Dear Sugam Management, Train your employee how to treat your customer. Don't be so arrogant that you are in prime area and your rooms book frequently. Your front desk Mr.Santhosh is saying he will not book room with Local ID person. During marriage season we are the local people who book rooms to accomodate our friends and relatives. Those who are coming form other cities will not know the location details and other stuff. Don't be so confident that without Local people support you can run the show .

Very Poor service. 1. No Water provide for drinking. 2. No washed Blanket _ ( seen some lady hair ) 3. No 24 hours Flexible time, even with some extra pay. 4. Check out is 12PM, if you extend even 1hr also you have to pay Full Day amount. 5. Extra Bed provide for 200/- look very bad and dirty. 6. Parking Place entry height is very low. Small cars like swift can able to pass inside. Only space for 2-3 cara in parking area.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. At first glance, seems like reasonable stay but had lot of issues. They had rent nearby rooms for group of males, who were loud, smoking and drinking through the night. Dirty stained bed with cigarette hole. Bad professional behavior by the hotel staff Mr. Murugan.  The room was reserved was 3 days through online booking. Before coming we spoke with him and he told us we can pay for 1 day as advance prior to coming and pay for next 2 days after reaching. But when we reached he said the reserved room is available only for first day and we need to checkout the next day because someone else had booked for same room. Very disappointing..

Asked us to pay for booking beforehand saying rooms are running out when we called to enquire. We were told rooms look almost same as shown in pictures on web but it wasn't. Rooms were dirty and were severely infested with bed bugs. We walked out of hotel as soon as we found bed bugs in the room after informing the receptionist. We did not receive any form of refund either

Worst experience ever seen & ever we had. We came for an medical emergency from salem for my brother. My relative came to visit me not even enter the reception. The guys started talking. The reception person was so rude and manipulating his words. Its horrible experience. Beware of before booking. It's so hurts. I don't think so it's suitable for business place.

Worst ever reception and receptionist is very impolite and rude, we came very tired and late checkin with two kids, he won't consider that as well. Adding to this room is not clean and they didn't provide minimum room essentials like soap, handwash, etc., And they will consider your kids as adult to charge you more even you mention the number of kids at the time of booking and payment is already done. When we say room is not clean he incharge just laughs shamelessly instead of providing service. !!!DO NOT VISIT/BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

The hotel has no sense of customer relationship. The receptionist Santhosh had asked us to pay up despite having paid the fee. He did not bother to even check before walking up to us and questioning us as if we were in debt. Even after realizing his mistake no apologies were made. He said that his job was to 'update the payment' and hence was in hurry and had no sense to check. When I questioned why was he in such a hurry he said 'mind your tongue'. The hotel may have had bitter issues with customers previously but that does not give the hotel the right to treat customers with zero respect. We are paying in return for your services. Remember that please. In terms of the room, no cupboard, bad TV remote, no proper table. I had visited this hotel four years ago and it's sad to see the quality decline over the years. Do better Sugam Hotel.

Worst experience ever faced. I have booked the room make my trip as it listed as budget room, the room provided was no ventilation and lot of suffocation. Horrible night that we have ever spent.

Poor room service and staffs are not knowledgeable how to respect customers. We booked through online for colleague but his mobile got power off so he can’t able to show the booking ID while he reach the hotel and he asked “actually we booked once you gave room means I will show you the ID” but they refused to give also they didn’t gave any option to charge his phone. So that he booked directly for emergency purpose. Within an hour I got reached hotel and explain them clearly what happened. But receptionist didn’t mind and simply said cancel the online booking since we don’t have any cancellation option in online. For service it’s zero but don’t have that option.

We were traveling with family and stayed overnight. The rooms are clean and elegant. They are smaller than average especially if you are traveling with a child but good for a single day stay. The food especially breakfast spread was tasty with high variety. The service is prompt and friendly.

It is under renovation but the room was okay for the rent they charge They have room service and us at a prime location.Receptionist and other staff where helpful and friendly.

Behaviour of staff was good. But the rooms could have been maintained more neatly. Furniture are old. Cob webs and not dusted. No toiletries were provided..not even water or glass. Its cheaper and okay for short stay.

Located on an easily accessible street within Coimbatore city. The rooms were clean and equipped when I checked in. Clean sheets and towels were available. The only problem I felt was that the water available in showers and taps was hard water. The bathrooms were clean though and water was available 24/7.

This is just an Okay old hotel for bachelors and solo travellers. Definitely not for families and the only good thing is the location which is in a good locality. Bathrooms needs a complete renovation.

I have booked 3 rooms for 9 people and paid 3 members amount.. They have given room of 2 members only.. Staff canot understand the language other than Tamil.. Manager Mr Wilson not responding for customer call.. Rooms don't have hot water facility... Worst service...

Worst hotel no professionalism. Unethical and illogical policies and staffs which they do not mention while booking but mention on the day of stay and make you in a discomfort situation.

Budget friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. Around 700/- per night for two persons. Breakfast not included. 👎🏻👎🏻Geyser timings 7 am to 9 am but still we haven't got any hot water👎🏻👎🏻

One of the best hotel i have seen ever. You cannot get these types of rooms at 600rs. While entering I thought to leave but inside it's awesome. They are renovating the building..

Worst experience over there. They hired ppl who doesn't even know how to communicate with guest. Rooms were filled with mosquitoes I didn't even sleep one night properly. Drinking water which they're providing it was look like that jar is not clean for years. They are not providing wifi facility also.

Based on price and the location, this is a very good option. They have both AC and Non AC. The hotel is located in the main market area so commuting is very easy. Very basic room. No WiFi. It's clean.

Overall I rate 4. It's a good room at such a price. Easily accessible. Restaurants and super markets and other shops are nearby. Rooms are not tidy and need good maintenance in the rooms.

We got a very small room because there was some marriage happening on the day so all the rooms are booked for the marriage it seems. But the service was fine The bed was neat and the bathroom was neat and worth it for money

Decent budget hotel at the prime location of Coimbatore city. So many options are available for shopping around this hotel. Hotel supervisor and maintenance elder person were too friendly and kind towards customers. Had a nice stay here. Ok for one day stay. Parking available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Hotel is clearly visible from Main road. Good service.

It's under renovation now. But you climb stairs to reach 4th floor which is currently operational with single person for services. It's more economic for singles and dont suggest for families as you need to climb 4 floors by stairs and lift construction/renovation in progress. It's just Rs. 650 per night and with clean room and toilet.

Despite having booked a room in advance, there was no room available and I had to wait for 3 hours before I could check in. Worst place don't book here.

The behaviour of the receptionist is not Good they don't listen to the problems they have caused no one cares that you have drinking water in your room or on the 5th floor.

Every thing is good for that price... Well maintained... Only family not for unmarried couples....

Rooms are small and suffocating, with no proper maintenance. Rooms stinks. Bathroom also not well maintained. No room service. Limited parking area (oly 2 cars). Hot water available oly at 7am-9am, if we want to leave before that hot water is not provided.

No matter of all negative reviews, Hotel Sugam was best, budget friendly, family friendly, clean,, all facilities... Santosh the man at reception was friendly, not at all rude, even at midnight as we approached. I would give 5 out of 5 for all services and categories..

The rooms were clean,very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms is very good..No need to go so far to get things and food it very closer..our stay enjoyable..

Each room is only allowed to have two persons in it since the reception staff is so rude. There is no Wi-Fi, and when you ask, they don't tell you when the heater is going to be on, instead telling you later. Apart from the location, it's not a great stay except the location
