I have booked only one day we checked in at the correct check in timing but there was no one to park the car and also for luggage we purchased a lot and was carrying around 5 to 6 bags there is no one is allocated for luggage service then breakfast is very average not much of the items for that much price even a three star or a normal hotel with less budget will provide a good buffet at breakfast. Toiletries also very basic not a very good brands… they provided only one set of items when two people are staying ..Services are provided only based on the grades of people who are visiting more preference and importance is given to North Indians and people from abroad than the local ones. Only very good in saying namaste each time except that hospitality nothing much to tell about this hotel.. the other star hotels are best than this in Coimbatore very bad experience and will not prefer the stay for this price.

Doesn't look like a 5 star property. The moment you enter the hotel. The dining area was small. Food quality was below average. No proper service in the dining area. No one comes and attend you or ask if you need anything or come for a feedback on the food. We have to ask for everything from water to spoon to napkin. 3 star hotels are better than this. Won't recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay in Coimbatore, because of the location. The reception should be more receptive and pleasant to deal with the customers and also the room services should be more prompt. Some deficiencies / gap noticed here may be due to the current pandemic situation. But the overall experience was excellent. Our children liked very much the burger. Food served in the restaurant is really good. We have shortlisted this property as one of the selected location to stay in Coimbatore. Raphael

Great ambience and comfortable big rooms and bathrooms. Video of room couldn't get uploaded. Travelled with family. Had an overnight stay. Hospitality good. Staff helped with storage of luggage and guided us for place we wished to visit. Live music in restaurant. The only issue was slow food service after order.

Pathetic service. Worst experience at ITC ever! We checked in at 2pm with an all inclusive meal package and were told that since lunch is non buffet, we can order from room. When tried ordering we were asked to come to the restaurant. Upon going to the restaurant (and wasting 30min because of wrong information) , we placed an order for one burger and one sandwich which took forever! We literally waited for 1 hour 5min for one sandwich to arrive with burnt bread. The burger never came. We wasted the two hours we had to rest on unapologetic pathetic service at the restaurant only to be hungry till 4pm.

Liked - Good location, not exactly on main road. Rooms are good in terms of cleanliness and house keeping. All standard things you expect like restaurant, bar, spa, swimming pool (on roof top which is quite small), gym, etc. Disliked - There was an issue I raised during check-out (would not like to elaborate here) but no resolution provided. Front desk manager promised that hotel manager will give me a call but looks like he doesn't have time to take feedback from a guest for more than a week now. I find this strange for this category of hotel

This is one of the best business hotel in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Have all kinds of facilities. Room is very neat and clean as well as service also very good. Complementary breakfast was fantastic with lot of items. But one observation from me area of restaurant is little small. Otherwise everything was enjoyable to me..

The stay in the hotel was fantastic EXCEPT the pathetic food served in their restaurant. I opted for MAP plan where I feel cheated with some extra amount pounded for such bad tasteless food. The spread is too less under the tag of ITC. The service boys are not bothered whether the table is set to dine which I observed repeatedly the same. Even they don't bother to give water on the table. The tagging of food is extremely poor. Being a vegetarian I have by mistake taken chicken in white sauce which was looking like small paneer. Even when we were dinning their one senior manager also came for dining and after seeing this the staff were busy to serve him and it seems that he was also enjoying the privilege. We were requesting for some water and ice cream in front of him but it was not served there. DONT OPT FOR THEIR FOOD EVER. I will be more than glad to get the refund of money which I wasted on the MAP plan. I gave feedback at the reception counter also but they gave a deaf ear to it.

A typical business hotel. Great location. The view from the room that we got wasn't bad at all. The rooms are decent but the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the rooms as I found crumbs from the previous stay on floor. There is a pool and gym and steam etc. The breakfast spread was good but typical. In general i struggled with getting service on time. They often didn't understand the request. For example while checking out, they sent the wrong person to pick up the bags and then 15 minutes later we had to call them again or when I had to keep telling them to clean up a table at breakfast. I think for the price of 7-8 grand a night it's great value for money but they should train their staff on communication skills.

It is a five star hotel. The service is great. Security checks the driver and the whole car when entering. They do scan your luggage, check everything. Than you are at front desk. They check visa, passport and than you get the keys. Luggage service to the room and back. Restaurant is for breakfast and dinner or lunch. I liked the food has everything you want. For European the ask you so you could have omelette or eggs … Rooms are really stylish. Pool is nice on the roof. You can walk from the hotel to lots of things around.

This place is almost centre of the place, close proximity to highway and just awesome. Starting from Parking, reception and the rooms were just right on the spot in terms of accessibility, cleanliness. I would highly recommend for the stay however only flip side was for the room dine in options and price during late night hours.

The front office staff was pleasant and quick. The room was nice and cozy. There ends everything good about this hotel. The in room dining and housekeeping take a lifetime to give anything u request for, that is if they pick the call from the room. The food is terrible. I ordered for fish finger and it smelt really bad. I am quite certain that they use frozen food. It was not close to fresh. The dinner buffet was also terrible. The service in the restaurant is cringe worthy. Wait time for any order is irritably long and most times they forget the order completely or partially. Food is worthy of a 3 star at max. Refilling was bad too. Next day's breakfast was even worse. Normal budget hotels have better dishes in the food spread. It was my wife's birthday the next day of my check in for which I had enquired for a cake a day before check in. I was promised a call back which never happened. Not one person even wished on her birthday. Total waste of money. Taj is multi fold better anytime. ITC hotel name is giving me a scare now. Terrible experience.

Stayed from 18th to 19th Oct. We were on our way back to Bangalore (from our holiday in Kerela) and broke our journey here. Positives : 1) Quick check-in 2) Friendly front office staff 3) Clean and well maintained 4) Decent Room The down side 1) Overall the property is small. 2) The swimming pool was closed for maintenance 3) The onsite restaurant is not upto mark. Service is really slow – we ordered from the menu and it took 45 minutes for us to be served. There were mosquitoes in the restaurant – which caused us to retrieve an odomos spray bottle from our room. We could have gone for the buffet – but it was not upto mark. We signed for the meal (bill to room) and were assuming that we were done – however at 10:30 PM, while we were sleeping, a restaurant staffer woke us up indicating that we had to clear the bill (he came with the card swipe machine) – he was not able to explain to me why the “bill to room” didn’t work. Break fast - well the spread was decent - but again staffers had to be reminded twice / thrice for special orders (even filter coffee). 4) Took a staffer 10 minutes to come to our room to collect our baggage during check-out. Overall would compare this property to a fancy “Bed and Breakfast”. Nothing special – don’t think this deserves the ITC brand. Overall the quality of service needs a drastic improvement. For our experience will I rate this as value for money : No Would I consider staying in this hotel again : No

Max staff are young/interns. In room dining person is very rude. He doesn't know how to speak with customers. Housekeeping & receptionist are humble. Definitely not worth spending 6k for 1 day stay. Better opt for Taj by Vivanta or The Residency Towers.

Dora in the restaurant was very attentive and we really enjoyed hearing about the history of the cotton from another employee. The warm welcome with drink was really appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Thought the bathroom glass wall with blinds very weird and didn't like that.

I stayed here for two weeks. If you are looking for clean hotel with clean bathrooms, which was my main objective, it is a good place to stay. I have seen better service in other hotels. It is not bad but some of the staff are very courteous while some can be curt. I felt is was overpriced for the service and the facilities it offers. The restaurant food is okay not great. The service at the restaurant again is a mixed bag.

As the name suggests ITC is a renowned brand for hotels chain i wish I could stay here forever i was feeling really sad leaving here everything is really amazing peace of mind relaxing it's just like staying in outer space no voice of traffic pure oxygen. We booked 4 rooms to give some of our family members a 5 star experience. But honestly this hotel not any better than some of the good 3 star hotels in coimbatore. The customer service was quite ordinary. Nothing to ride home about. We wanted some hot water for baby milk, and we had to have so much back and forth before we could get it sorted. That too not too our satisfaction. The room was looking quite old. In the room I stayed, lights in the shower area did not work. And actual door to bathroom was not shutting properly. But the worst part of the stay was the breakfast. It was the worst breakfast you could have in any 5 star property. Honestly if you are booking rooms here skip any food dining options available at the hotel and eat out side. Definitely will never again book at this property. Absolute waste of 30k for 4 rooms

I just want to say thank you to all the guys working here, they made me feel at home! The room is very confortable and very clean, the singer (Tayron) is a very fantastic person and very talented and friendly, the indian food is amazing, but what very surprised me was the Pizza! I'm italian and I can say that the Chef is very very good to make a very very tasty pizza even if we are in the opposite part of the world! BRAVO!

The rooms are smartly designed with a sleek and modular look. Neat and clean premises with a serene feel. The live music being played during the dinner service adds a touch of finesse and adds to the tasty dinner that is being served.

This 5 star hotel by ITC is upto the mark. This well known hotel just stands by its reputation. The service, the ambience is extraordinary and the food is quite exquisite. One stay at this hotel is to be truly memorable.

It was a decent experience staying at this hotel. However, there are a couple of improvements that they need to work on, as some things felt a little mediocre for a 5-star hotel. First off, the welcome drink (guava juice) was quite diluted with water, and thus, it felt pretty ordinary. I'd rather have a glass of freshly prepared coconut water as a welcome drink, as it's highly refreshing as well as relevant to the place. That, in my opinion, would be the perfect welcome drink here. Secondly, the ventilation in the rooms is something to be looked upon with seriousness. I booked a relaxing vacation in Coimbatore to escape the pollution, noise, and the regular hustle bustle of Delhi. And, I had expected at least a window in my room where I could breathe fresh air throughout my stay, but having to breathe through an air vent felt no different than closed shut buildings in Delhi. On top of that, the vent and the AC weren't even working when I settled in my room. I had to call the staff thrice in order to get them to work properly, that too at 10 in the night and on the day when I was tired and jet lagged. Aside from these points, the hotel was able to provide great services. The staff was highly courteous, polite, and very respectful of my time. Mr. Vivek at the reception desk exceeded my expectations while arranging a car every day for my excursions outside. The car driver, Mr. Shiva was also reliable and personable. Room service was quick and never showed any sign of exhaustion. The room had a great view of the Nilgiri mountains surrounding the city. The food was delicious as well, but I'll be posting a detailed review on the dedicated Welcomcafe Kovai review page. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here, and even though the minus points were a bit annoying to me, it was the helpful, gracious and considerate nature of the staff as well as the people of Coimbatore, that made my vacation a memorable one. Loved the hotel food staff politeness and location. Centrally located, its very close to race track ( which has many restaurants as well as a good walkway) and the lake, which also has a great walking path.

There were slight hiccups during the stay, and it was acknowledged by Mr Ilango and Mr Vivek before we checked out. Before we even spoke about it, Mr Ilango made the effort to hear about our views and Mr Vivek explained how important the satisfaction of our stay was. We are sincerely appreciative that our concerns were heard. Moving forward, we hope the coffee house & the room service deliver the best possible service to all guests. To conclude, we enjoyed the stay, excellent room & bedding comfort, and the breakfast varieties were creative too. We like to express our sincere thanks once again to the entire team.

This is not even a 5 star hotel. From the check in to check out, it was one bad experience. Grumpy front desk people. Broken, dirty, full of dust things in the room. TV doesn’t work. Defective faucets. I mean the list goes on. A place to forget.

Ive stayed at dozen of hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staffs was very hospitable especially Dora. She was very delightful and eager to help. She went above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs. Room were super comfortable and clean. Breakfast were top notch and nice ambiance ard the restaurant Great location and definitely would recommend to anyone. We would for sure stay here if we are comin back.

We had visited the restaurant for our Wedding Anniversary, and it is now on our never to visit again list. We had opted for the buffet lunch. The food was tasteless and not a good spread for vegetarians. The service by the staff was poor. The ambience was claustrophobic. You will definitely get value for your money if disappointment is the value that you are looking for!!!!!

The property is very small compared to other ITC projects, the staffs from the gate to top are all very much cooperative, Services from the Dining and Kitchen staffs are very much pleasent and supportive some names which i remember Ms Dora, Ms Priya etc know there job very well. Terrible, terrible food irrespective of cuisine. Poor service, staff looks unmotivated and underpaid. Run down rooms, toiletries smell cheap. I paid in full for 2 adults +1 child occupancy but they still charged me for an extra bed. This place is a scam. Stay away.

Definitely one of the best hotels in coimbatore. Ambiance is very good. Food is self service. Plenty of food options. Rooms and meeting halls are big and prestigious. Nice to be there on board a day.

This was my first trip to Coimbatore and the two choices for a hotel were WelcomeHotel and VIvanta. Based on what I could see online, I chose WelcomeHotel and in retrospect that was a mistake. Let's first talk about the positives because it is the smaller list. They have a fairly decent Gym although having a few more (than the 2 they have) yoga mats would definitely help. The restaurant has some positives like made on order items in the breakfast menu were good, and the soups were good too. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Now lets start with what could be improved. The service was bad till I complained vocally about it after which it improved to very good for a short while. I called the front desk for a TV issue and laundry pickup and nobody showed up for either for 30 mins after being told it will be 10 mins. In the restaurant, the servers are like headless chickens. There are so many of them but I had to 4 of them across 10 mins to get my bill before I got it. They need to be more organized, potentially assign tables to the server in the dining room so not every server is being called to different places at the same time The buffet in the cafe can be had only once, the food is mostly mediocre (soups and biryani are good) and their garlic nan is what others call garlic tandoori roti. The desserts are the worst I ever had in a INR 1200 buffet. They have 8 varieties all of which are equally bad. The drinks menu is very short too. The hotel lobby design makes one think that it was an afterthought. It is very small, and it would been a mess in peak Covid times. Barely 10 people can stand if they were socially distancing. The common restrooms near the cafe have nasal tissues next to the wash basin instead of paper towels (check my image), the soap dispensers are old and one of them broke and the the restroom could use better cleanliness. In general I would have expected more when I am paying INR 9K a night. Most of the problems can be fixed, I hope they read this review and try to improve some of these things.

Welcomehotel by ITC is a great hotel in an excellent location. The ambience is great and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the service is slow and the swimming pool is not very good. The restaurant dining is also not so great. Hope they can improve on this and provide great service to the customers.

Reception is satisfactory but not lavish like 5 stars. Price during visit was very good. Quality of stay and food was fantastic. Staff was cooperative. Outside area is neat and Good for evening walk. Surrounding area and location is prime. Overall quality is superb under this budget.

Good 3 star Hotel to stay comfortable stay clam place good gust service ,room service,valet service, all vist once to make more happy with your loved one

Boutique clean cosy hotel with good buffet -both veg and non veg, could be better with more variety. Vibrant colorful textile mixed with metal decor. The ambience was a treat to the eyes. Helpful friendly staff. The place is is little far from the central location.

Comfortable stay in Coimbatore. Clean room, courteous staff, good food and neat facilities. We enjoyed the stay.

Went there for breakfast. And we took the buffet option. The was not that great. The staff were ignorant and took lot of time to give what we needed. The juice had a lot of water. The tea wasn't great. Rest was good.

Limited spread of food. Staffs denied to provide the additional options available from the kitchen for diners that are part of buffet. However, we were told about the additional options after we spoke with a senior chef. By then, we were done with our dinner, and it did not help much. Had just 2 starters for veg and 2 for non veg. This is not i expect from a star hotel. Even the desserts were limited.

A huge thanks to all the staff and management for their very kind and courteous assistance. Welcomhotel by ITC took care of us better than any other places we have been to. This was the best National experience we have had in years. Your staff was amazing, anything we needed they brought to us. They were efficient, attentive and not intrusive. I was also very impressed with the equipments, the comfortable rooms and food. Last but not the least the bartender was awesome, I was struggling with sore throat and she blended some potion and it was gone. Thank you very much for making our stay successful. I highly recommend the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels.

We had a great 3 days stay at this place and brought back very fond memories about the i) friendly , always smiling and polite staff who made us feel home ii) Tasty and well presented food iii) squeaky clean amenities and above all , the wonderful interiors , reasonable cost. Now, some suggestions (Like they say, there is ALWAYS room for improvement :-) ) . Might have to staff up if in case, this place gets more guests to ensure the same quality and fast response as we had (when we were there it was not very crowded). Some improvements could be made in case of parking place when people check in late. Definitely ,I would come back to this place and also recommend to my friends here in US .

Putting this review for my parents who had an opportunity to stay at this Hotel. They felt that it’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel. This establishment holds itself to very high standards. Amenities are all high quality, rooms are very clean, decorated beautifully, and well lit. My parents loved the view too. The reception was great and the staff was extra helpful all the time. They had also taken all necessary steps for COVID prevention. Will love to stay there again.

It was a fabulous experience, during my official trip. Really I felt I was stepping into a palace . Awesome look marvelous architecture clean and sanitised place .... Rooms were neat, contemporary designs. IPad feature was something new, not many hotels have to offer and ever smiling staff behind the mask with proper PPE. I really want to appreciate housekeeping team. Here I feel I was staying at well safest place in this COVID period.

The hotel is located in a prime location in city and yet gives a feel of privacy and not disturbed by external activities. The hotel is lively and decent sized. Restaurant is big, spacious and designed well. Food is good here. People are very professional. Mr. Mohan front office was very helpful. One of the best hotels for stay and really satisfied with their service.

Good check in procedures and process. The rooms are clean and tidy. Coming to food, it's very pricey for the taste they provide. It's high time they start looking into the menu and chefs. If they continue with the current food taste, soon customers will look for many other alternatives available in Coimbatore. I expected the food to be similar to Chennai ITC but it was a complete disappointment. 😒

ITC has always been close to my heart. I'm a club ITC member for that very damn reason. The way their guests are treated, their quality of food & their beautiful rooms have never failed to impress me❤️ We had stayed at Welcom Hotel a couple of years back for an occasion & I absolutely loved their Rooms, Breakfast buffet, Spa & their IRD food. Sadly we missed to try their à la carte menu at their coffee shop, Welcom Café Kovai at that time. So recently post releasing of the lockdown in our city, we dined in with them for lunch on a calm and a laid back weekday. They had this glass doors fixed inbetween tables which is amazing. Their cutleries & crockeries were placed safely inside paper bags. A safe distance is maintained while taking orders. The restaurant is maintained so well n kept tidy. So we didn't have to worry about safety at all while dining at their restaurant. We took the restaurant manager Mr. Antony's suggestion & tried the following bestsellers from their menu, 🌸 CHICKEN SOUP 🍲 - This soup was suggested by him considering the current situation as it has alot of crushed black pepper n Indian spices in it which in general is good for health. The soup was quite refreshing, it was this slightly thick chicken soup with alot of veggies n spices in it 🥣 Tasted great! 🌸 MURGH KALI MIRCH TIKKA🍗 - Tender chicken marinated in traditional Indian spices n cooked in Tandoor. It was mildly spicy & tasted earthy. The chicken had a slightly char grilled flavour that tasted perfect with the mint chutney💚 It's a MUST TRY💯 🌸 TEMPTATION🍹- A refresher drink flavoured with cumin, honey & ginger ale topped with . Simple yet a charmer. 🌸 GHOST DUM BIRIYANI - As per their suggestion, we tried their Lamb Biriyani cooked in Dum with Basmati rice n indian spices. The Biriyani was flavoursome, tasted premium with alot of spices, just the way I like it. It was served with their extremely smooth n buttery curd which went amazingly well with their mouthwatering Biriyani👌🏻 🌸 PENNE BOLOGNESE 🍝 - I wanted to try pizza from their Western Fare section but as pizzas weren't available, we went for their Penne Bolognese pasta. I asked them to make it with Chicken instead of Lamb (as only lamb was available in their menu). This one mahn, it's a SHOW STOPPER trust me. The pasta was so saucy, cheesy, juicy & extremely delicious. It was flavoured with some amazing herbs & literally took my breath away❤️ The flavour was lip smacking 👌🏻Tasted soooo freaking awesome 😍 🌸 CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM - Smooth, fresh, rich, dense & yummilicious🤤 no kidding! 🌸 ELANEER PANNA COTTA- Coconut Milk based Pudding infused with fresh coconut chunks n cardamom powder, with no added sugar. This dessert was served in shot glasses. It was cold, as smooth as butter, tasted luscious 💯 🌸 MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE - Cute lil' rich chocolate cakes served with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Tasted DIVINE😍😍

The room was very nice and spacious but the bathroom only had a shower with no hand shower or tap. Staff was courteous and friendly. We rented a car with driver for two days and the driver Shiva was very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to him for making our stay comfortable.

Last week we went to welcom cafe with my family , we are fully Enjoyed food and service. I would like to say about the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ashok , restaurant manager who take care of us very much and I like the way his approach thank you so much...

Good location, great food, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Facilities and services could be better - especially for the brand. Room service of food items is priced very high. Started taking dinner from Sri Annapoorna Restaurant which is just 1 KM away.

Stayed here for 2 nights - rooms were excellent, service was awesome; staff were really good. Stayed with family (adults - 2, Kids - 2 | 1 yr and 6 yr). We did not try the restaurant, but ordered some in-room dining - Chicken Fried Rice and Briyani; the price was high as you would expect. Briyani was Ok, but Chicken Fried Rice was awesome - My wife loved it. Will recommend stay for anyone and will certainly return.

The Hotel was very good in terms of service and ambience. Front desk staffs and service waiters were very well trained and deserve a good appreciation and reward. Sure to stay here during my next visit to Coimbatore.... Bye Bye.... WelcomHotel!!!

Also his suggestion for local site visit were appreciated . The breakfast was amazing , havent had such a amzing good quality spread for the long time . The pool was a well maintained one as well . Rooms are very well maintained . Gives us a reason to go back for sure ,

The restaurant and the bar space is very small area, it needs more space. Room I stayed was good, clean and had enough space. Also a good view from the room. Staffs, are really friendly and polite. Room prices are bit on a higher side for the city like coimbatore, it can be made lesser that would attract more customers.

Very worst experienece in recent visit.Not good receptionist and welcome.We are paying very high but its not worthy. 1)Bad smell when we on AC inside room. 2) Very worst pool water.Even dont have childs life safety tubes.First time i have seen big star hotel didnt have this also. 3) Very worst food taste.per pax 1300 for buffet food but its not worthy. 4) Power not available in bathroom. The stay was good. Dining needs refinement and focus. The service can be a lot better. The music played in the elevator and the coffee shop is quite loud. ITC needs to figure out if it’s a business hotel or serving another segment.

Actually it wasn't the stay, we were on our way to Conoor and stopped to have Breakfast here. It's decor seemed very inviting as we entered the hotel, beautifully done up with bright colors and well laid out furniture. The choice of colors were pleasing to the eye. The Breakfast was good,,so was the staff. There was something nice about the ambience too, and if you happen to be in the vicinity it calls for a visit. Cheers to the interior designer to make it an great looking spot..

The hotel location is good. Strategic and easily accessible to public transportation. Friendly guest service and accommodating staffs ready to assist at any time. Breakfast spread is good and delicious! Room is spacious and affordable rate!

Room was very clean and spacious. Food was not good at all and took too much time. We booked our stay with all meals included (Breakfast Lunch and Dinner) but during lunch time they kept bothering us to make sure of our booking. One lady came to us and said that we haven't booked lunch at al! Restaurant's service staff should have better coordination with the concerned department regarding things like this. I have visited other ITC hotels before and my experience has always been very good, But this time it was very disappointing.

Even though it is a five-star property and they charge us that rate, the hotel severely lacks space and it reflects everywhere. The courtyard, the lobby and of course the rooms and restaurant all these areas are managed with minimum space. We will definitely expect a much much more spacious lobby in a five-star hotel.The elevators and rooms are neat and clean but with minimum space. And unfortunately, they have no sense in managing furniture to manage the available space in the rooms. The size of the furniture is not suitable for the size of the room. The pool is a namesake one. Only 4 feet in depth. The restaurant is cramped. Managed to have a maximum number of chairs and tables.We need to bend down to the floor to take one plate those are kept beneath the buffet counters. The buffet spread for the breakfast on 31st July was so disappointing as they gave only one sausage as a non-veg dish. We expected some chicken stew. And the taste and quality of all the food served there was just ok. And there were only three waiters serving to all that crowd out there. The front office and Room Services people need more training. We had booked two rooms. We had to wait for the second room for more than one hour even though we checked only at 3 PM.And we were fed up with repeated reminders to get another set of drinking water in the room. So pathetic their responses were. The experience was not at all good and up to the mark with a corporate and established brand like ITC Welcome group. And the tail end. The images on the Make My Trip website are not giving you the actual idea of the size. They are deceptive. Take care.

We had dinner 9th Jan, ordered no spicy food for the kid, but to my surprise they served spicy dal. Also cold fulka (roti) was served cold. Next day we had lunch, that time everything was pathetic. It felt like their staff was clueless. We ordered tandoori roti, and it was smelling and I guess made the earlier day. Had a very bad experience with their food. I won’t recommend people to eat food there.
