BEWARE.
Very
bad
check-in
experience.
The
full
price
paid
in
advance
to
OYO
is
not
the
final
price
and
Hotel
demands
additional
amount
before
check-in
with
no
intimation
before
hand.They
say
price
quoted
by
OYO
is
very
low
and
the
balance
needs
to
paid
else
they
won't
let
us
check-in.
Hotel
claims
they
get
booking
information
from
OYO
only
during
the
date
and
time
of
check-in
which
does
not
make
any
sense
as
how
else
would
the
hotel
block
the
rooms
for
our
specified
dates
if
they
don't
get
the
details.
OYO
Support
too
was
of
no
help
as
they
just
ask
the
Hotel
manager
to
disregard
the
amount
as
"complementary"
which
ofcourse
the
manager
refused.
No
refund
for
the
additional
amount
was
processed
by
OYO
which
I'm
fully
entitled
to
as
I
paid
the
full
price
to
OYO
in
THEIR
APP
for
the
rooms
THEY
PROMISED
ME
at
a
HOTEL
THEY
HAVE
PARTNERED
WITH.
Escalation
mails
sent
as
per
OYO's
suggestion
from
other
poor
OYO
reviews
are
left
hanging,
no
response.
I
suggest
the
hotel
should
cancel
their
OYO
partnership
if
they
are
not
happy
with
their
prices
or
vice
versa.
End
of
the
day
the
customer
is
affected
at
the
last
moment
with
no
notice.
Also
the
hotel
staff
noticed
us
unloading
a
lot
of
luggage
from
our
vehicle
and
just
went
inside
without
helping
us
with
our
luggage
or
guide
us
in
parking
the
car.
The
hotel
is
located
very
close
to
a
bar
and
shares
parking
space
with
it,
this
can
be
uncomfortable
for
families
who
park
there
as
there
are
people
boozing
right
beside
the
parking
space
especially
during
the
weekend.
Rooms
are
decent
for
the
price.
