Booked it seeing reviews, but I had a very bad time there. Travelled with an infant. While book, they made lot of promises - coffee/ milk will be supplied anytime, hot water runs 24 hours, blah blah. In fact, no service after 4 pm, hot water runs only 3-4 hours in morning and 3-4 hours evening, where you don't need them. I can't take shower for hotel, but per my convenience. Location wise it's good, lots of shops around in walkable distance. Parking is just ok, when there are more than 7-8 guests with cars, you won't get a slot. Rooms are OK, not bad in terms of hygiene, but not big rooms. Just for 1-2 people anD not for kids. Its just too expensive, not worth 2400 inr per night that I paid, with none services available. Midnight at about 1 am, someone bangs the doors of rooms , its too terrific and annoying. When requested not to disturb as I have infant, banging still continues for an hour. Sleepless nights, i see hotel guy being one of the bangers and when asked, he has to say nothing but bang!! So idiotic, no care for guest's privacy and peace. I felt annoyed , DEFINITELY NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY!!! I would never go there again , nor will recommend anyone go there. There are so many other nice hotels around for lesser price and more services.

Worst!!!!! After seeing so many reviews I booked a room for my family here. 1. At night 1:30 a staff named Prakash and his drunkard friends started banging the doors and yelling all foul words, laughing, there was a guy trying to hang himself,they were even dragging some guy out to the atrium from his room at 1:30am night. My brother even requested to keep their voices down, bcos we had a baby trying to sleep but their condition was so worst, we had to vacate by 4am bcos of their behaviour. Seriously I don’t understand what’s going on in that lodge 2. No 24/7 hot water as mentioned 3. Room service boys were very decent also sweet but their service timings are not available after 4pm 4. Location was good but parking might be a problem if there are more than 10 cars. My request to whoever the owner is: Please try to maintain your standards. I even screwed the staff (Prakash) at 4am in morning and checked out. Now am in a different lodge close by.

Hotel is good located in prime shopping street. I had pre-booked an Executive room for a family of 3, but the bed was small to accompany all of us. Breakfast was complimentary involved but served in plastic box which I completely hated it. I was staying there for 2 whole days and was served the same meal. Normally, hotels with 3 star are expected to have their own dinning space but on arriving the hotel found this unusual. I recommend others to check and compare prices of hotels in the vicinity.

Good rooms, great service. The best part is 24 hours check in. Hot breakfast served on time. If you walk down a few 100 meters you come to the main market which has lots of eateries and good places to shop from. It's good for work trip.

Update : 2nd Aug 2022 I have come back here 4th time, shows how much I appreciate this facility being professional and competitive. Truly value for money, Clean room, professionally run place and courteous staff. Highly recommended for business and family travellers.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Very neatly maintained. The staff were very polite and quick in support. Breakfast was served to the room and it was good and heavy with lot of varities. It is also close to the prime shopping area and bus stand

Worst experience . Don't try their breakfast . No in-house kitchen ..they are claimed to be a 3 star hotel .. but for hot water showers we have to beg them. Towels are not cleaned .

The rooms were good. And the service was great. All the staff are really kind.

The room is so congested! The bedsheet and bathtowel was in brown colour ! That is it faded from white to brown because of continuous usage! The bedsheet also was teared and stiched together because of continuous usage!the bathroom was so small that there were no wet-dry area separation.

Towels were below par quality. Wouldn't recommend for longer stays or with kids for long. Value for money.

I am very much disappointed by the Hotel management. During my recent stay in February 2023, I went for an event and when I came back rupees 3,000/- were stolen from my wallet. I complaint immediately, they told me that action will be taken against it. I have chased them several times through calls and messages and still no promised action has been taken. I would not recommend this property for staying.

Worst hotel ever seen in my life. I should not have given one star also. Hotel shows to everyone it's 3 star category. It is making fool of everybody rooms are so small, washroom is at pathetic condition, no restaurant in hotel, service levels are very poor.

I stayed here for 3 days with family and had a peaceful and very comfortable stay. Room including toilet is very neat and clean.The hotel is located in prime location with easy access to gandhipuram bus stand and auto stand. Had 24/7 hot water service and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff at reception are polite and kind enough to assist. Room service is prompt. Overall highly recommended for any sort of travellers!

Pathetic experience at its best. We were checked in 310 and 311, but A/C was not working. After complaint they changed the rooms to 404 and 405, those were uncleaned rooms. (pics attached.). Bathroom light were flickering.

It was a very bad experience, the staff is very rude and the food quality is also very bad, no one is responsive, so you should look for another hotel.

Smelly room with dirty cups, towel and disfunctional refrigerator will greet you. It does not have a kitchen facility, although Make My Trip claims that it has. You will get a much better deal in coimbatore for same price.

I had booked the hotel on 14 2 2024 at 11 am in this hotel. A person who called in the morning was very rude to me and was so rude that I left him if I was in trouble. If not, I will go directly and show my ear. I was so angry that I called the manager again to praise him, but he didn't pick up, so he said please, I am from Travels Senthil Travels, Trichy. Now I am with him

Enjoyed staying in this hotel. Located in the center of the city. A very clean and neatly maintained rooms. Cost per day is also reasonable. Hot water was available all the time. Room service was good. Room was spacious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good south indian breakfast. Only one thing that disappointed me was, i had booked the room about a week before, had informed my check in and check out time and had opted for pay during check in option. When i went there in the morning, there were no rooms available, and i had to wait for about 2 hrs in the reception to get a room. I understand that it was a wedding season, but i could have been informed atleast the previous night about the same. Other than this, everything else was good.

So i booked this hotel as i had a night bus to catch to pondicherry from the Gandhipuram bus station. I did not have much expectations for the hotel as I thought i just needed to stay for a few hours. But the rooms and washrooms were much cleaner and nicer than many of the costlier hotels i have stayed in. It was just maintained like how we would maintain our homes. Not too fancy but just enough

Located in the centre of the city. A very clean and well maintained room. Centralized AC room with coffee maker. Though room size is normal, the space is well utilised with good intentions. Overall I recommend to everyone. Car parking there, food is arranged from outside hotel. Very flexible and adjustable in checkout timing. Good experience I enjoyed the stay.

This is my usual choice whenever I travel to Coimbatore on business purpose. I've been staying in this hotel from past 3 years. Good things first; Rooms are very decent for the price point and very comfortable even for a week long stay. House keeping is very very good as they clean room every day with great effort to keep hygiene in check. They welcome you with smile even when you check-in during the odd hours. They have decent parking space in the cellar & ground floor which can accommodate 8-10 cars and few two wheelers. Now, let's dig into the worst part; Room service is very bad. Since they are not operating restaurant I ordered food from Swiggy. I asked them to provide an empty plate. It took them exactly 1 Hour 25 Mins to deliver the plate to my room. Observed same kind of complaint from other customer regarding delivering a water bottle. It's utter careless attitude by staffs. The water in this hotel is very hard and not recommended for head bath. It's really difficult to get rid of soap with this kind of water. Apart from few hiccups, it's a very good stay considering it's location and the well maintained rooms. But recommended to consider this hotel if you are okay with the negative factors above. -BeingBakasura

Best hotel to stay near cross cut road.coimbatore for shopping .very clean room.friendly staff good price .good for family .only draw back is road to hotel is one way .it us difficult to reach if you take auto or public transport. If they arrange shuttle services nearby bus stop with minimum price it is good if they come for treatment in coimbatore

No Restaurant in the hotel. If u need food, just use Swiggy /zomoto like that. Or going nearest Restaurants. This hotel look like a descent Lodge setup only. But good for speed business trip/ planing budget travelers.

This is an overrated hotel. I stayed with my family for one night. Here is my feedback.. Location: Good. Many renowned shops like pothys, dindigal thalappkatty hotel, kumarans etc. are at walkable distance. Room size: small. Cleanliness: Good Room Service: Below average. Food: Restaurant not available. Morning breakfast comes from a nearby hotel. Extra bed: Need to spread on the floor. Staffs Behavior: Not so pleasant.

To be honest really dissappointed. No negatives about room quality. But the service is horrible. When i checked in they just gave the key to me and told the room number. They didnt send any roomboys to carry our(with family) luggage. They offered buffet breakfast usually but we were told that restaurantbis under maintenance and buffet not available. So they delivered food to room. Food quality was ok. Because of this eventhough i was little dissappointed i was not that desperate to write a negative review. When i checked out i experienced a very bad service gesture which was my first ever experience in my lifetime. They told us to wait for few minutes for them to check the room. They told us to wait for clearance. This was highly unprofessional. It shows lack of trust towards customers and humiliation. It was unbearable. Meqnwhile during room checkin they asked us where is the tv remote? It was there itself but they were too impatient to check the room and questioned the customers. This vere single incident prompted me to give a negative review. Very very dissapointed

The stay was comfortable. However, things were old in the rooms and there is no room service due to COVID regulations. It was disappointing to drive 9 hours and not have the option to order within the hotel's menu. But parking is convenient and all the room amenities work.

Awesome place to stay in. Great service. Centralized AC, Tea Maker and Fridge. Good room service. Very clean. Daily cleaning by housekeeping staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a great experience all together. I look forward to visiting this place again on my next trip to Coimbatore.

Well maintained and clean room. Quiet locale. Courteous staff. It is situated in a location from where you can access all regions of Coimbatore very easily. It is easier to reach the place from Coimbatore north Railway station

This is not a hotel I would recommend for anyone travelling with family. The room alloted to me was one on the end of the floor. The room cleaning trolley was right in front of my door and it was stinking. The floor of the room was very greesy and not cleaned well. The room was not fresh even after saying it was cleaned and sanitised. I regret booking this place. Please do not book this!

Cramped rooms & Bathroom. Cramped car parking, needs valet parking. No Restaurant. Breakfast purchased from outside, which was cold but okay. Cleanliness needs improvement. Staff is very cooperative. Final note is that room is not worth for the amount spent.

We have been visiting this Hotel frequently over the last 5-6 years. The service used to be good but now it has declined especially after covid. The restaurant is closed permanently. Ordering from Swiggy/ Zomato is allowed. There used to be buffett breakfast but now a pre packed meal is provided. The meal is good but its served too late. Usually its after 8 am or sometimes even 8.15 am which is quite late. People who come for business have to leave for work. We have asked them several times but its never served before 8 am. Closing of restaurant is understandable but you should provide breakfast by 7.30 atleast and plate cutlery etc for those who want to order from Swiggy or zomato. If these problems are resolved then its a good hotel. Otherwise you will have to go out early morning for breakfast or for meals or make you own arrangements of plate and cutlery.

1. The rooms doesn't look anything like the photos they provided 2. Paid 2800 for delux room per night, but the room had two separate small beds 3. We booked three rooms in total, where only one was big enough,other two was too small compared to the price 4. No working resturant, we asked pre booking whether tea/coffee be available - they said yes and nothing was there 5. No hot water supply,we had to call multiple times to get the heater on 6. AC was not at all working, it turns off automatically

Rooms looked like old type and they are not sound proof, I hear TV sounds of other rooms in the corridor. Complementary breakfast was delivered on time and it tastes good

Le Grand hotel was so nice and was well maintained by the officers. The officers were so kind and helpful, It is flexible and convenient for senior citizens. The toilets were so clean and the rooms were in the best condition. The banquet hall and the dining hall were well maintained and the food was also good.
