Excellent place to stay. Located in a calm colony, pretty peaceful from all that traffic/crowd of Coimbatore. Booking was a breeze, very reasonable rates. Oh and the rooms! They were amazing. Had booked 2 rooms so they allotted an apartment like block with two rooms and a common living room with amazing furniture. I haven't come across any hotel with such amazing rooms at such prices.

Awesome place to stay. Calm and cool area a little distance away from town. The rooms were spacious and neat, the linens were clean and the bathroom was great too. As we booked for 4 people we got an apartment like setup with a common hall. The rooms were naturally air conditioned, we didn't need to use the AC at all. Overall, a great budget stay for a family.

Nice place in a peacefull locality. This is called as serviced apartment but is actually a hotel serving breakfast and dinner along with room price. The food is awesome but is mostly south indian home style food. I love dosas and had a great time feasting on various types of dosas. This a vegetarian hotel but now served nice egg omlettes. The owner, Mr. Anand is a gem of a person always smiling and very down to earth. Absolutely recommended for working profesionals and this place is absolutely money's worth. Please avoid if you do not like south indian food at all.

Rooms provide are clean and comfy. Hot water is available 24/7. No restuarant available, though few limited veg options are available, with an average count of 5-7. Has limited parking slots inside, which is sufficient. Location is off beat, but very good restaurants are available with in 5 Km ranges, but not at walkable distance. Residency Management allow you to order via Zomato and Swiggy. Overall, it's worth staying.

The name is not matching with the facilities.. it is not luxurious hotel... basically it is a service apartment in which one common area having 3 rooms... like a 3bedroom flat.. the area is good.. parking available.. staff also very cooperative.. good for staying with family. Not a great value worth one.. i booked through makemytrip.. for 2170 RS.. but they told me that for 2000 rs they can provide direct booking in that day(06-03-20)... iorn box and kettle not providing..

It is an excellent service apartment. The food served here is of high quality. It is really tummy friendly. It's location is calm and serene. The service offered by them is very good. They work for client satisfaction. However getting a room is tough. It is almost full all day long. The manager of the facility and his humble nature makes me visit the facility. The nearest bus stop is around 1.5 Kms, it suits well for pax with own commutation.

The place is apartment style hotel where each room is divided into two special rooms. For e.g, room 201 will have 201A and 201B, which will share a common hall area with television, for a dining table and a balcony. The amenities here are good including the fast WiFi. They also have a dining place on the top floor where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food there is good and cheap. Room service was prompt. Everything is at 15 - 20 minutes distance from here and is approchable by cab.
