Very bad and rude staff. They spoiled our whole conference by not giving the food they committed. They made our day miserable. I purely recommend not to go to Midland residency. Banquet staff. Deepak is such an arrogant staff.don't enter this hotel

One of my worst experiences in a hotel so far. As we entered the hotel after a long journey, our rooms were not yet cleaned, there were ciggerate buds, dirty towels, dusty beds and horrible service from the staff and receptionists. Extremely poor quality service and hotel. The bathroom was horrible, no proper ventilation and the ducts were stinking of cigarette smoke. We couldn't step into the room after going out for a few hours. There was so much dust in the room, on the pillows, under the bedsheets and the curtains. Could not stay in that room for more than a day. It was that bad! Would never recommend to anyone. Giving it a one star is still one too much.

The worst service worst rooms we asked for tea at 7am and we received coffee at 10am all place there was ciggerate buds the room was stinking all the time I'm rating it 1 because that is the least i can rate it. I would never refer this place to any one. 1 star hotel is 100 times better than this.

First They screwd up the room booking and gave my room to another people and said it was a mistake by the person who prepared the chart by plotting a same room to 2 Guests..... The room is basic and NOT WORTH upto the price that they charge, price of the room is high, + hard to communicate with the staff to get basic things done, since no one speaks Tamil. Poor water quality in bathrooms and funny scenario is I had to be a naked scientist to figure out how to get hot water and some regular water to mix while I took a shower.. SHARP NAILS popping out of the floor almost tore my foot. A water bottle cost 12INR but you need to pay upfront and wont be added to the bill or anything, They a have hotel next door and will give u a recipt to have a complementry breakfast.(BTW food was good).. To be precisise YOU NEED TO ASK EVERYTHING. They have Wi-Fi but no password provided. FINAL PART IS... THEY HAVE NO IDEA TO PRINT A BILL AND THEY SAY THEY WILL EMAIL YOU!!! NONE RECIEVED SO FAR.

No frills, clean hotel. The front desk can get someone more customer facing who can help the guests. There was no one efficient to accommodate a large group. Rooms are very clean and nice. They wanted ID cards for each guest room. Never heard of this before. This is a hassle for large groups. AC had minor issues.

We have hired this place for our family wedding, all their services was very good and the catering counter staffs and people in the hotel was so polite... This is the second function we arranged in this hotel .... The service was great and we are very happy with the end services...

We booked 4 rooms. AC wasn't working in 2 of the rooms. We called the room service, they just came in, checked and went. Literally no help. Toiletries were only in 2 rooms. Would really appreciate it if they can fix this.

Rooms were clean but the toilet stinks. There was no hot water on the second floor rooms.

Worst experience after paying this much amount It’s 1:19 at night no electricity please visit the room before doing payment , pathetic AC no cooling , washroom is like 500 rs lodge better to stay away with such kind of hotels , there is no option for negative stars they don’t even deserve 1 star

Highly recommended! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the temple we came to visit. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A great choice for a convenient and budget-friendly stay near the temple.

One of the useless hotel, soap also here they will mot replace, towel looks very dirty, room service --if you order coffee you will cold coffee

Rooms not well maintained. AC water leakage, motor sound in AC. Nobody came to repair after complaining. Restaurant is not good. Also delay due to waiter shortage. Unable to connect hotel Wifi with office laptop as the wifi security system was weak / outdated. Overall a worst experience in a so called 3 star hotel.

Extremely disappointing for a 3 star hotel , the halls were stinking with cigarette smoke, rooms were handed with cigarette buds , no proper service , even to get tea or coffee we had to wait for 90 mins, the receptionist was never available , the bedsheets were not changed ac was not working, curtains were dusty, wifi was not working, bathroom exhaust was non functional, overall a terrible experience !!

We had marriage function at thier party Hall. So we booked 20 rooms for our guests who is attending the function. The receptionist was asked I'd proof of all the guest it was so weird. There was 2 party Halls and 2 dining halls. Function held in both places so guests we wrongly went to another function dining hall. Employees of the hotel should be mentioned the details of the function in the dining hall too then only guests will not get confused. Very tiny and slow lift. Better to walk in steps 😅 Good closed parking and big open parking they have.

Neat rooms and comfortable rooms .. Easily accessible for public transports , bakery and restaurants... Toilets could have been well maintained...

We stayed here to attend our friends wedding. Very awful customer service. The old man at the reception thinks he's running a mansion. The way he talk to us feels like he's a hostel warden. We wanted Pepsi , we went to the reception to get it. He denied to give us saying it's post 10pm and he can't bill it. The room phone wasn't working. Every time we wanted something. We had to call by searching the number on Google. There was no shower. Only a pipe was fitted. The rooms are decent. This hotel can't proclaim they are three star if they offer terrible service. I really wish there was zero star rating on Google.

Worst maintenance of rooms and bathroom,horrible experience for what they charge,the power supply was cut in the night and there is no facility of hot water, and amenities they show free breakfast but they charge 200 rs per head during check-in.

I have a bad experience in my life .we booked the function due to covid not able to conduct the fiction at the moment . We inform very gently he is also agree at that time we payed the advance amount. 6 month after only he return back the amount . Staffs are not good behavire to customer poor experience in my life
