First of all I don't know how people have rated good to this hotel. 1. there were lot of cockroaches in the room. 2. there was no cleanliness 3. there was not safety of suitcase in the room. after we left the room they went and checked our bags for valueable in our bags and when not found anything they locked out bags with different codes. SO PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR YOUR BELONGINGS IF YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL. Only good thing is it is very near to railway station.

We stayed in Room # which well-designed elegant rooms.The entire hotel is very tastefully done. Breakfast is delicious & included - it is served on time each morning in a beautiful presentation with elegant serving ware. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything Every single staff member were professional, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you.

A word of caution- Beware if you order food from this hotel. I landed up in hospital due to severe food poisoning. Being a hotel which is just opposite to Coimbatore railway station, this hotel has to treat their guests who have booked the rooms, 24 x 7. Because most of their customers must be travellers who have come to Coimbatore either for business or petsonal purposes. My train reached station by 10.30 night , half an hour late. When i reach hotel I had asked them if they can provide anything to eat. They turned down my request. According to them its late night!. The next day before leaving i have ordered roti and kadai vegetable. The kadai vegetable was exceptionally peppery. After reaching home i started vomitting and within no time i landed up in hospital. One day hospitalisation, a tonnes of tablets and severely weak body is the end result of this stay. A bad experience totally!

Average hotel. Quiet. Bathroom overflowing while showering. Black hair in the bed and loud air conditioning. Staff very unfriendly and the food in the restaurant was a Desaster - the head waiter was the rudest person we met so far in India. Don’t go there

If you are looking for short budget stay to visit the “adiyogi” or visit the city for professional front this place is perfect. It’s located right in front of the city station in busy streets. Thought the hotel is 100m away from the main road, it can be a struggle to reach the parking space because of the busy lane. Hotel provides basement parking which I wouldn’t suggest since it’s a sharp lane down the basement and can be a struggle to come back on ground. There’s a good open ground parking available if you a 200m further the hotel. Reach out to hotel management for this. Hotel rooms have ample space. Nice quality of furnishing and service is provided. Though there’s no view from the window but the space gives you comfortable stay. Food service is good. The breakfast we opted was a buffet and definitely wasn’t disappointed. However, dal served in the dinner was spilt.

The hotel is just opposite to the railway station. It's hardly 50 odd meters from the entrance. The rooms are good and spacious. The service is prompt and good. Overall, it's been a good experience for me. I have stayed at the hotel on three different occasions, but my experience is rather good if not bad.

The Chettinadu restaurant is priced extremely high. The special chicken biryani they offer is for Rs 231 incl gst to be good to standards but the only thing is that you can hardly find a good chicken portion as rice,gravey,raithaand boiled egg dominate. I suggest there is no value for money you spent.

I had a 6 hour stay in the place. Just opposite to railway station. Very neat, modern looking room. We took triple room. Mr kural arasan was very polite and excellent in service

Rooms are extremely small. With a cot, table and chair there is barely any place inside the room. Very small for a family but if you are travelling solo it's fine. The reception at the hotel is very unwelcoming. The towels and sheets look black in colour as if it's very dirty. The only good thing about this place is that it's located rite next to the railway station...

Cozy rooms - well maintained - with all the amenities . Excellent service - rooms as well as in the attached restaurnt. Vantage location just across the Railway Station. We were a group of 12 seniors from and each one was very happy n contented. We recommend this property without any hesitation

Best place for family stay, even for business people. Well maintained neat and clean rooms. Best customer service. The food from the restaurant was too good and the price was reasonable. Well behaved staffs and easily accessible place which is just opposite to the railway station.

We stayed for 2days , it was so homely , the food was excellent, superb taste and also very hygiene. The room service ans all the staff's are too good. It is very close to Railway station the ambiance and cleanliness is too good. Must say about the restaurant and the complimentary breakfast, it was awesome.

This place in located opp to railway station n always busy. Entry to this place is only small lane...which is very difficult to take car inside. Parking place is very steep basement. Rooms are very clean n neat ...breakfast spead was good which is complimentary. 2 half ltr water bottle was provided. Wifi connectivity was not good ...AC cooling was normal. Overall stay was good.

We stayed at this place for two days for a very economical price.. First, let me tell you that this place is super awesome!!. The best thing about istay is its location, the moment you come out of Coimbatore junction you can find their board on the opposite side. Mr. Jagdish who coordinated over the phone was very helpful and kind—special thanks to him. The rooms were neat, and the shower water had a good flow, unlike many hotels istay wasn't very mean about the availability of hot water in the bathroom. Room service was speedy and highly courteous. The complementary breakfast had a very good spread and everything was hot and tasty. They kept refilling time and again. Overall the stay was very memorable and joyous.  We will keep coming to istay. Thank you!!

Nice place to stay near railway station. The rooms were clean, but there were too much naphthalene balls in the room. The window opens to back of some restaurant, not a pleasant view to have. They provided toiletries, snacks and tea bags in room. There is a locker facility in cupboard. For parking you have to go little further. Though it was near railway station, no kind of disturbances were there. Had a peaceful sleep.

Highly recommended! Rooms are pretty compact, but they are maintaining cleanliness. It's walkable from the railway station which is very nice! The breakfast provided was also very tasty!

Very close to Railway station. We have to check the rooms before checking in. We were given a room which had leaking taps at first.only after we raised the issue, we were alloted a different room.Complimentary breakfast was good and tasty.

One of the best hotel if you are looking for a budget stay in Coimbatore. The location is great, it's just opposite the Coimbatore railway station. In house restaurant food is good but not many vegetarian options available. Easy check in process. Early check-in can be provided if requested.

Went 2 times. With family and a group. Nice rooms and services. If your destination is near near to railway Station this is one of the good hotel. Easy access of busses and train.

We had a very comfortable stay at iStay. The staff were reciprocative and service was very good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Definitely will visit again.

Location of the hotel is just infront of the railway station. Hotels with less rent and good quality rooms available at the same area. Bedsheet and pillow covers were felt old. Menu book available in the room was soiled with drinks.

Rooms ok. No dental and shaving kit given. Only one towel and a soap given for two. When asked, wet was given later. Food quality was good and the buffet menu was plenty.. Hot water is limited.

It is just opp to Stilt Steam loco on Coimbatore Station. Because of divider th Hotel shows longer route. You can just cross over divider & move in 1 min into Hotel. It is very Hygienic & Best Breakfast with too much variety

Enjoyed the stay and services. They sanitised the room again upon our request. The only downside is parking space is severely conjusted, making it time consuming to take our car as they've to adjust other vehicles to make way everytime we have to go out.

Apart from the congested area it's located I couldn't see any other negatives about this hotel. Superb rooms. Loved it.

+ proximity to junction railway station + Decent rooms + Good amenities (great air conditioning, availability of hot water in bathroom, good lift; our kettle did not work though) + check in and check out a little flexible; mandatory 24 hours but the reception allowed 1 hour grace period. - no ventilation, causing bathroom to stink - pillows too hard - tiny room, only suitable for 2; they provide extra being but the extra cot is not strong (image attached) and makes it almost impossible to move around the room - a little bit costly for a 3 star hotel

Location is Good. The lane is full of sewage water. Hotel management needs to get this sorted out with the authorities. The staff in the Chettinad restaurant were very rude. Food quality is average. Near by options are also equally bad.

Hospitality was good!! Rooms were excellant!! Parking facilities are available!! But hotel is located in a congested area!! Complimentary breakfast was good!! Tariff is bit high, but worth it!!

Stay at iStay was good. Initially we got a room with no lock, which was changed upon request (but first place, they should've looked into it). Room was clean, good furnishing. They provided toiletries, but no brush or toothpaste was given. TV was working, with a lot of good channels. Underground car parking space is provided, but slope is too steep. Complementary breakfast that they provide I just amazing 👏 Overall experience- Good!

Pleasant stay while the located place is busy overloaded but the hotel is completely silent and the staff’s behaviours and services are very humble. Cleaning and maintaining at certain interval’s are great.iDine food hygiene breakfast included on accommodation is fair. Worth for all our spending.

Location is in front of railway station. Has a lot of eateries around. However rooms were infested with cockroaches and approach road was being laid. Hot water did not come as there was some problem with plumbing. Overall an average staying experience.

Rooms are good and look clean however I saw many cockroaches all over the room. About food restaurant is nice one but service was not good. Restaurant employees taking time to serve you food. When I was there they just forgate to serve plate with spoons. Every time we need to give reminder to give spoons.

Neat and tidy! Good service and decent customer satisfaction. Modern aesthetic. Location is almost with city reach with train station nearby and many food stalls, restaurants and mini markets available. Ideal for visiting purposes or touring. One negative factor is the parking space will become an issue for larger vehicles.. Aside from that pretty great lodge!

Parking is challenging.Our car was parked 100 meters from this hotel.It is a ground that is a part of numerous hotels in that area.We don't feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there. Check-in went smoothly. The room smelled terrible, the pillowcases and bedsheets were dirty and full of hair, and we could not even stand to enter. Even after they replaced the bed coverings in response to our request, the smell remained. Cockroaches were present throughout the space. There wasn't much dirt in the bathroom.It was quite clean. Breakfast was good as well. In terms of hotels, cleanliness is vital. This hotel should only be your last choice if cleanliness is important to you.
