An average stay at Coimbatore Central. Bus station, Railway Station, shopping points, restaurants near by. Barbecue Nation and Junior Kuppanna also located the same building. Rooms are spacious and staffs are friendly. But I found the lack of proper maintenance. Due to this Room Air Conditioner was not working. It has some electrical faults. They provide all toiletries including dental kit, but broken taps and lights spotted. Even linens are also too old and torn. They offered free parking and late checkout.

Regarding the stay at Metro Park Inn Hotel: Our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, it was evident that nothing had been properly cleaned. The bedspread hadn't been changed, and the pillow covers were in a terrible state. Despite requesting replacements, the cleanliness didn't improve, shedding light on their substandard service. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued in the restrooms. They were in a deplorable condition—dirty, old, rusty, and emitting unpleasant odors. Poops were dried and Stains were present in every corner, making the experience truly unsatisfactory. We promptly checked out and relocated to a different hotel

Ok kind of room at these rates. The service was not good. The only highlight is that you have Barbeque Nation on the top floor here.

Well maintained non-vegetarian food area. It is located in sixth floor. Don't worry lift is available.

Pros: 1) located in the prime location of coimbatore (town hall). From shops to transport, everything is very near. 2) Big rooms 3) Toilet is neat. Cons: 1) very poor service. Only males are there for booking and maintenance. They look weird and show sorrowful face all the time. They don't talk much either. 2) Rooms are big and has all the facilities but all the rooms smell too bad. 3) Floors are not mopped - dust everywhere 4) bed smells very bad. No pillow covers. Pillows look brown in color. 5) AC has no remote. 6) TV didn't work. 7) Heater didn't work. 8) they don't have a seperate parking. They are sharing parking with a local parking space. Parking has no shelter and there is no safety for our car. 1000s of vehicles are piled up in that area and quick parking is not at all possible. Being in a prime location, they must improve the quality of their hotel.

5 years ago i was a regular visitor to this hotel where i used to stay with my family. However, during my recent visit I found that the this facility has lost all its charm. This hotel is not suitable to stay with family and its a kind of bachelor staying facility. The corridor is very dark without proper lighting. When you come out to the corridor, you smell liquor and smoking smell. It seems people who stay in the room drink liquor and smoke. Also the people who sit in the reception are so dull and they never invite their guest properly. A cost of 2000+tax for a standard room is to costly. Rather i will go for many hotels opposite to coimbatore railway station.

Room 410 was spacious with table and chair. But no proper maintenance. Water leakage from AC, foul smell in bathroom and also bathroom sealing and side walls are wetted. Right there there are two restaurants and one BAR. One restaurant is in 6th floor and another restaurant and BAR is in ground floor. All are expensive. Staff dealings are gentile

Horrible experience. 4 rooms changed. All rooms are alchohol smell. Broken split AC. Remote not working. 21 inct crt tv. Not working. No tube lights. Only orange light.

I would say this is my worst experience in Metropark in please don’t stay here .I did stay more than 3times here, few years back at that time staffs are really customer friendly,polite and genuine.But now those staff getting replaced.Today i stayed here and i booked single bed two days before i was asked to receptionist And ensure if you are allowed guest for an hour he asked how many people would come i said there is one people and he answered ok there is no problem we will allow. Then i call my guest to visit here by their staff permission, after my guest arrived two of staff members knocked my door and behaved to me very rude and treated me as like I did cross the management rules even i got permission from receptionist but they don’t mind that and ordered me to come to reception immediately i do visit there the receptionist and other staff they are all said you’re not getting informed me and never asked me to bring your guest here there is no possibility to bring guest here we won’t allow anybody’s simultaneously they said you’re let us know we will let in how this is called as !!by the way I’m informed and got permission from him to bring my guest before 1day of my booking here but he is behaving like shouted and irresponsibly I think this is How the management teach them to behave to customer like this mainly the receptionist that uncle aged guy I don’t know him name he is very very worst guy I ever saw he said super lie you never getting permission to get in your guest here and the management is changed this is ordered by the management to treat customer like this. i had a very worst experience there so please avoid to stay there so you going to insulted by their staff members likewise me better to avoid this hotel.

Worst experience we had as a team. Service was so poor. Vegetarians were least cared. For starters we were made to wait for 10-15 min. Main dishes are also not upto the mark. Salads were also not freshly prepared. Staff prefer and serve customers who speaks good Hindi. English or Tamil speaking members were not cared much. Don't want to visit them again with the team.

We went for new year lunch and it was a first day of the year disappointment for us. We go there regularly and we love the place actually.. This time there were various slots and people of more than 20 were waiting out and there was no one in the reception.. We didn't get spoons glasses till the end and we came out very disappointing

I am the last person to write a bad review, Strictly avoid this property for stay - This is not at all at PAR on the quality and services provided. Very badly maintained property not clean bathrooms switch board is hanging on the wall. Find another property for yourself there are many in the town.

Pathetic hotel. If you order from connected hotel then it will take long long time. Rooms are smelling so so bad. Overall pathetic.

The good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the railway junction. But the rooms were not equipped well, especially the bathrooms. While booking the rooms few weeks in advance, we informed our needs clearly, but there was miscommunication. But the staff rectified it the next day, that's good.

Hotel is located at walking distance from Railway Station. We walked to reach hotel and stayed for one night. The place is quite a nd has cooperative staff. Hotel has great connectivity as has two main bus stops nearby. We stayed to attend Isha Mahashivratri and it was really easy to catch bus connectivity from this hotel. You can catch buses within minutes and reach your destination. The hotel is in townhall areas and also nearby clock tower. You can walk nearby and find good food options. Both snacks and meals. I found this place worth staying as we had minimum stress for our travel in the city. The telephone in room was not Working, this needs to be improved. Lighting is very less in the room, I felt dark even if all lights were on. Overall a pocket friendly option if not required a luxurious stay. Good connectivity is a plus point.

It's located near town hall at Raja Street. 200mtrs from railway station. I stayed here for my coimbatore tour during mahashivaratri celebration at Isha Yoga Centre. You can select this economical stay for visit. There is no phone lines in room but Hotel staff is very friendly. At the hotel gate you can find the but stop for ISha centre. So during my stay here I feel very comfortable with this. Unless you pay higher charges for accommodation.

It used to be a decent place last time i visited in 2015. Now it's a horrible hotel. It's badly maintained and everything is falling apart. Paint is peeling of the ceilings and walls, switches are broken and hanging loose, curtains are dirty and in such bad conditions. Nothing about this place was satisfying. Even the bathrooms. Such a terrible experience. If you are looking to find a place near the railway station, please look elsewhere. Google rating showed 4 on 5 so we went there because of that and ended up regretting our decision. And they charge quite a bit for the basic rooms itself! Absolute waste of money.

Very bad maintenance, the staff do not care to see that the customers comfort,dirty pillow covers and bed spreads, room telephone doesn't work. Drinking Water is not provided,not worth staying here.

The room was not clean. If u walk on barefoor, u can see the black thing on ur foot and washroom was stinking lik hell. Room rent was bit high for such pathetic room

Rooms are not that good, they won't even provide drinking water unless you ask for it (same case with towel) , you have to buy glass by yourself. No heater, broken sockets. Booked the room for 2 days, we asked them to clean the room after 1st day, many things gone missing including the food containers, fruits, plates. Complained about it, they gave back the food containers, other things are just GONE. Not recommended.

Worst Hotel. This is not even fits for single star. Uncleaned floors, broken switches, cockroaches even in bed, chair. The corridors are very Dark, felt like a ghost bunglow. I complained and they gave different rooms. But that made no difference. I checked in by afternoon and checked out by evening. Opted for better hotel. Don't wanna risk getting infection by sleeping in such filthy place.

We have given 2 rooms at 3rd floor later tat noon we changed to 2nd floor due to AC fault... Tat also changed to another room due to AC fault... Location is good.. Easily accessible to all shops.. Very bad experience. Stayed in Room 403. Cons: 1. The room is a playground for cockroaches-two of them travelled free of cost to my home with my luggage 2. The room has a foul smell. 3. There is AC but it doesn't work. There is no remote. 4. We were 2 people. But toiletries were given only for 1.. 5. The reception can understand only Tamil. Very bad experience in this hotel, old stinky leaking rooms with cockroaches everywhere and lots of mosquitos. They are charging large amount and trying to fool us. During booking they told they will provide 2 extra beds inclusive of the charge since we were family of 6. We took two rooms. Then at night when we went to ask the extra beds they said we have to pay 500rs extra for each bed. Rude and arrogant hotel manager, not at all clean, your feets will turn black if you take two steps barefooted. I think they never clean or wipe the floor. Never book this hotel, complete waste of money.

This not a 3 star hotel u can’t get basic amenities no proper lighting in room it is like dim lighting. 2 star is given only for location .

Main advantage of this hotel is it's location. It is in middle of the city. But the maintenance is very poor. No proper cleaning and room service. Rest rooms are not ventilated properly and because of that bad smell is always there.

They have not even offered water in the room. Blanket was smelling and used. Its not 3 star hotel rather its lodge. AC not working. Family people never prefer this lodge.
