Decent hotel very near to the mofussil bus stand Gandhipuram.This hotel is for company personnel, family and they provide in-house breakfast. I have been travelling and staying in hotels for year's and if you don'encounter any major or minor problems then the hotel is ok. Accessible to all the major locations. Adequate car parking available. Somehow, I liked it..may be because of the location.

Value-for-money place at the heart of city. We had rented two rooms, one suite and one economy room. The economy room was really 'economical' with very limited space. Suite room was quite spacious and worth the categorization. Buffet breakfast was pretty decent and worth the money. The roof top ala-carte restaurant served good food. It's a nice place to hang out enjoying the pleasant evening Coimbatore weather. Staff, except security staff, were very courteous and helpful. The parking area of the hotel can accommodate few cars and is by the the side of a narrow street. When vehicles move on the side street and many other vehicles are parked in a haphazard way on the street, it's hard to fit a decent sized car into a safe parking spot. The security staff was very unfriendly and commenting in Tamil on my driving and parking skills (from what I could make out based on my limited Tamil language skills), probably seeing my out-of-station number plate too. Very unprofessional behavior. Apart from this, overall a good experience at The Landmark.

Good value for money hotel; only reason I give them less stars is coz they do not give you plates (normally done by many hotels) when ever you order food from a food delivery app. I found this sad when they allow food inside.

Room service is not accessible through call. War drobe in a bad shape. Break fast and dinner varieties very few. Dinner curries not good. Small bathroom with not enough hangers.

Ideally located close to the bus stand and city centre. Rooms are neat. Staff at the reception are courteous. Basic necessities like linen, Ac, water, coffee/tea diy kits are all made available. They also have a lounge bar in the ground floor with good ambience. Restaurant is small and complimentary breakfast needs a little makeover. Overall, this place is value for money.

It's very close to the bus stand. Rooms were clean and neat. I took an extra bed and it was equally comfortable. Note, if you are booking a standard room you only get double bed, if you are looking for king beds have to opt for deluxe or suite rooms. The hotel is quite professional and everything is just hassle free. The complimentary breakfast is just awesome and worth it, they had plenty of options. Rooms are well maintained though it looked little worn out.

I was having a worst experience here , thats the reason i m giving just one rating . They people will charge you for each n every single thing , means thats normal if you r taking any hotel than u will definitely use the things like towel n all but here if u will use towel n there would be any lit to little staining or anything than they will charge u penalty for that so this is something which is worst here so i would suggest not to book any room here

Located in the heart of city. Good decent rooms, 24 hrs room service. We had a late night check in. It was overall a good hotel to stay. Parking space was limited however, but considering the location, it was Ok. They gave additional trolley cot with bed for tripple occupancy in double room, The bathroom was neat and clean, AC, TV, Electric kettle etc was working well. They provided 2 water bottles, tea and coffee bags with sugar and milk powder.

Worst service at the restaurant,all the staffs are bosses here,4 staffs serving for 5 customers within a quick span of 20 mins 🤦and most of the trays are empty and you have to believe that it is buffet..such a worst experience that too in Coimbatore..horrible

Absolutely delighted with the service offered resonating well with value for money. Room ambience, restaurant and accessibility from both railway station is around 10min ride and Central Bus Stand is a two minute walk. With one incident and culture of trust reinstilled with in our minds. We misplaced our hard disk and Mr. Karunakaran Muthukumar, House Keeping - Manager called us back after 2 days, supported us with a thorough check within the mentioned rooms and had it spotted for us. Brilliant effort incredibly overwhelmed with your service.

The ratings what is given as 4.2 to this hotel is quite misleading. Worst service ever by the restaurant people. There is a guy in restaurant who abuses the customers & behave very rudely. There is no proper management & supervision. You need to wait for 1 hr if you order for food & they will forget few items that you ordered as well. If you question them, then they will pick up fight with you. Worst service ever.... dont even think about this hotel.... it actually derves 0 rating
