The people here are cordial and very accommodating. The rooms are pretty nice and clean and a great value for money. This place doesn't allow couple entries but other than that, one cool place to stay and it is pretty close to the city centre.

Rooms were dirty and blankets were full off blood stains. Hot water was not available all the time. In booking.com it was given that the room had a queen bed in it, but they gave me a twin bed room and asked us to put them together and make a double bed of it. I asked the reception staff to change the room for me, but he was smirking like he was mocking me and refused to change the room. Hotel doesn't have enough parking space, only 3 cars can be parked at the hotel front and then they would ask us to park behind another car. Later they would call at mid night and early mornings to move the car so the car parked at front could be taken out. I even tried giving my car keys at reception thinking they might not call me again, but still they asked me to come down and move it. Breakfast was complimentary but was not that great, we only had it the first day.

Regrettable Stay - TV, Linen, and Policy Letdown: My stay at your hotel left much to be desired. I was met with disappointment upon discovering that the TV in my room was not working, depriving me of in-room entertainment. The torn and worn-out linen was a stark contrast to the comfort that should be associated with a hotel stay. Additionally, the policies I encountered during my stay did not align with the information provided when I made my reservation, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. I had hoped for a comfortable and seamless experience, but unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to uphold the reputation of your establishment.

Very nice little hotel, good service and very polite people handling reception. We came to this hotel after 2hrs of harassment faced from a nearby hotel (hotel grand castle) booked through make my trip. Utterly disappointed with the kind of treatment we got there but this hotel and staff were very friendly. 24hrs hot water, nice clean rooms, lift, complimentary bottled water & breakfast served. Most of the staff could speak in hindi & English which made our life easy.

Good hotel, but they just started construction over there. Their breakfast was very good. If anyone is going to stay there, have breakfast there and avoid to have outside

It's a treebo chain and moreover it's a wonderful hotel for stay with family. The food was amazing and the hospitality was very great. Overall it was a nice experience staying at Sam Residency. Staff was helpful and friendly. Though restaurant services have not started yet you can order from Swiggy.

I am giving 5 star rating.. people are very decent, I left my ear buds by mistake which cost 3000+. I informed the owner, they found it and sent courier the next day. Breakfast was excellent .

Hotel is good. Location is best .Too close to Popular locations. They are just in a distance of 7 to 10 min. Hotel service was pretty well. Soo overall it's good😄

It is a very nice hotel. The behaviour of the staff was very nice. Rooms are perfectly cleaned and big enough. They had a complementary breakfast and it was tasty as well.

Decent hotel with moderate tariff. Rooms are Air-conditioned. In house restaurant is available. But vacant seats. Limited parking is there. No wheelchair access. Right on the main road and easy to locate. It's adjacent to Omni bus stand, gandhipuram, coimbatore. Those who take Omni buses from out station would find this hotel very closely. Lift is available. I found the room neat and clean.

My humble request to people plzzz don't stay in this hotel n waste ur money it's just worst....no proper Ac No proper hot water it's jzzz worst....honest review....my humble request guys.....

Room cost is little bit high. Stay is okay only bcz of location as it is in centre. will be good to keep tea makers in the room. Also neat bath towels and tissues if possible. Thanks

The service was good. However the rooms are in very old and bad condition. The toilet was so tiny that the shower leaks will fall directly on you when you sit on the toilet seat. Also please bring your water with you because they charge extra for water bottles.

Located opposite GP Grand Galaxy hall, near BKR Nagar, Gandhipuram. Parking for a few vehicles(around 3-4 cars) is available in front of the building. It is a basic setup, with a front desk and a restaurant. Staff members were polite and helpful. The room also was basic, but clean and neat (bathroom was a bit small). Stayed there for a day, and even though the location is quite busy, the hotel provides a quiet atmosphere, which is good. Overall, for a quick stay this hotel is recommended, provided you get a good deal(I got a deal of 1300 for an AC room from EaseMyTrip, which is decent).

Room, service and Breakfast are Good. But during my trip there is no TV connection and poor WiFi signal or No signal. These are not accepted since I visited there with my family, no timepass. Really boring after reaching the room.

As booked throu Agoda.. Room was not actually shown in phots. So sad. Lot of adjustment we had done we booked for 4 persons provided small room unable to put extra bed in offered room was premium one so dont depend on Agida more no proper response for email in the first day itself SOooo sad neve recomend

Located in the center of the city. Car parking is not sufficient. You can get good deal in online booking than personal booking. Breakfast is good. Though they have the restaurant, it is used for elivering complementary breakfast only.

Not for family! I travelled with my wife and younger brother and the fab hotel guys first told me that 2 male and 1 female are bot allowed. We gave them aadhar and marriage proof then they said it is ok but whatever they were implying earlier was demeaning and cheap. Being a family, we would like to stay away from such properties and even fabhotel. Also, the manager Prakash is rude and scary.

Not a family friendly hotel, and don’t book online from fabhotel as they cancel it if anyone walks in. Prakash the manager at night is the most unprofessional and arrogant person I have met in the hospitality industry. His boss who is also named Prakash is the real culprit though along with Gaurav Sharma from fab hotel as they cancelled the booking.

This hotel is fraud. Even if you book online ,pay half price for booking in advance. They cheat us they don't keep reserved. They will give someone if they get higher price .

Fabhotel will take the booking amount in advance by giving fake check-in timings like early check-in. But once you come to the hotel they will say rooms are not available. Hotel direct number is not available in google to cross check timings. So make your bookings accordingly. Rooms are Good. If you are ok with 12PM check in there will not be any problem.

Good rooms with clean bed , ideal for overnight stays in an ideal location. Breakfast was also very good and service was decent and also staff was multilingual. Only issue was there were few guests who were screaming in passage early in the morning disturbing us. Staff could have avoided that situation.

Hairless to stay fit a couple of days.... Though there are many such hotels in and around this place, found the room to be comfortable and nearly maintained and the complementary breakfast was subtle and just right. Very affordable risk charges.

Rooms were too expensive in the name of special days. However the staff were good. Needs improvement on cleanliness and waste disposal. Parking was a problem. No nearby hotels to eat and the hotel themselves doesn't serve anymore. Only breakfast is available that too after 8am. Hot water was not provided at 5 am.

For a budgetary stay it is okay, but there are places with much more cheaper prices providing good amenities.

this Hotel is located in a very good location for easy access of Ganapathy, Coimbatore... I stayed here for an one night... one important thing is there is no covered car parking... we have to park our car outside only with uncovered... during rainy season it will be difficult to park outside the hotel and there is no security also... and in the night time there is no nearby shops, medicals for any emergency situation... otherwise it is a good and budget friendly hotel for stay... suitable for family stay also... One of the best hotel with value for money very near to main private bus stand. Stayed here for a day. Did 6 hours of work and had a small table which worked perfectly. You have 3-4 plug points. A/C worked perfectly on a hot summer day. Front desk person helped well. Arranged taxi's for city trips. Overall a good stay.

Neat and well maintained rooms suitable for business and family stay. Complimentary Breakfast provided was good to start your day with. Staff are polite and friendly, offer cab service for sight-seeing at much affordable price compared to outside taxis. Check in time can be preponed to help guests who arrive early by bus or train from outstation.

Fab hotel Sam Residency is a nice neat and clean hotel.The hotel website doesn't exaggerate and what they claim is provided to the guests.Complimentary breakfast's menu was changed daily and it was a tasty fare.The reception persons were polite and helpful. Excellent location near to both North Railway station and Main Coimbatore Junction. Spacious room and clean interiors. stayed at 2nd floor room. Good daylight (room doesnt have tubelight) and they provide complimentary 1 litre water bottle, bar soap and body wash (no toothpaste). Overall would recommend for family and friends.

Stayed at the hotel during Apr 28th to 30th. Everything is good except parking. There are only 3 dedicated parking spots and available on first come first serve. If you happen to park parallel to the original 3 spaces be ready to get a call from the reception requesting to move your vehicle.

This stay has really poor service. They refused to give me a room for stupid reason and the payment was already done. They later tried to allot a cheaper hotel room and that was even worse. If you are an unmarried couple booking this stay please don't. They will not give you the room and later alot a cheap stay. They refused to give refund for cancellation, even though it's their mistake.

Unmarried Couples dont go. Not allowed Strictly. They will ask for a marriage photo or certificate. Using your Bookings For extra money to others. Late Night Also they are not helpful.

Fine hotel for near to stay in omni bus stand. Dinner is so delicious, I had gee podi dosai & plain dosai.

Very neat and clean hotel just adjacent to omnibus stand in Coimbatore. Very polite staff. Not satisfied with the Lenin in the room when I entered. They have changed it immediately on my request. Free breakfast available.

The hotel should ensure that hot water is available without wasting 3 or 4 buckets of water as suggested by the crew. The fact is despite 4 buckets of water getting wasted, hot water is elusive in the hot water pipe.

Lovely staff, they really make an effort to make you feel welcome. However, the rooms and interior are very basic and dated. The hotel is located under the overpass so it's very loud and chaotic outside. Breakfast was pretty good!

I stayed for 1 night and as a solo traveler. I have complained on AC was not working but no response from them. And also the complementary breakfast was opened at 8 am and closed by 9.30 am. I went for breakfast at 9.40 am and all the hotel employees were eating and there was not much food too have. This is very bad. At least you should mention the breakfast timings and should wait for the customer.

HUMBLE REQUEST TO RETHINK THIS PROPERTY The receptionist was rude to me, I was on a trip to isha yoga center with my cousins and the receptionist said there is no room for unmarried couples ,been taken so much treebo hotel during my past trips but this was really a disappointed experience, we had id’s to prove we were cousins and the receptionist didn’t even ask for that. We made a partial payment of 1320 before booking but he said the amount cannot be refunded by them it’s the responsibility of booking.com.Because of this we dropped our plan to isha and made back home the same day
