen-size bed, 2. TV panel, 3. Work table with power connection, 4. TV facing chair. 5. Closed enclosure for Bag and Hangers. 6. Safety locker, 7. Tea coffee sachets. 8. A small refrigerator, 9. Iron and Iron-table for ironing clothes. The bathroom is spacious enough. Breakfast has a full menu with almost everything that one can eat in the morning. The food is super tasty and they have a wide variety of options for dinner buffet. The gym is okay with limited equipment's. They have a pool side restaurant and one must dine for dinner as the ambience is great. Overall a great hotel.

Great reception with smile and assist explained the package with a welcome chocolate box. Morning breakfast spread is extensive with varieties of South & North Indian dishes, continental, western and lot of deserts. Tasty food and great service Room were sparkling clean with hygiene and ambience.

Good place. I liked the restaurant, I love it. They have some goodies like old days sweets & chocolates which made me remember my school days and my childhood. I miss those days but they made me happy with all those old dishes. I would stay there again for those goodies.

A good option, better than other hotels in Coimbatore. Good Service and breakfast. Good restaurants. However, housekeeping behaviour can be improved.

My sister's wedding reception took place here. Staffs were too good and they coordinated quite well. Nitya ma'am helped us alot. She patiently handled everything and made our job easier. Food was excellent. Every single guest loved the food. Overall service was amazing. Good ambience. I would confidently say this is the best place for your big day.

Visiting after 10 years or so, prior to this visited many times and stayed here on work and used to be a nice place and one if the beat in coimbattore. The entire hotel is now upgraded added some new restaurants. Ambiance looks great. Went to Chinese and service was horrible it took ages to get served. On top the curry got served first and fried rice never came on time so had to cancel. Asked for pan fried noodles and not sure what was served they were deep fried very crisp and thick variety. Overall did not have good experience.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Staff were courteous. It would be good if the Wifi in the rooms are stable. I experienced fluctuations in the connection. Was using MS Teams in my laptop.
