A frequent visitor of the Heritage inn, with family. Delicious dishes in both cuisines. Roof restaurant is awesome enjoying the fresh air. Dedicated and sincere staff especially the restaurant manager Mr Ravichandran. He is very courteous and also sincere in explaining dishes and choosing & serving them. All our visits are memorable. How do you react when you revist a place you have not been to for 9 years. Nostalgic. Brought in vivid memories of some successful business visits to a very Highly Industrious People City in those days. Ambience at this lovely Hotel is still fresh in my mind. Of course hope to visit soon & wish to stay in Heritage Inn.

The lodge is good. The rooms are spacious, clean and the room service is exquisite. The staff are friendly and I get nothing but positive vibes here.The view from the roof top restraunt is amazing! But there are areas where we could improve like the quality of electrical appliances provided in the rooms. The sockets here are damaged and we are unable to use them. But other than that, this good place to stay in. Would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel two days ago with my family. Checkin was awful, had to carry all my luggage myself because there was no staff available and if you ask for something they will respond after 30 minutes. The breakfast was average, the rooms was big enough but neat and tidy. The beds are fine but little old. Overall the service needs to be improved

I stayed at this place for a week on my work assignment. This place is quite decent, well maintained, the staff is very courteous and friendly who are always ready to help you at any point of time no matter what. The breakfast is quite ok but they don't have many options also if you are a bit late for breakfast then you'll miss out on some items. The in-house food is quite expensive, however they let you order food from outside and even if you are late they pick your order and keep it for you till you are back. Overall a good experience.

Went with a group, to the apex restro- bar. Worst service. Order anything the service guy is like "it will take 50 mins -45mins " and once the order is given they dnt bring it unless you have to remind him 3-5 times. Didn't expect this from such a reputed hotel.

Very average place. Toilets are not very clean. They did not even change the pillow covers. Food package is ala carte. They don't have buffet.

Worst service, at the roof top . The waiters wantingly ignore u . They will keep you waiting for ½ an hour. At once all started screaming at them . Pls pls pls, Alwaz check ur bill, thy tend to add things which u haven't ordered .

Paid 5k surge due to Isha Navaratri program traffic. Normal rates are 2.5k. Decent value for money. Very groomed staff. North Indian food was great in restaurant.

It was a group of 50 to 70 pax birthday party at the banquet hall, food service was very very slow. Please taste the welcome drink and then serve, lemon juice was bitter.

Make sure you get and sign a copy of your room service bills, so that keeping track is easy. They usually didn't bring the room service bill and I had to send them back to get it.

Very nice beds and rooms , bathrooms need to be renovated soon,they are showing their age. They have two restaurants with bar, as a result the food is a little on the expensive side. Advantages - 24 hour checkin check out ,good parking with Valet, location

They didn't provide GST Invoice at the time of checkout. I requested to him but they were refused my request. So I lost GST amount.

We have not stayed there but had two three Rotary functions. Food is always excellent . Service is also very good. The Manager is very polite , understanding and cheerful. All the dishes taste delicious. Sorry didn't take photos. Next time I shall remedy it.

Hope it's an old property but still maintained so well, I mean from the entry to the washrooms all the guests area was so clean. Food was good and even the service was very nice. Keep up the good going work team heritage Thank you all for making my time so relaxed at your hotel

Rooms not maintained..old hotel .. most power plugs do not work .. very little water in shower...otherwise front desk was very helpful and fast

Food is good but please go if you have plenty of time in the world to spend. Even if there is just 2 tables occupied, u will end up waiting 30mins to get your order delivered

Decent accommodation, vintage maintained. Polite staff and very responsive. FL3 is available at floor 1,small and simple. Parking in average space for two wheeler and 4 wheeler. It's good deal to have such stay with minimal cost. Accessibility for travel is excellent. Nice surrounding and good view. Sure won't get disappointed when you book here. Overall nice experience 👍

I have booked the Deluxe room. What the shown in the photo and the real look is not up to our expectations. The room space is good but the room look is not like a Deluxe room (Disappointed). The bathroom lock is not a good one. It's not working correctly, We have to do some adjustments then only somehow it's locked. They gave a lot of room space but the bathroom space is very small (The bathroom is like a normal room bathroom, It's not up to the deluxe bathroom)... Night Dinner also I have booked (I thought Buffet System, But they said you can order food for Rs.1200) If we order more than 1200 then rest of the money we have to pay them (They have to mention clearly in their website or Booking sites, But they have not mentioned anywhere, Its like kind of cheating people)... HONEST ANSWER IS NIGHT FOOD IS GOOD (I HAD WELL)... Morning Breakfast is complimentary ( 100% I'm Disappointed again, I expected breakfast is going to be amazing but again disappointed) (If people give us good food then we won't waste any food for any reason, But food is not good so I kept without eating. (I felt bad about wasting food, Wasting food is not only up to (you)us. If the food is not good then we cannot have them well). Ask them money whatever you want but please serve customers good food. If you serve good food and quality then I'm sure you will get all the blessings. With Hope, I booked the Hotel for my peace but I'm disappointed, That disappointment made me to write this review. A good budget hotel situated in the heart of the city near the bus stand. Friendly staff. The food is good too. Parking is limited to just 4 slots in the front. In case you are taking your car. Giving a 3 star rating only because at the time I visited there was renovation work going on.

Excellent hotel and good value for money. The staff are polite and house keeping staff are super polite and well trained. Check-in and check-out was quick and professional. Parking staff very helpful. Access to hotel is good as it is on main road but the entrance is in a street which might be bit confusing for first time visit. Roof top restaurant and complimentary breakfast was excellent. The room was good with all features as told. I would like to stay here again in my next visit.

Rooms ok. In my room the refrigerator n kettle was not avail.. luckily we had 2 rooms..so used the other room for morn tea n coffee. Service.. wifi username n pw got after 1.5 days of check in... And after repeatedly asking. Food.. morn breakfast average.. idly n sambar not upto the mark..lunch had north indian roti sabji n south Indian meals.. both took more than 45 mins to be served on the table.. 2nd round of roti took around 15+ mins.. so overall.. not at all worth.. Location.. not tat good as no other good restaurants nearby..

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at the heart of the city - nice spacious rooms, good food, prompt service and very friendly staff.

I had been there for dinner with family and friends, booked seats on a rooftop restaurant, and confusion started booking time itself, no coordination between them, ambience was good, but the food items was extremely costly, it is like a 5 star restaurant range, service was very slow and un professional, some items were tasty, but vegetarian dishes are not upto the mark, the worst part was they supplied normal kinley water and charged as natural mineral water for Rs.60/ bottle, the MRP was just Rs 20/-. It is mostly meant for bar use, less family visit there.

I took room 316. Bathrooms stinks. No exhaust, so the unpleasant aroma stays with you for long unless you keep the door open. Rooms are not clean. Not at all maintained. Cupboard looks like there was a cobweb fest. They use the same towels to clean the commode. I took the best room but not at all worth it. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all. Get the cheapest room of a better hotel instead of paying any penny here.

This is a typical 2 or 3-star hotel with decent rooms and food. At about Rs. 2000 per room, and a very central location, it is good value for money. I have been spending at least 12 nights a year at this hotel for over 10 years and have consistently given 5 star rating. But now the reception level service and housekeeping quality has gone down considerably. Hence my rating is now 3 star. The restaurant food and service are still very good.

A truly 3 star hotel at prominent location. Courteous staff though room service bit delayed. Breakfast is limited but super. Neet and clean spacious room. Clearance of used utensils is expected after dinner from gallery.. that's not done.

I came to heritage with family, it has moderate rates and star 3 facilities. Clean rooms, working bathrooms. All AC double bedrooms hotel, 4k budget you can get. Good complementary breakfast. Comparative with IBIS, but less on rate and flexible on check in time which is not possible with IBIS. In city centre.

Typical 3 star hotel. Great room service. Recommended for families for a short vacation. Breakfast is par. The taste is good but it's missing the flavour of South Indian.

Because Room Service and House keeping is not good. Responding to customers is not satisfactory. So the above indicated points should be noted by the Hotel Management very carefully for further improvement and growth of Hotel Heritage Inn.
