Please don't do your bookings here. I have travaled all the way from Delhi to Coimbatore with family & kids. And booked this hotel, even paid advance before. They denied check-in saying rooms are filled, but rooms were alloted to couple who came after me who bargained for more rated. The lady in the reception is just disgusting that she simply said "ccchh. No rooms available". No mannerism at all. Its definitely not a room for family. All you can see couple bargaining the price. So whoever asks for more price, they give the room to them. This is the process. They running a brothel.

This is an average OYO. They do not provide any of the toiletries that are usually given in OYO rooms. No provision for lunch/dinner. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. The only upside was the breakfast, which was of good quality, even though the options were limited.

Located right in the middle of the city. Situated within a Bar hotel. Very courteous staffs at the front office. Rooms are spacious and could improve a bit on the cleanliness side. Will recommend this Oyo to anyone who visits coimbatore.

Guys me and my wife stayed here for a day we went here after seeing photos on their web site and on oyo app, i just paid directly through OYO APP but totally got disappointed after seeing the room especially after seeing toilets condition i made a complaint to reception and they told they will give other room but when i went there condition of that room was even worst..at last i went back to my first room itself No elevator, no cleanliness, no telephone at room, no any soap or other items provided, no any i house restaurant(you have to order through swiggy) only good part is breakfast and lady who Served break fast (smiling and serving) and all other things is pathetic.. This is the perfect example for HOW TO RUIN A HIGH CLASS hotel by poor maintenance and it’s unbelievable that it happened to OYO TOWNSHIP

Good location. Clean rooms good service. Helpful for visiting with family. No unnecessary restrictions

Rooms are decent sized, service was poor, they gave a wet towel, then replaced it. There was a power cut for 15 mins at night. Service boys have to be trained well. Need to improve overall.

Best stay in saibaba colony... Classic rooms with a good view balcony. Even they are accepting Local address proof & Unmarried couples 😉

One of the worst experience ever faced in life. Very worst staff behaviour, very worst rest room cleanliness, No soap, No amitments, I dono why OYO is turning very worst like this. Its not even worth to have 1 star... The rooms images shown are literally very old and now the condition is very bad. They charged extra but not giving any service for that. Not allowed for breakfast even though they have mentioned complimentary breakfast. Worst behaviour of staffs. Foul language using against customer. I dono what action OYO is going to take.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel at any cost. Arraku/tamil hotel owners have again proved their uncultured uneducated behaviour. They never adhere to OYO prices. And this owner has directly told me that he will decline my room and tell me to transfer me to another property if I don't pay as per their charges as opposed to Oyo. But I had already paid through OYO. I do not understand how they plan on running hotels if they treat customers like this. Useless.

No proper cleaning of bathrooms....no response from the manager, inside rooms bad smell.....it's not worth of 1500 per day....it's Rs.899....worst experience, i m vacating this now.....

Stayed here for a night. Good location, great rooms. Haven't tried their food though.

Very poor maintenance and lack of staff. Green powder based hand wash, suggested to be used as bath soap. Which even manuefacturer Godrej are yet to suggest. Food facility lacking in the surrounding also. Room service non-existent. I wonder, who suggested them to run a hotel, when theh are unable to run. Not run by hospitality services to mention.

Location and service is Good. Only thing they have to improve for sure is Washrooms, Bed and Bedsheets they provided. Washroom is too bad to use. No proper buckets and Mugs available.

Worst experience ever!!! The do not host you, they take the money and let you stay at their own mercy! There is absolutely no hospitality involved! I would not even recommend my enemies to stay here! They tell you a no for anything and everything, eg. i said rooms are dirty .. please clean .. they said no! Morning I asked for a coffee, they said no we can't, this is very normal in a 1 star hotel, you at least can order for coffee/tea! I think it's best they close shop because clearly they do not belong to the hospitality sector!

We made a booking online and on the day of check-in, they called and said that the entire hotel is booked and they cannot accommodate us. The hotel is run by unprofessional people, stay away from here!

The bathroom was a bit unclean and the door was not locking properly as it was broken. Otherwise overall room was good and hotel location is good as the bus stand is in a walkable distance.

I havefew suggestions. 1. Number of room service boys to be increased as they were not available when needed for moving luggage from car to the lobby. 2. Breakfast timings to be increased. 3. More varieties to be served in breakfast other than Idly, vada an poor. 4. Extra mattress provided was very dirty and needs to be changed.

It was such a good place to stay. One of the best in coimbatore. It had a balcony too which was small but elegant. Clean and neat. Hospitality was too good. They have a wide parking area too. Only problem is that restaurants and hotels are less nearby. But u can go for option with food here itself.

It was just Good comparing other properties on this price range. You will get spacious Rooms and washrooms but lacking in cleanliness. Towels are very bad and there is no toilet kit in the washrooms. The Service and staff are excellent. Breakfast is Ok which is very limited (2items & Tea). Pros - Room and washroom Size, Service and Staff, 24/7 Hot water, Location, Parking facility. Cons - Hygiene and Cleanliness, Towels and Toilet kits, Breakfast.

Maintenance is bad, toilets aren't maintained properly and the water glasses they have provided are dirty. The complimentary breakfast was namesake and the presentation was so bad that we didn't feel like eating there.

Very egoistic and rude staff and manager! The place can be kept so well but maintained badly. The comforter given had stains all over but the manager was not ready to come and have a look and change it for us. The towels given were used so much that it had turned brown even though it was washed! Didn't expect a Townhouse property to be so disappointing!

Good property in this budget, good location. They are ok with all services....only limited dishes in breakfast. No additional dish on request.

Had pathetic experience.booked for 3 nights stayed for 2 night had an incident the person in breakfast area was clicking my gf's pics and he was not at all sorry for that the owner was very rude and was threating us like you don't know who I m and this is my hotel and all .it was just because I slaped him so .I will strictly don't recommend this hotel.liggts were flickering ac was not colling tap water was not working we ignored this all but the experience we had here is just pathetic.

Pros:Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Best for couples and family. Good behaviour from staffs. Bus stand is near by. Parking facility is available. Good food. Cons: washroom should be cleaned. For me i booked with complimentry breakfast. But aftr that we will not even a tea. Also there is not restaurant near by. Should walk 300 m. There i went to geetha canteen. Veg. Awsme food.

The room is luxurious and everything is perfect. It has Netflix too and all other paid channels.. AC is good. Rest room is clean. Dining is good. I really enjoyed staying there. It has bar services too

No one clean the room for you, even you give them key and ask them to clean the don't clean and reply they say.. only clean if we feel necessary. In evening they don't have staff so no cleaning you have to sleep in a dirty room. Do not choose this hotel.also staff is very rude.

The rooms are quite spacious, provided with all basic amenities like AC, TV & WiFi. The bathroom was clean. There is no availability of restaurant & complimentary breakfast contains of repetitive menu but that is acceptable for the price.

The room is really spacious,with balcony , the toilet was clean, but no toiletries, we must carry our own, complimentary breakfast had only idly and paruppu Vada, the check in and check out was very simple and quick :)

Management is worst in this Hotel. Manager doesn't even know how to talk to the customer. Pathetic Service. If you want to stay here in this hotel then stay with your own risk..

The bathrooms are terrible, despite the decent rooms. It resembled a public restroom. The public restrooms are actually rather nice.

They do not provide rooms if you book the hotel in the oyo app. Went there booking previous day and rudely they said no rooms are available and send us back. They give all the rooms for outside booking. Furthermore oyo representatives are helpless in arranging alternative booking. It seems its time to abandon the oyo platform as they don't work efficiently now.

Rooms were not very clean. Bathrooms were very dirty. No Toiletries were provided. No service to change bed sheet or towel the next day. The staff have no idea or knowledge about customer services. They take defensive mode for any questions asked rather providing service for money they received for the room. Tv remote was not working, the manager did not bother to fix after several complaints. He said don't use remote use power button at the back of wall mount tv which was surprising to me. We couldn't find the button and was without tv for 2 nights . In general not worth for stay with family, this was my personal experience. I have never been in such hotel in my travelling experience.

Overall experience was good. Room dimension and AC etc were ok. Bathroom shower was not working hence reported to get that serviced. Very good location very nearer to Ganga Hospital hence for my purpose of visit, stay was comfortable.

The worst hotel ever, he doesn't give rooms to prior online bookings and gives them to the ones who come in person. Does not have a proper respect for people who book room online and with payment already done. Please do not book here. First priorities should be given to people who made the booking days back.
