BEWARE. Very bad check-in experience. The full price paid in advance to OYO is not the final price and Hotel demands additional amount before check-in with no intimation before hand.They say price quoted by OYO is very low and the balance needs to paid else they won't let us check-in. Hotel claims they get booking information from OYO only during the date and time of check-in which does not make any sense as how else would the hotel block the rooms for our specified dates if they don't get the details. OYO Support too was of no help as they just ask the Hotel manager to disregard the amount as "complementary" which ofcourse the manager refused. No refund for the additional amount was processed by OYO which I'm fully entitled to as I paid the full price to OYO in THEIR APP for the rooms THEY PROMISED ME at a HOTEL THEY HAVE PARTNERED WITH. Escalation mails sent as per OYO's suggestion from other poor OYO reviews are left hanging, no response. I suggest the hotel should cancel their OYO partnership if they are not happy with their prices or vice versa. End of the day the customer is affected at the last moment with no notice. Also the hotel staff noticed us unloading a lot of luggage from our vehicle and just went inside without helping us with our luggage or guide us in parking the car. The hotel is located very close to a bar and shares parking space with it, this can be uncomfortable for families who park there as there are people boozing right beside the parking space especially during the weekend. Rooms are decent for the price.

Located on Shastry road, Coimbatore. Decent and clean hotel. Toilets okay. Hot water only in the morning. Food from the restaurant next door. So you won't get anything early morning. It opens when Sun is above 30deg. Very busy road in front. Parking is a few metres away on a vacant site. Linen though washed seems quite old. Had to open the ventilator to improve air circulation in the toilet. No exhaust fan. So gets quite smelly. Manager, Mr Siva quite approachable, which is a saving grace.

Rooms are good , I booked at mid night via Oyo and the person at reception handle very humble. He showed the room and parking place . Very good experience. Hot water will available morning only. Affordable for price

Awful check-in experience. We were charged extra after booking through OYO. And we had worst experience during Check-in, almost waited for half an hour at 11:30 pm at night due to inconsiderate receptionist.

Hello All, I would recommend not to book this hotel and I have many reasons to support my statement. Reasons: 1) Hotel boy was very unprofessional and very rude, I have already informed the hotel manager at the time of booking that i will be doing early checkin and pay extra and he agreed but once i reached the destination , this hotel boy talked very rudely and also doesn’t let us sit in the common area of the hotel. 2) They don’t have food service that too even for a tea you have to go out and have it. 3) I had breakfast inclusive in my stay but they told they don’t serve complimentary breakfasts. 4) No toiletries in rooms. 5) Sink in washroom have lots and lots of ants.

Totally avoid I would give 0 rating if possible.... Irresponsible.....I booked this hotel through OYO and paid the amount in advance 2days before my travel. But to my surprise once I reached the hotel, i was denied checkin stating that the amount i paid in OYO was less and asked to contact the OYO customer care. When I asked the hotel, why wouldn't they have cancelled or informed me earlier atleast I would have made an alternate arrangements, the answer was blunt that they didn't get the details And the amount i paid to OYO was not refunded.Why should we pay, when the hotel denies checkin and no fault on us. How can the hotel get the payment alone even after denying checkin....

It was a bad experience. The A/C was making more noise than cooling the room. There were no blankets or bedsheets for covering oneself provided - sad given Coimbatore's climate. All the pipes in the bathroom were running hot water. A ridiculous situation. When the front desk was contacted they asked me to keep the tap running for half an hour after which I would get cold water. How did this joint get registered with Oyo? Expected much better from Oyo. At the end of it all when I asked for the complaints register - the desk manager said there is no complaints register. I believe this will be the only hotel with no complaint register. Oyo would do better by regularly checking the hotels it adds to its portfolio.

Never ever choose this hotel. Not a good place to bring your kids. They offer free breakfast during booking later they deny the same. No hot water on time in room. No emenities. The support desk staff behave like we are uninvited guest.

I stayed here with my family. Over all stay was gud. Room service was okay too. Just the price was a bit high. Wifi was gud, it had a very gud arranged parking area our driver bhaia told, the main manager I don’t know the name he was really very humble, also the night guard was very helpful. Just the the night manager/receptionist/caretaker was a bit puzzled and confused with his job. Just thats the boy you will find the mention in the other’s reviews. It had a restaurant/little udupi dhaba just below beside the hotel. Whatever they served was really tasty idli dosa anything also we liked the food because they served us everything with lots of love😊

I had stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were really nice and excellent. In fact they are the best fit for your budget in terms of size, amenities, 24hr hot water etc. The staffs were all helpful and well mannered. No coffee maker in room though which was a downside. Please dont expect much options in your Room TV (even with local channels). One of the biggest disdavantage was that there was no buffet type breakfast and instead there was Thali type breakfast which might be a bit extravagantly wasteful. Overall the experience was great. I do suggest trying out the hotel with family.

Cheep and dirty rooms. They are collecting money for breakfast plant but when asked, denying the breakfast. I booked this hotel only because this is situated near my work place. But this is not meeting a minimum requirements as mentioned in the booking website. Rooms are too small, toilet always leaking water linens are not clean. I don't recommend this hotel for good families. Not a place to bring your kids too.

I booked a room in coimbatore in Hotel Subashree & also did online payment through Oyo app on 3rd June. When I went to hotel for check-in, they said that they didn't have any vacant room and asked us to cancel the booking. If room is not available why is it even showing in Oyo app. I didn't even get complete refund. When I tried reaching out customer care, the response was not at all satisfactory. They were not able to understand and solve the queries. It's very disgusting experience with OYO and their customer service. Please check on this

Excellent location. Everything else is pretty ordinary. Service is close to non-existent. There is a uncovered open parking available next to the hotel. Parking lot and hotel are not connected.

Checking in this hotel was a horrible nightmare here. Appalling actually! Checked in around 10 in the night and both the receptionist and the security were drunk. Flush wasn’t working in the first room and in the second room switch boards, ac remote wasn’t working. Toilets were smelly. On asking for a solution, the care taker said “for the price you’re paying this is what you get. If you don’t like it, you can leave the premise”. The property manager then came and he was also drunk and super rude. Oyo helpline after a 45 min call, transferred us to a nearby oyo. There’s a bar nearby and everyone is drunk. Avoid it at all costs ⚠️

Rooms are bad. Nothing works - TV does not work - AC Does not work - Geyser does not work. Avoid this hotel.

Calm and quite place, no restaurant within the property. Value for money. Safe place to stay with family. Hot water available within the bathroom room 6 to 10 am.

The location of this hotel is quite near to Gandhipuram and Ukkadam which makes it ideal for business stay. The rooms are decent clean except for a few cockroaches (uncontrollable, I guess), foul smell of AC in one of the rooms post midnight, damaged false ceiling and TV not working in one of the rooms. The do provide ample space for car parking with a few trees providing natural shade for vehicles at an adjacent property which is welcoming. Given the tariff, strategic location and how the staff Mr. Vineeth was accommodative in catering to our last minute ad hoc request, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay on strict budget. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Vineeth for his last minute arrangements for reserving a room for our family, helping with an electric kettle for my hot drinking water needs and communicating clearly with me as a customer.

Update: Look at the response from the hotel, they didn't even read the review.They are apologising for the bad experience during my stay, I never even stayed there. show how much they care about feed back. Highly unprofessional and unethical. Highly unreliable. We had a confirmed & paid booking made on Agoda( Booking I'd :778845161) for 7 people, 3 rooms one month before check-in date.When I called up hotel 1 day before check in date to request for adjacent rooms, they tell me that they cannot check me in though I had a confirmed and paid booking from Agoda. Absolutely zero communication from the hotel since the day we booked.All of sudden one day before they tell me they will not check me in,that too when I called them. These cheats must have sold these rooms at higher rates elsewhere. Imagine if I hadn't called them and arrived directly at the hotel for check-in, we a family of 7 would have been stranded with no hotel.Never book this place.

I booked this hotel in OYO. When reached the hotel i have been denied of booking. They said all rooms are full. Don't book this hotel and face inconvenience while reaching the hotel.

I had prebooked my stay in this hotel through OYO but upon arrival they said all OYO rooms are not available and if I have to stay then I have to pay additional amount. Called Oyo too but they were also of no use.

Worst ever hotel. Even after Prior booking in OYO paid full amount, getting call from hotel manager on date of check-in & asking rudely to pay additional 1000rs to get check-in. When I ask him to talk with Oyo regarding, instead that manager himself cancel the booking said he got cancellation request from customer. Poor attitude. Avoid at any cost.

Had a decent stay here. The blanket wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom in our room wasn't properly functional. But it's overall good for it's price. We paid approx 1050 for a night and booked it through OYO.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Would give negative rating if I could. The hotel staff is completely irresponsible and least bothered. We could not get in touch with the hotel to inform them of our early check in. Had to wait 6 Hrs for our room. During this period the staff ignored us completely. We were not even offered water. It was clear that they gave preference to customers staying for more than one night over us. Later we had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom. The guy at the reception came up to the room, checked it and left without a word, calls us from the reception and informed us that the water had been fixed (it had not been). The AC made a lot of noise throughout the night and was disturbing.The breakfast was utter non sense. Cold food that looked like left overs. Tea/ coffee was not provided unless asked for. Even then it was in a tiny paper cup and cold. The only positive thing was that the room was decent. Not perfect but manageable. Would only recommend this room if you are just looking for a place to wash up on a short trip as the service is terrible and hospitality is non existent. Very bad experience over all.

Located approx 15min from station. Hotel is good, ac, beds n very clean n hygiene. Fully satisfied with this property.

Hotel is good. But needs some improvement on some areas like.. even though the towels are washed ones, it is very old.. towels are almost reached dying stage.. they need to replace with new ones.. 2. Bathroom does not have exhaust fan.. 3. No hooks in toilet. 4.fan not clean. 5. Bedsheets were clean, but torn..

Cigrette Marks all over the bedsheet. Given water bottles were recycled ones with local ro water. This property is just for a manageable overnight stay.

We stayed there for 1 nights and 2 days, rooms are excellent. Their staff also very cooperative, if you ask something they will advise you and help you in all ways. Excellent for families. It is near the local Bus Stand, Next time onwards I will prefer this hotel only. Hot water is only available in b/w 6 - 10AM.

The rooms were clean. It's a 24 hour stay. Value for money was good. Food is available but we didn't order so not sure of the taste. It's a km from the famous cut road. Walkable or if you take an auto you will be charged around 50₹. There is also a mall nearby. Lot of eatery outlets or you can order in zomato Or swiggy.

Rude impolite elder receptionist. Cost is not related to OYO... OYO also scams and this people also with false details. No restaurant.. Wardrobe is smells bad... Bathroom tiles broken... Toilet smells bad.
