An awesome business class hotel located in the prime location suitable for corporate meetings, family gatherings, parties with ample car parking facilities and excellent food .. no one can complain any course of the menu starting from the soup till dessert. The management and staff are value added to the property. Keep up the good work 🤝hospitality, hygiene, taste, and ambience nothing can be complained. The general manager Mr.Ramesh is such a vibrant and energetic friendly personality who tied the customers with his pleasant and pleasing attitude. 10/10 for everything 👌👍

Went for lunch last Sunday....good spread.. all foods very tasty.enjoyed a lot.add on.. Chef Saravana, a professional and passionated chef,he greeted us and explained about all the dishes with polite and smiling face, gave a brief note about 'what is food', excellent. Friendly atmosphere..will come back again.

Went here to discuss conducting a wedding. They were disinterested and rude. Had to take my business elsewhere. Definitely not worth the hype. They sustain because of their central location. They don't give a rats behind about Guest experience or hospitality. STAY AWAY!

We went here for an event organised by our office, which required us to book a hall and we had dinner too. Cannot comment on rooms or their availability/ quality since we never needed it. Location: On the main road near the GD car museum. Very easily accessible. This is located in the same compund as Rathna Cafe. Parking: Very large parking area, can easily hold around 50 cars at the least. Hall: There are multiple AC halls that can be used for conducting events. Toilet facilities are adequate. Service: The service was good. The management can take care of food as well as catering for any event you might be planning to conduct here. Food was good and not very spicy. Overall a good place to have small gatherings.

Three months ago we made our first visit to this hotel to organize our Jewellery Expo and our first meeting with the Banquet Manager Ms.Vijaya cemented our association for many decades to come. The warm hospitality and the amazing ambience gave us a big awe announcing the success of our expo. Now we are planning to conduct our next expo in the following week and we are sure that we will hit the bull's eye this time too. We would rate them with full 5 stars for their all round performance.

Had dinner buffet at The Grand Regent, symphony restaurant on 2nd july with family...Very Good spread.mouth watering south Indian dishes... Especially fish fry & yellow curd rice, creamy and yummy. peaceful resort in middle of the city.courtesy staffs.Highly recommended for family.will come back again.

Was there for a meeting. The ambience of the hall is good. They were not able to cater the group with adequate food. People had to wait long time for food. Parking was a little challenge as well

I stayed here for one night. The experience overall was great. Great place to stay in Coimbatore. Nice hall and food! big rooms and we'll maintained. On time room service. Calm surroundings. Breakfast is complimentary and comes in neatly packed food grade sealed trays.

Food is worse, everyone taking snacks or food will surely have stomach pain and problems. The restaurant, I feel don't have good cooks or chef... The cooks there don't know how to cook...

Located bang on Avinashi road, it makes it easy for people to commute across localities in Coimbatore, and also to the airport. The rooms are resort-styled but quite old-fashioned. Small-sized rooms with old fittings and a comfy bed. Food is okay, not great. Service is fine.

The Grand Regent was beyond expectations. We were a group of more than 10 ladies who visited the place in Jan 2024. The manager Ramesh and his team made sure that we very comfortable right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They made us feel we were right at home by making sure that our meals were arranged on time plus they provided an amazing spread. They went beyond their duties to help us out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, team for the great hospitality!

One of the best hotel ever i seen its budget friendly hotel with hall and there will be available of shops like shoe , opticals & clothing's. Straight opposite to Jennys restaurant. There will be a separate opening for Grand regent . Everything was superb from serving and mainly air conditioner was good . Rooms were provided spacious.

Location is good. Nice courteous people. Food was decent. Renovation is going on. Once renovated I would go there if there's a next trip.

Went for a meeting at the meeting hall. Was spacious enough to seat 200 people with dining and rest room facilities. The car park area was also quite spacious. Food was good.

Went to this hotel for 2 days International spiritual program organised by Life positive institute. The property is well maintained and really quiet amidst the busy avinashi road at the heart of Coimbatore city. There is a vegetarian restaurant named Rathna which is near the entrance of the hotel. Parking is free but cannot be suitable for a large number of cars. The restrooms are really clean and well maintained with tissue, hand wash and perfume sprayer. The overall ambience is calm and a good choice of lighting selection. There is also a permit room for serving liquor to the customers. The lunch served is good with varieties of soup, salad, bread (chappathi / naan), vegetable biryani, pulav, mushroom manchurian, vegetables, plain rice, rasam, curd, pappad, jamun for sweet and ice cream.

Had organised a couple of functions here and have attended quite a few of them as well. This is an old industry turned into a small botique hotel/restaurant/venue which is located right at the heart of the city. Food is good, great actually and the facility is maintained well even after all these years. An economical fit in the center of the city.

Been there for a reunion dinner. The hall was spacious. Food menu was limited and the area was somewhat congested. Approach road inside can be more anesthetic.

The hotel is located in a very calm and breezy location, staff are very gentle and cooperative. I stayed there during the Covid Quarantine and later started visiting during my home visits. I feel like staying at home, spacious room, clean water and air.... importantly no disturbances during the sleeping hours.

We went there for a lunch buffet, the food was great. Choices were limited understandably because of the price they offer. Their Chinese dishes need more work I feel. Their Indian and continental were really good. Would definitely suggest visiting them for their buffets.

We had visited for company meeting, nice atmosphere and really active staffs. After meeting I forgot to take my phone charger in meeting hall. When I reached home I got remember that charger I missed in hotel itself. I informed to hotel and visited next day morning to search my charger but they told that charger not there. Really upset moment because My wife gifted me. For me that priceless gift. If you guys found white coloured 67W fast charger kindly please inform me. I'm really worring about that charger. My mistake only, just charger only yaar but for me so emotional one.
