I booked and paid half of the price for one week, but when i arrived the hotel was closed. They never contacted me to inform me. I finally call them and said i can go to another Treebo hotel but did not send a taxi and did not make any commercial gesture. I'm now waiting my money.

Nice B&B hotel for an overnight stay. Clean rooms & bathrooms. Courteous staff. Access during peak hrs is a bit challenging. Basement parking available for 5-6 cars. Good South Indian b/fast buffet available from 8-10am. Comfortable & satisfying experience.

Clean and Nice for a small family. Room and wahroom are nicely cleaned. Staff is cooperative. Buffet available with a limited itmes but healthy and tasty. I stayed there 26 Feb 2023 with my family, the market, bus stand and major attractions are very near to the Hotel. They also helped me to book a taxi for my next destination. Overall perfect stay for a small family.

This hotel is located in a very crowded place. If you are a tourist, you are going to hate this place. It takes around an hour to come out from the busy streets around this area. No good dining place around this hotel, you have to survive with the in-house restaurant. The rooms are very small, which doesn't justify 2000 ₹per night charges. In busy hours, it is difficult to park your car in the parking area as the passage is very narrow. Also sometimes you need to come out of parking in reverse gear because there is not enough space to turn your vehicle inside the parking. Taking your car out in reverse gear, climbing up around 7-8 feet steep when the outside road is very busy and full of bikers and cars, is a tough task ( at least for me) On the brighter side, hotel staff are courageous, and the food in the in-house restaurant is decent.

Good location, the hotel at City centre near to Gandhipuram bust stand. Got super deluxe room through walk-in. Spacious, clean and well maintained room. It was enough for 3 occupancy. The services are quick and the staff are very cooperative.

This hotel requires a special mention to its cleanliness, it is so clean that i found hair strands and i dont know what patches on the sheets, the rooms stink, leaking taps and showerheads, they charge equally to any other 4 star property but maintain OYO level standards.

I got a good sized room with a clean bathroom. The TV worked fine. The food service to the room was excellent. It was a decent stay, however the shower was cold and the WiFi was unworkably slow.

Elder people, single women's etc Please dont book this hotel, Service is very bad. The guy who sit in reception Mr Ramesh he is very Rude culture less person don't know to talk with customer. Unfit for the job he is doing. He behaves like he drunk. Talks very nicely till checkin after payment everything will change. I had a worst experience of my life in that hotel. My room was locked and was not able to open it. Locked at 7pm and they opened it next day 11am. They not even ready to arrange me a mobile charger. He said myrr (offence word in tamil) to me when i asked for mobile charger. As all my things wer locked in the room. Even my wallet also locked inside room.

Very nice hotel in a busy area of Coimbatore. We stayed there for couple of nights on our way to Kerala and back. They have clean and tidy rooms and very customer focused team. The team will take care of your needs round the clock and are very polite as well. Highly recommend the place if you are in Coimbatore.

We got a super delux room with 2 beds for 3 people. Was big enough for us to do some yoga inside. Room and bathroom is pretty clean. There is a great guy there, his name is " Good brother", say hi to to him if you see.

Nice rooms but not very big. Morning breakfast will be provided. Easily accessible. In the same street you will find other rooms too. All over it is good.

One of the best stays treebo does not disappoint booked originally for 3 days but due to an emergency had to bring it down to 2 the staff obliged giving us a full refund for the 3rd day the complimentary breakfast was amazing rooms clean and spacious....

This property is located at Nehru Street, walkable distance from Gandhi puram bus stand. Calm location. Room is compact size. Clean wash room and good hot water. Bed and other facilities are good. They offer complimentary breakfast which is nice.

This is definitely not a 3 Star Property. Reception people are very rude as if they are doing free service and forget the fact that they are in the hospitality business. While booking itself we asked for early morning checkin, while booking they said they will accommodate for additional cost, they straight rejected when we reached. They also have another Hotel opposite this but they were not at all helpful.

The rooms are good. Rest ,staff was hostile. Kept complaining about visitors to our rooms, who stayed for hardly 30 minutes. The food quality was real bad. The towels were dirty. No soap, paste or shampoo given. We left in one day and paid for two as we were uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is its best part. It's right in the city center and very well connected. As for the hotel itself, it is just about average for the price they charge. Room amenities need improvement - TV remote battery was weak and not working properly , additional hangers for hanging clothes were not provided on request. Only 3 hangers were given for a double occupancy room. Room lighting was a bit dim. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the whole bathroom becomes wet after bathing. Tea & coffee powder was provided in the room but there was no creamer or milk powder. Considering all this, they should have charged me around 20 % less (around 2000, instead of 2400)

Wonderful experience at Treebo Trend ESS Grande in Coimbatore,.near Gandhipuram Bus Stand. We were there for a night's stopover since we had an early morning train the next day. During our previous trips, we had stayed near the Railway Station and the Hotels there are not the best. So we opted for a different location this time. And Treebo was such a pleasant surprise! Spacious, clean rooms with king size beds, bathrooms with running hot-cold water and all supplies and adequate cabinets for storage. The room layout is also very pleasing and comfortable. Service was spot on and the staff was polite and quick to respond to any requirements. And the tariff is very reasonable. Breakfast is complimentary though we were running short of time and has to skip. It's located in a central area with all major conveniences like ATMs, chemists, restaurants, bus stand etc very close by. Five Stars from us, without any hesitation! And we will definitely be staying here again...

Worst staff.. They agreed for 10.30 am after taking 500 extra. Now they are asking for more money and they are saying no rooms are available after making payment... Worst room experience. Recieption guys are ridiculous and unprofessional..

They say its a 3* hotel . But its not even worth 2 stars . Feels more like a lodge . Rooms are good , neat n clean . Food is worst . Not recommended for lunch or dinner . Breakfast was good . Room service is worst coz we had booked for 3 people and only 1 towel was serverd in room . Not even toilet paper was given . After repeated requests it was told to us that towels are not available with them .

Treebo Trend ESS Grande Hotel is located near the town busstand, which is the busiest area. Plenty of parking slots are available in the hotel. The staff is good. The rooms are so clean but the size is very small. Dine in is not available, only room service is there, it is very congested to have lunch in the room. Complimentary breakfast is available, if you are leaving early , then there is no parcel service there as the restaurant starts from the 7 o clock.

There were mosquitoes in room rest all was good 👍

Poor facilities: Worst hotel. No hot water, ac remote not working. Even after multiple request they didn't solve our request. Receptionist Prabhu is not customer favorable and talks rude: Our hotel check in is 12pm. We entered hotel by 9.00 pm in the night. Before going there one hour before itself we called and informed we will be coming in next one hour. After that we have been asked to wait for 10 minutes to get the rooms ready or for some cleaning activities. When we asked for the reason for UNNECESSARY WAITING TIME receptionist gives some unwanted answer and saying he will be providing room in different floors. We came as family and supposed to stay in same floors. Cleanliness: Rooms also not clean. No air ventilation. If you are going as family then this hotel is not advisible since bar is attached to it.

We got a room in the upstair and whole the day there was a sound of some working motor or numbing washing machine, we complied about it then they told that some compressor is there on the terrace and nothing else. Because of that we lost our sleep. It was a very bad experience.

I have stayed in this hotel a lot of times while I travelled to coimbatore. Very clean and courteous staffs. They do serve breakfast and various size rooms as per your needs in the center of the city.

Had a pleasant stay. The manager who attended in the evening during check in was very good and cooperative but the manager in the morning was not. Food is delicious. Overall experience and is good.

The Ess Grande Hotel Coimbatore is located very near (about 500m distance) to Gandhipuram Inter State Central Bus Station and Gandhipuram Town Bus station. We as couple, stayed for four nights at this property. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. The service Staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet spread was hygienic, tasty, mainly south Indian type with changed menu everyday, served between 8 AM to 10 AM at its own restaurant.

Awesome hotel, very clean rooms and fully equipped and the staff is super helpful and very kind. The food is delicious, they serve the best breakfast. Can totally recommend!!

Rooms were clean but in our room a/c was not working properly..suited for family stay and located in the main area near to omni bus stand and town bus stand.

I’ve stayed here a few times it’s clean very friendly polite and. Extremely caring and considerate. Thank you Shankar Anna who went out of his way to help me get a taxi at 1am when my booked taxi didn’t turn up. Was so thoughtful he even told me to call him when I reached the airport safely. 🙏🏼

I spent a night at this hotel and the experience was terrible. We couldn't sleep because of bed bugs and dust.. When i told the staff about it, they just smiled at us and said sorry in a casual way.. Me and my 80 year old dad was up all night with skin rashes. They are not properly maintaining the property. Terrible experience.
