Spacious, clean rooms. Well furnished. The Owner and staff were very helpful and went out of the way to assist us. Tariff is affordable.

The room i stayed at was very ambient & was maintained very cleanly. Also the people working there were policy & communicated well even though I didn't understand their language.

Rooms were not at all clean, washroom smelling badly. Towels provided were dirty. We had to wait for more than one hour for check-in although we arrived an hour later than check-in time. Management was very poor and the staff was not at all cooperative.

We had been to this place last week. We booked 2 rooms checkin at 12 pm which they gave us at 4 pm so we had to wait at reception for 4 hours with no curtesy to even have a glass of water from them. As we were hungry and wanted to ear food they did not allowed to eat that as well. Staff was not cooperative, hotel was 1 start or 0.5 star. Experience was very bad. Please do not visit this hotel.

its worst experience i had in coimbatore, uncleaned room, no proper wifi, if u need to use wifi u should go reception. Manager doesn't know to behave to guest. they cheat by saying deluxe room for money and provide worst one old bedsheet un cleaned room etc.

Best hotel to stay in Gandhipuram, rooms are newly renovated and it looks good. Well maintained. Clean toilets. The only problem is no restaurant in the house. You have to have your food outside only. Right next to it you can find a hotel named "Geetha Canteen" which is the best vegetarian hotel in the area. Complimentary food for your stay will be provided from that hotel only. If you prefer non veg there is no restaurant nearby you to find in crosscut road only, better order online

I am very happy with the service cleanliness quality. Staff was very good and polite. Very near to Gandhi puram bus stop and shopping places. Devraj sir helped me with the booking he is. He is very polite person. I was traveling alone so was concerned with my safety.. he make sure my stay was good.. very good for women solo travelers.

Had an awesome stay in this hotel.Everything was great except they didn't provide towels for Second day citing rain as a reason.but otherwise a very decent hotel.Geetha Canteen is very near to this hotel.also we can reach Marudhamalai within 30 mins from here.

It was an okay room. It was clean and spacious but the bathroom was very small. The toilet seat was broken. Hot water was not sufficient; my guess it was instant heater or so. There was a bucket but no mug. There was no shower curtain to prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet. We were given only one water bottle for two people a day. Billing was a bit confusing. It was with breakfast but there was no buffet nor did they ask us our preference before bringing the food to our room. Their response to any request made over the phone was extremely slow and sometimes we had to call again and request for the same.

Rooms were good, Reception staff 2 ladies were very nice and understanding to our needs. it’s near to Gandipuram bus stand. Please don’t take autos or any Uber or Ola. They will ask you to pay triple the amount mentioned and ask you to cancel the cab. They will also threaten and keep calling you continuously if u r not willing to take there cab. Buses will take some time But it’s the best for local site seeing. Had pathetic experience in Coimbatore.

One of the worst experience I had in my life. It's not Hotel fortune it's a hotel of cheating. I paid for a AC room . And they given the room where the AC is not working.also made complaints about the issue with the reception nothing happened. While check out I asked for compensation that time the staff behaviour with me was very worst. ITS A HOTEL IN THE NAME OF CHEATING THEY NEVER KNOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMER HANDLING ALSO THE DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE WORD RESPECT

There are three hotels in the name of Fortune in Coimbatore. Be careful while selecting the right one. This hotel has fake photos in Google. The photo show swimming pool, big conference room, etc. Actually they don't have any of these. It does not even have a restaurant. It is expensive for the price.

They are customer focused so that we customers have an optimum experience of the our stay in the hotel. All of this is offered at a really affordable price. This hotel is highly recommended for foreigners coming to coimbatore. You shall have a really plesant experiece there.

Terrible and disgusting.I will start by saying the staff in the hotel were welcoming. However it is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My room on the first night , I could hear the traffic all through the night. The mattress was also worn and bowed in the middle. I was moved to a different room for the following 2 nights ,the noise in the corridor and in the nearby rooms was so loud that sleeping was made impossible all night., this time there was a pungent smell of sewage coming through the bathroom. I believe accommodation conditions and the behaviour of hotel staff to be entirely unacceptable and far below the basic hospitality.So don’t waste your hard earned money stay somewhere else this place needs closing down and that’s no lie !
