Easy to locate and walkable distance from Main Bus Stand. Located in prime area where you will come to see Pothys, Chennai silks, Poorvika showroom, Joy Alukkas etc., nearby. This property has basement parking which is spacioys and can accomodate 5 to 8 cars at a time. Staff are friendly and so polite. They are so helpful. Service was first class. Rooms are neat and hygienic. Budget friendly and worth the money paid. Only issue is they don't provide food inside. We have to walk 100 or 200m where u can find number of messes and hotels. Loved our stay in sk residency and would highly recommend this place.

Nice rooms for a night or two. They delivered the day's paper to our room, which is nice because I love newspapers. They also bought us food from Aanandhaas.

Very clean hotel. I am happy with the service I got. It's both near the Ghandhi puram bus stand and omni bus stand. We got all good facilities like hot water both shower and drinking, the wifi was very good too. The prices are also reasonable. There is a small laundry trolly outside on the right from the hotel which does hood job. I think the hotel also has its laundry service.

I stays this hotel everytime..when i visit coimbatore. i do booking thru call..last month i done booking same way..when i reached hotel.the guy in reception asked to pay more money than booked..most of the time they give discount on tax. Even 15 days back i stayed there with my family for 3 days.when i asked the rate difference..he shown tariff card..and started to talk with a rude manner.( A fat guy forgot his name).even i entered my details in ledger book..his way of talk made my mood to change..i taken out my card from him and cacelled booking..he started to challenge me you can complaint anywhere even to owner .i dont care. This type of behaviour in reception ..not fair. Im regular guest to this hotel more than 8 years..management take suffcient action to this complaint.

A great place to stay. Room was so spacious and especially the check in and checkout time is flexible if you directly book through them. Cleanliness of the bedspread and bedsheets could be improved a lot but otherwise it was a great value and central location for the money you pay.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at Iyyapan hall. Conveniently located at a walking distance, assuming fitness level is decent. Rooms are decent and bathrooms are neat. Can't expect more. Staff were courteous and helpful. They went out of the way to help when we required assistance be it with room key or with WiFi/ smart TV controls. Overall, recommend if you have work or events happening in that area.

24 hour checkout. Neat clean rooms and very close to railway station/Gandhipuram bus stand. Perfect to stay with family. Good hotels available nearby. Visit the Ramar temple nearby if you have time.

Stayed here with friends and family for a night. Staff is very friendly. There is a lot of parking space for safe car park. Rooms are clean and maintained nicely. Food delivery from nearby restaurant is available. Location is in the center of city.

Its located centre of the Gandhipuram busstand is near. Good hotel for a family stay. 24 hours checkin and checkout is good for us. The room cost 2500 per day for 3 members in the AC room including an extra bed. Room service is fine but one hindi guy doesn't have knowledge of service. If you want room service better avoid that one hindi guy. The remaining room service people are fine. Parking, elevator, wifi, hot water facilities are available. Amenities are provided with soap and shampoo. You should buy paste and brush

Very good facilities with affordable price....and near to Ghandhi puram busstand. One non AC room for a 2 person costs around 1350 per day. We booked directly not through online.

Budget friendly family hotel stay and located in well connected place. Flexible types of rooms with ample space and maintained very well. Quite decent parking space, Newly upgraded TVs, Well maintained ACs, Hyngenic bed and clean washroom. It's been a one stop hotel for more than 5 years now for any official, friends and family trips to coimbatore.

Had last minute reservations done ,super fast response by the staff and the location is near the city centre- shopping ,sightseeing, restaurants are nearby and made traveling hassle free. The hotel management ,reception & housekeeping were professional and friendly.

We recently booked few rooms for my son's Upanayanam and we found the rooms are pretty clean and tidy. Location is definitely a plus point. They have ample of parking space, which helped our guest having their own vehicle park their car easily. My son's Upanayanam became a grand success and was not possible without the support from SK Residency team as we kept asking for more rooms and they arranged it with utmost ease and patience. Their standard rooms are small. We stayed for 2nights. They have spacious bigger rooms also.The rooms are well maintained and the house keeping is on par with the star hotels. Several good eateries are located nearby and the room service was excellent on most of our orders.The location is close to local and moffusil buses and other transport modes are easily accessible

Rooms were very small, this is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed. Bathrooms were clean but it is too small compared to the other hotels in Coimbatore. Their service was good.

The location is very good, just near the bus station and the center. Easy to reach the restaurants and shopping mall. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel is neat and clean but the surroundings outside the hotel need to be cleaned. Unfortunately nothing to do with the hotel otherwise I think they would have done something about it.

The room we stayed in was not all that maintained well. The fan either swings in full speed or very low speed without any in between regulation. The bathroom faucet was not in good condition nor the door knob which got jammed. Calls for a thorough looking into the state of the room condition.

Stayed for three days at SK Residency. No nonsense hotel with reasonable tarrif. Very close to Gandhipuram bustand. Many good eateries are available close by. Though hss no attached restaurant, food will not be an issue. Hotel staff are couteous. In all, recommended for no frills, budget friendly stay !

Nice and safe stay for family.. Car parking avaliable... No restaurant inside, but lot of restaurants are neaby... Neat and clean rooms.. Same rates in websites and offline...I have been charged 1800rs including tax for double a/c room per night..

Decent hotel behind Gandhipuram bus stand. Really liked the cleanliness over there. The staffs and the people over there were really helpful. They don’t expect tips for the service they give. Took a Deluxe A/C room for 3people. It was pretty decent and it seemed quite small for the price. So more than three cant stay in this room. Its surrounded by many eateries and lodges. Just 500m you will reach the area where pothys, chennai silks are available. They have 24hour checkin and you can directly call them and book it. They will charge you for the water bottle and its not complimentary.

Average hotel. Not worth what they’re charging for. We stayed in the “deluxe ac” which was kind of a basic standard room. Service was good. Staff also very friendly. Location is also good.

Rating-4.5 Good hotel, clean and Comfortable stay, good parking facilities, but they are very particular about the way the parking is to be done, some areas are always reserved. Very good location, well maintained and comfortable rooms with all basic amenities.

Hotel is located close to Gandipuram Bus stand surrounded by Annapoorna and Hotel Amanda's which is walkable distance. Well maintained neat and clean rooms with decent charges. Good room service. Strongly recommend for stay.

Rooms are very much hygienic. Very well supporting staffs. Wash room is also neat and clean. AC is also impressive. I got a bit negative impression in case of parking my car only. Too much cars in parking lot.

Excellent rooms and AC and location. Hot water available 24×7. Had booked a super deluxe AC room for 3 people directly with the hotel. They have 24 hour checkin facility which is a huge plus. Plenty of eating joints nearby. Would love to stay there again.

Good hotel to stay for stop over. We just needed a space for night stay as we reached by 11pm and morning 7 am we were suppose to leave. Rooms were clean. have parking facility. NO FOOD PROVIDED. its close to bus stand, many food joints near by.
