Is
staying

Yesterday
we
checked
in
at
4pm
in
606
and
found
out
a
horrible
toilet.
I
have
to
make
multiple
complaints
to
understand
why
it
is
this
bad?!
I
was
given
reasons
like
COVID
times
they
didn't
run
some
tank.
There
were
2
housekeeping
staffs
working
just
2
rooms
away
from
my
room,
even
after
multiple
requests
to
come
and
check
the
toilet,
both
didn't
even
tried
to
ask,
what
issue
I
had?!
How
long
do
you
expect
a
just
checked
in
customer
not
to
use
the
toilet?!
Immediately
got
changed
at
4.50pm
after
multiple
complaints
to
609.
The
toilet
was
better.
I
highly
doubt
whether
the
owner
is
spending
any
money
on
cleaning
supplies?!
Unclean
towels,
complained
and
got
replaced
(both
yesterday
and
today).
They
don't
follow
simple
food
instructions
-
like
serving
the
tea
first
before
dinner
or
snacks
or
sending
2
cups
for
serving
or
2
plates
for
eating
food!
You
have
to
make
multiple
requests.
Today
I
really
had
to
follow
up
for
a
South
Indian
pappad
from
8.20
to
8.48pm
-
pathetic
irresponsible
answers.
To
my
surprise
when
I
went
down
the
restaurant
had
only
4
tables
occupied
and
they
were
not
even
having
a
leisurely
crowd.
The
night
time,
restaurant
manager
took
photos
of
the
toilet
photo
I
had
from
my
cell
phone
(606)
and
the
dirty
towel
photo.
And
he
apologized
and
sent
me
papads.
Not
Sending
papad
was
not
an
issue,
but
the
staffs
attitude
when
my
husband
called
the
3rd
time
mattered
a
lot.
The
person
who
picked
up
said
that
they
sent
the
papad
with
a
person
and
they
don't
know
what
happened
to
him.I
had
called
the
front
desk
after
5
minutes
and
they
were
also
not
helpful,
until
I
went
down.
The
reception
staffs
won't
even
give
you
wifi
name
and
PWD,
when
you
check
in.
They
won't
tell
you
the
breakfast
timings!
They
won't
mind
even
if
you
call
and
complain.
You
can
see
slightly
unclean
plates.
Today
morning
breakfast
buffet
I
found
an
insect
on
the
plates
counter
under
vegetarian
section
-
I
silently
asked
a
staff
to
take
control
of
it.
I'm
glad
he
immediately
removed
-
the
only
good
thing
that
has
happened
in
junior
staff
level
as
soon
as
a
complaint
is
made.
If
at
all
I
had
to
make
a
fuss
there
are
100
incidents,
as
a
customer
I
seriously
don't
want
to
get
angry
or
irritated
this
many
times!
But
I
seriously
want
to
avoid
this
hotel
for
future
booking!
Kindly
don't
fall
prey
to
the
bath
tub
or
bigger
rooms.
Overall
hygiene
matters!
And
service
is
a
BIGGGGG
0.
Food
tasted
excellent
and
AC
is
good
so
far
-
so
given
2
stars
for
the
same.
Really
appreciate
the
junior
staff
who
immediately
cleared
the
entire
section
of
plates
today
morning,
in
which
insect
was
seen!
Honestly
I
so
wish
everyone
learns
from
him.
Surprisingly
linens
are
good
🙏
