Recently did a function with them and had the worst experience. When you have your first inquiry they will agree for all your needs and whatever you say and so you'll book their hall. But at the last minute they'll say they cannot do anything about that. Also for decorators they suggest is the only one who is allowed to decorate there. And due to this that guy was also very lethargic and ignorant and very unanswered. Very unresponsive. Only 2-3 days b4 the event we were receiving proper responses from him confirming that he'll be doing the decoration. Atleast the decorators gave us a proper output finally. Even he incorporated the last minute suggestions and gave us a satisfactory output. As for the hotel, Literally had the worst experience. Please ppl don't waste your money with this hotel. The food also wasn't nice. First they said they won't charge for the hall but at the last minute they'll add up charges for the hall too. And you cannot even do anything about it. They are very business minded and all they want to do is extract your money. They also didn't provide us with proper rooms that they had agreed to give in the beginning. I'm giving them one star because there is no option for 0.

This hotel is near the train station people who travel by train can prefer this place. The rooms they provide are a bit small when you place an extra bed you won't have much space to even walk around so I would suggest to book a different hotel if you are planning to get extra beds. They have a very steep parking lot so if you are not comfortable driving on slopes i would prefer you to take the valet. And also it's a hassle to park your car and take it because you would have had a tough time parking and prefer walking. We tried to check the hotel's buffet but it was not pricey for what they were serving. The hotel bathroom is very dingy and old. Overall the hotel is pretty old and not that clean. They need more effort to clean the place

Very good. rooms were really nice with working A/C and Television. Service was also really nice, as the staff made sure to check. on us to make sure our stay was good. Also, there was very tasty food at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet and service was also really good there. Would recommend!

Felt very nice and decent stay in hotel. I stayed couple of days with my family. It's a pleasant atmosphere with very polite staffs and front desk team, they are always ready to help you beyond the limit. Rooms are awesome with all required accessories. Foods are very delicious and with lots of Verity in buffet, it's show very hard work of kitchen team. I stay there with my 3-year-old kids, she enjoyed a lot in pleasant atmosphere. Been here for couple of times with my friends for their buffet dinner, it is a great buffet with pocket friendly budget. Who in the world giving a non veg, unlimited budget for Rs.299. I thought it was crazy, but now we as friends make sure that at least weekly once we come here to have good time. Good food, good service, excellent supportive team.

Worst Hotel. Very bad experience. The room and entire hotel were stinking with no ventilation. The meal and dining areas were very suffocating. Rooms were untidy and there were cockroaches everywhere in the bed and bathroom. Food was awful and stinking. No hygiene was maintained. Do not recommend it at all.

Dirty sheets, mouldy walls, lack of hot water 24/7 ( has hot water only for a specific period of time over the day). Front office staff were lethargic, not very helpful. Only plus is that it’s close to a shopping mall & around 2kms from Gandhipuram bus stand. The hotel concentrates more on corporate gatherings & seems not very welcoming of individual patrons. An average place, not worth the hype.

We had booked the Banquet hall for a family event and the kind of dedication and commitment that the staffs exhibited was worse. Nobody turned out to be serious about their tasks and our requests always ended up in dead ears. The front desk staff and the Banquet incharge were literally showing their displeasure on their face. This totally ruined our experience as I personally had to run behind the incharge and the house keeping staffs to clean and get the hall ready on time. I will not recommend this hall to anyone who doesn't want work to be done at the last moment.

The Food was awesome and there were many options in the buffet and the staffs were so cordial especially Mr.Gotham was very nice to the kids. The ambience was so good clean and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the food.

We have informed earlier only about our check-in time but still they haven’t prepared the rooms for us. They haven’t cleaned the room after 2 hours of the check-in time. The cleaning was not good they where smelling somewhat bad. The parking and food in their restaurant are good.

The hotel claims it to be 3 star but We had a worst experience by booking this hotel in our trip. We travel on a regular basis to Coimbatore and stay at different hotels. But this is the worst hotel we have stayed in so far. First of all they asked us to shift to 3 rooms at the time of check in itself. The rooms were not cleaned well and stinky.They have a worst kitchen and Staff are not cooperative and respond the least for your needs. They didn’t provide us the food that we ordered at 9.30pm from the restaurant for dinner and informed that the Kitchen is closed at 11.20pm and didn’t bother to even arrange anything at that time knowing that we had a infant with us. Poor staff facility especially in the restaurant. Over all it was a worst experience at the hotel and not at all worth staying.

Ambience is good but staffs not working properly, my experience was at lunch that many items are not refilled by their staffs. Only top-up after we said these items are not... And zero fish piece in fish curry, mainly working staffs don't know Tamil and even English, they talk Chinese and other country languages. Unable to understand.

I had made the booking on 11-Dec-2023 for a stay from 20-Jan-2024 through a very well known OTA partner. I also received a message from the partner stating that "A reconfirmation call is not required". However, to my utter surprise, few mins before checkin time - I got a call from the property that there are no rooms available. The reason they had called out was that the partner did not confirm the booking, and hence they have been fully booked. The hospitality manager Mr Anand came on the line, and mentioned that they just got notified about this booking from the partner team. They were empathetic, but asked us to take a room in another facility for the first day, which was much lower in standards. And checkin into this hotel for the 2nd day of the trip. The transportation and logistics were all managed by ourselves. With the booking done for senior citizens, this kind of a mix-up communicated at 1:15pm for a 2pm check-in, leaving the customers high-and-dry in a new place was not a good experience. The management was empathetic and took the initiative to arrange the alternate booking. But the primary reason for booking at Hotel Vijay Park Inn was the proximity to the event, and facilities. The alternate accomodation was farther and was also much cheaper. No complaints about the facilities at Hotel Vijay Park Inn, but these kind of booking mishaps between Partner-Hotel management is causing serious doubts if this can be a preferred route for family and elderly travellers, as there is always room for a last minute commotion. We had to take the alternate booking, as there were no other options to figure out, especially as it came in the last hour. I have travelled with the partner several times and this has never happened. At the same time, I see that Hotel Vijay Park Inn was also overbooked and many had the same issue on 20-Jan-2024. So dont know where the problem was, but in the end we were short-changed for the trust we had with both parties. The hotel hospitality team did their best, to salvage an already messed up situation. It was definitely not the experience that we wanted.

This rating is on their bar. I have visited your bar earlier around 2-3 years back and it was decent. But now you have lot of areas to catch up to bring back to a decent level. Serving Glass : Doesn't feel that we are sitting in a premium Bar. Please excuse, glass being served is a big tea glass. Snacks : Other than boiled peanut and Cucumber, all other items are pretty ordinary. Your chicken is full of bones and little flesh left out also doesn't taste well. Sound System : They play Tamil movies at very high decibel level of audio. Nobody was watching movie. Good ambience of a bar need enjoyable music without disturbing your ears. Sorry guys, your bar is not attracting me to visit again.

The hotel is average in terms of food and amenities. Very limited parking facility. When asked the security about any alternate parking space, he said you can park some where roadside. Couldn't find parking spot near the hotel. Had to search for parking and finally found a spot nearly 500 mts away from the hotel. As they have function halls, they should try to arrange parking space for the guests.

We booked a hall in this hotel.. Awful experience and bad service.. It's our son's first birthday party,hence we approached this hotel. A woman in the reception area provided me the details of cost and the very next day she changed the price quotes and proved that she is a liar. And then when it comes to the manager, he is worst and unprofessional behavior. When we ask for a room to change our costumes, he didn't provide us. Hotel Vijay Park inn! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and managers our names were mentioned on the board and we were booked Suite room for 2 days stay. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience on Food and service.

Hello people.. So i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and paid around 7000 Rs. Below are the things i had to experience dispite of paying so much. 1. The moment i entered the room the smell of cigerets hit my face, funny thing is all my clothes smelled like a cigeret by the time i left that room. 2. Stains on bedsheets and pillow covers. It was like a local hotel near bus stops. 3. Furnitures which has lost their texture. 4. Hot water only in the morning for sometime. 5. Breakfast is average. 6. They made me wait for 1 hour before checkin. It was not just me who had problems with the room. I also saw a guy having a bitter conversation with the staff for not cleaning the room before handing it to them. The only good part is staff were humble. So the bottom line is if you are looking for a comfortable stay dont pick this hotel. It's not worth the money. I have attached some pictures of the room I was in. Booked under Id - Rahul K

In all the rooms they removed the Lock for Windows and so all the Windows do not have the iron grills. When you Open the Window anyone can enter into the Room from Window from outside. This is a big safety concern when go with Family and couples. When asked to Lock the window, again the Carpenter came and could not lock it from inside and they said no one will come from outside into the Window, so not to worry. I was totally disappointed and could not have proper sleep and in the late night they responded very rudely. This is totally unexpected and no solution provided. Very very bad experience. Not sure how they given 3 star range for the Hotel. This is no value to the Money with this kind of Rooms

Kindly dont keep any function here. The food quality is really bad. They dont keep few food items till last even if its very small number.. They tell a menu and give something different. The rates also cant be lessened. They try to cheat by all means when they serve food during functions. The food quality is so so low.

I spent 2 nights here in Vijay Park Inn. The experience was fantastic, particularly the hospitality and food. Property is nicely located, very near to Brookfield Mall, a major one in Coimbatore. Valet parking is available which is quite convenient for self drivers. All three meals are buffet. Mr. Praveen, Mr. Poovarasan and the entire team are taking all out efforts to make the guest delighted. They really deserve appreciations. Menu is decently diverse, food is very tasty though little bit more spicy. Corridors are spacious which make you comfortable. Only point I like to suggest is that though spacious, rooms require some refurbishment, particularly bathroom. Don't know whether it is an isolated issue for the one allotted to us.

Very bad experienced, room service not good. AC not working. Wifi not working, when complaint was given the staff says to come outside the room and use wifi, outside it will be working. Staff doesn't know how to talk. No sofa or any sitting arrangement outside the room in the corridor, even than I came out with my laptop and stood out for more than 10min but still there was no internet working.

Don’t order coffee and tea to your room , Reason : they take minimum 45 mins to bring it your room . IRCTC Indian Railway’s coffee and tea will be best on comparing to this hotel’s coffee. Even at the complementary breakfast. Tea was super watery . I never had such a worst tea ever

Total waste of money. Not recommended for families. One of the worst hotel stay experiences I have ever had. The wifi did not work throughout my stay at my room. Nobody cared about it and nobody visited my room for service even after calling the maintanence multiple times.

The food and ambiance were both very enjoyable. It's the perfect choice for a team lunch. While the food choices are somewhat limited, the dishes served were delicious and satisfying.

Food taste is good and service also good. Praveen and Anand team did great job to maintaining the service. We will come again. There is one small request if possible please add some more quantity. Cleaning also awesome.

Booked via MakeMyTrip,but room was very bad, when we asked to change the room they told us all are filled, but it was a lie when we check in app we could book the rooms , and they told rooms are under maintenance, if then why they providing under maintenance room to customers? Bathroom shower taps are broken ,mirror was not clean , soda inside the room was very old and dirty, breakfast was good and the staffs in restaurant were provided good service,but overall it was a drastic stay.

Worst hotel at this price. Everything is broken in the room I got. Shower door is broken. Restroom lock is broken. Switch socket is broken. Toilet seat is broken. They don't have self in shower to place my toiletries. No waste bin in my room, only small one is available in the r restroom. Worst hotel.

Not a great hotel ....The hotel is clearly cutting corners.....We reached early morning and had to knock for 15 min...All staff were asleep at 5 in the morning keeping the gates locked and light shut.....The rooms did not have AC working, there was no hot water and lastly they were cutting costs by denyiny the WiFi... Breakfast complimentary was just too basic....Overall bad experience...we chose cos it had good reviews in trip advisor etc but pl avoid if possible...

On the day of event they don't even have an idea about who all are normal group and our office group end of the day total bad impression from our clients because we have choosen this hotel. A decent hotel situated in a small lane in Ram Nagar, with adequate parking space. Rooms are quite comfortable. Reception Service is equally good. The drawback is that they never change the linen even if you stay for 3 days. Their housekeeping is awful. They never answer your calls. Most of the time we had to call the reception even for getting drinking water. Further their remotes for AC and TV were in a dilapilated condition in most rooms.

Fortunately, I got Last minute deal so for me great stay in Vijay Park Value for money...... "good rooms and clean bathroom ...polite behaviour of staff and Awesome food..." I can really go back there with my family and children without any doubt. Great food, good service, amazing staff behaviour. The place feels little inside, but later I understood that its very much accessible from all main part of the city.

Enjoyed best customer service from the banquet Manager (Forgot his name), He made sure that everything single detailed instruction was taken care without hesitation. They did more than what a normal Banquet team will do. It was nice to see such level of customer experience in this mid segment hotel. Price is not more; you may say that it is just nice price and the food is really great.

We had a 3 night stay to attend a family wedding and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Great function arranged during my cousin wedding. Great hall, nice ambience, and the staff was very much pleasant and helpful. We had lots of last-minute changes in the function but the banquet team made sure that, each and every request was taken care even though it was not part of the term. Foods are very delicious and with lots of Verity in buffet, it's show very hard work of kitchen team. I stay there with my 3-year-old kids, she enjoyed a lot in pleasant atmosphere. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay happy and memorable.

Very less menus for a buffet. They just gave 4 non-veg items Chicken Biriyani, chicken gravy, mathi meen kulambu and egg bonda. They even didn't place chilly chicken. Rest items are just veg Senior billing Management staff is rude when we asked why there is less non-veg items. He told if you want more menu go to some other hotel Food quality is OK. Service staffs are good. Not worth for 299+ gst 10% price. Myself and my family got huge disappointment going there. This place not worth for a non-veg buffet. They will even charge 4 year kids. I gave 1 star due to the billing staff behavior.

The food was good, the serive is very nice. The staff was warm and welcoming, and accommodated adjustment to make our stay pleasant. The buffet was worth every penny

Big and spacious room, clean and good hygiene. 2 stars for food quantity and taste. Ac controls are at the front desk and you don’t have any remote in the room to adjust the room temperature according to your need hence you need to call the front desk every time for ac settings.

Booked venkatesh hall (A/c) for my sister's baby shower function. Food was excellent. All the guests were soo satisfied with the taste. Despite of the increase in number of guest unlike we planned . The hotel team had managed the last minute preparation of food for 50 ppls at neck of situation. Which was a great help.

I have celebrated my grand daughter half saree function at the Banquet Hall Name called innova hall! I have celebrated other family and friend functions at this location including my children’s Christening and my family only plans their events at Deluxe! Thank you for making our events so special. You food is great, your service is the best and your hall is beautiful! The banquet team is so kind and sweet. Especially I thank Mr.Prabhu sir. Thank you Vijay park inn!
