I
was
charged
half
day
room
rate
for
a
couple
of
hours
of
early
check-in.
Staff
was
rude.
Tried
speaking
to
a
senior
but
the
person
who
came
to
answer
my
issue
seemed
to
be
least
bothered.
She
told
me
different
policies
apply
to
online
bookings
because
they
are
cheaper.
Don't
you
set
the
price?
Most
good
hotels
are
accommodating.
If
a
room
is
free
it
is
standard
practice
to
allot
it
to
someone
in
need.
2)
No
proper
a
la
carte
restaurant.
I
ordered
in-room
dining
on
two
days
and
found
the
food
to
be
stale.
It
felt
like
they
were
items
picked
up
from
the
buffet
spread.
The
buffet
is
part
of
some
package
that
they
sell
to
a
few
people.
The
last
day
I
tried
the
buffet
and
the
food
was
quite
average.
I
found
multiple
people
complaining
about
the
food.
Only
one
staff
who
was
a
kid,
probably
less
than
18,
was
attending
the
dinner
spread.
3)
There
is
a
bar
and
kitchen
in
the
hotel.
On
trying
to
access
it,
I
was
told
only
couple
entry
is
allowed.
Wait,
so
you
won't
let
your
business
travellers
access
the
only
decent
place
in
the
hotel
to
eat
a
meal?
All
is
not
bad
though.
The
good
items
are
below:
1)
Well
located
hotel
2)
Spacious
rooms
although
the
interiors
feel
like
a
decade
or
two
old
3)
There
is
a
fairly
decent
gym
All
in
all:
A
well
built
hotel
that
is
poorly
managed.
