I've booked based on the images in google maps, don't trust with the images in google maps The restroom is not clean and no clothes hanger or hooks is present. And teared bedsheets were given, previously stayed perons thrown masks are not removed from wardrobe. Provided some universal remote which is not working for AC. There is one bar within this premises so smoke smell is quite often and not fit for family. Mainly if you are planning to park a car you will be facing some constraints

The hotel is not in a very good condition as you see here in the maps. Looks like it used to be with all the amenities but not it's not maintained. The tap handle in the bathroom was broken. The toilet jet too was leaky. The bathroom and toilet both were dirty. The ventilation did not have any window as it was broken and had only temporary net in place. Half of the lights were not working. The fan is dangerously low so need to be very careful that you don't accidentally touch it. Most strange thing was they do not provide any water bottle or a jig of water, you need to go to a shop outside the hotel to buy water. The blankets are totally unusable as full of dust. Would not recommend at all.

The place was ok. It has 5 floors. The rooms were kept and maintained ok. The AC water outlet pipe was connected to the bathroom so the water dripping is happening at the entrance of the bathroom, worried if elderly people stays and uses bathroom Dedicated parking is must, since there is a bar facility available many nonresident people parks their 2 wheeler and four wheeler and blocks the entire space, you have to think before taking the car out coz while returning there is no assurance you will get parking

We stayed here for 2 days, The first day we stayed in a family suite and on the second day we stayed in a single room, this hotel has Royal just in its name. The washroom and the linens were dirty we had no other option other than to stay in this hotel, we were 2 families with 2 kids and due to unhygienic rooms we were forced to spend most of our time outside this hotel. Next day we were given a double room and in a hurry i just checked in to the room but later at night i noticed that the room windows were broken and also AC is not working We somehow managed to spend the night and just checked out early in the morning. Never ever visit this hotel this hotel is just for drunkards not family oriented.

Not a good place to stay. Small rooms, dirty toilets, dirty linens and sheets, no service at all, no parking, exorbitant price and the list goes on and on. Bad experience. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Really horrible hotel with the [rice range starts from 1,350 with the low amenities and very very poor service from the hotel. No communication available from room to reception. TV's are not working. Towels are very old and torn/damaged. They're running this hotel for party hall not for others. So please avoid such hotels. And they're not accepting any online bookings. Totally waste of time and money. Luckily I've checked out in a single day.

We were traveling with family and stayed overnight. The rooms are clean and elegant. They are smaller than average especially if you are traveling with a child but good for a single day stay. The food especially breakfast spread was tasty with high variety. The service is prompt and friendly.

Hi friends, This is one I wouldn't recommend to anyone. No room service. No drinking water in room. Coffee will be served in plastic cover. Lift not functioning properly. Damaged sanitary equipments.

Not at all a place for family people.... The linens, bed were horribly dirty... Looked like a very shady place... The worst experience I had till date... My sincere request, do not go to stay there...

The rooms were not at all good. Service was very very poor, if we ask for any service they do not even care about it and always play with mobile also saying petti excuses.

Worst hotel to stay . Handle of the door was broken before but they didn't informed me So i was not able to come out of the room. Ac not worked but they charged for it . Dirty bathroom .Also water leakage from heater. Not worth for the money I paid .

Very bad.. can't give any review. They have charged too much and they didnt provide any service even after requesting many times. Rooms are not clean, Beds are very dirty, bathrooms are not at all clean, no geysers..no lights..no door locks. They have not responded Even after complaining.

Rooms not clean. No drinking water..AC not working. TV not working.. No intercom for emergency purpose. No room service. Ceiling very low. So if we lift hands it is sure that we will get hurt by Ceiling fan. Bed and cot not cleaned. Stinking smell in room when entered. Totally not worth to stay for family people..

I booked room through OYO and i reach hotel in 9:30pm in the night traveled more than 300km, when i reached hotel RR Grand Not accepting oyo bookings... if not accepting bookings... Then why it's open in OYO???? It's very very bad service.

I never seen such kind of hospitality in the hotel.... There is no cleaned room and waste of time to book in this hotel..... Those who are in reception they are not much responsible persons

Had a mixed experience. AC was not working but still it doesn't feel like it's on. Taps in bathroom was old. Bed and other stuffs were comfortable. Service was average as well.

Loved this place, it offered a lovely view of the city when standing up in the hall in its second floor and view out side through large windows.
