this
is
my
worst
experience
in
Metropark
in
please
don’t
stay
here
.I
did
stay
more
than
3times
here,
few
years
back
at
that
time
staffs
are
really
customer
friendly,polite
and
genuine.But
now
those
staff
getting
replaced.Today
i
stayed
here
and
i
booked
single
bed
two
days
before
i
was
asked
to
receptionist
And
ensure
if
you
are
allowed
guest
for
an
hour
he
asked
how
many
people
would
come
i
said
there
is
one
people
and
he
answered
ok
there
is
no
problem
we
will
allow.
Then
i
call
my
guest
to
visit
here
by
their
staff
permission,
after
my
guest
arrived
two
of
staff
members
knocked
my
door
and
behaved
to
me
very
rude
and
treated
me
as
like
I
did
cross
the
management
rules
even
i
got
permission
from
receptionist
but
they
don’t
mind
that
and
ordered
me
to
come
to
reception
immediately
i
do
visit
there
the
receptionist
and
other
staff
they
are
all
said
you’re
not
getting
informed
me
and
never
asked
me
to
bring
your
guest
here
there
is
no
possibility
to
bring
guest
here
we
won’t
allow
anybody’s
simultaneously
they
said
you’re
let
us
know
we
will
let
in
how
this
is
called
as
!!by
the
way
I’m
informed
and
got
permission
from
him
to
bring
my
guest
before
1day
of
my
booking
here
but
he
is
behaving
like
shouted
and
irresponsibly
I
think
this
is
How
the
management
teach
them
to
behave
to
customer
like
this
mainly
the
receptionist
that
uncle
aged
guy
I
don’t
know
him
name
he
is
very
very
worst
guy
I
ever
saw
he
said
super
lie
you
never
getting
permission
to
get
in
your
guest
here
and
the
management
is
changed
this
is
ordered
by
the
management
to
treat
customer
like
this.
i
had
a
very
worst
experience
there
so
please
avoid
to
stay
there
so
you
going
to
insulted
by
their
staff
members
likewise
me
better
to
avoid
this
hotel.
