Hotel location, Polite staff,Room hygienic and interior condition is very good but at night around 1.30 am I was waked up by continuous ringing of Doorbell after that my sleep was completely disturbed and I had opened the Door,there was hotel staff with Police officer standing outside to check the room for any girl present inside. It was really disappointing and hurt my heart, actually I had booked this hotel for a peaceful stay but it went really wrong..luckily I didn’t bring my family or else it will be more disaster.. I had made investigation why such events happening in a good hotel like this to hotel staff, they had told me that all rooms checked even with family not only me and just one Sorry.. Really unacceptable and I had suffered from BOTTOM OF HEART…Hotel management must act and must care the peacefulness of the Customers peaceful stay so that they will give a good review and like to come back again..Any how sorry for this review, but others must know the suffering even after paying GOOD MONEY.

We had 2 days of training for around 50 team members at the conference hall. It was really nice and peaceful. Food, service and all other arrangements were professionally managed.

Had been here for a JCI meeting. Had also been to this place several times. Due to COVID food was from Ramesh mess. The usual hospitality services were there. Good.

Our half a day event today at their banquet Hall in saibaba colony was just apt with all needed ametities. The management and support staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. We are totally happy.

Don't book this hotel.Very small rooms and the most disgusting part was, wash room was very untidy and stains all over the closet. There were no bed sheet and pillow cover. I checked other rooms as well, same ambiance all over. Initially we planned to stay there for 2 night but, we check out on the very next day early morning as we could not withstand the hotel. Don't go by looks of the hotel in the website, they are totally opposite in real. Be cautious and I recommend, do not book this hotel.

Decent hotel at reasonable cost. Rooms are really big, little maintenance required in rest room. Quality of Complementary break fast may also be improved.

Very worst service. My daughter's birthday party totally collapsed with their food. Not worth the money. They are cheated. Our guest only has 106 members but they are charged 120 members. Plz don't choose that hotel for your parties and functions. Very very bad experience.

Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast available. As the location is really good many food joints are nearby.verygood service by the staff.

Very basic, no-frills place. It's more like service apartments than a hotel. The staff are very courteous and hard working, which is great. Overall, it was an OK experience

Experienced a great hospitality by the entire staff during a family function that we had last Sunday.

Excellent hotel. We went for booking a hall for betrothal. Excellent guy Mr.Shanmugam, Manager and Mr Gokul at the reception. Nice hall and ambience and we went for booking some rooms also. Nice rooms and clean. Polite staff. Good place and good A/c Restaurant for internal food service. they are not doing external restaurant services at present. Nice management and team. NICE SERVICE!!

Had been to Ganga Hospital for a conference , so wanted a stay nearby.. Really happy wit the stay.. Gud breakfast.. Excellent hygiene maintained in premises.. Value for money... Highly recommended.

The hotel front desk agent Named Ganesh has a really bad attitude. He was not polite at all. I called yesterday to check the availability, he said no availability, but the way he sounded was too lethargic. I booked through make my trip but early checkin was not available and I happen to talk to Ganesh again and the same rude and lethargic attitude continued. I then contacted make my trip and the help desk agent helped me with refund. Thanks to make my trip.

We booked through agoda,in which the room types and size mentioned didnt match with the actual rooms and don't know whose fault it is,but this problem has to be addressed.we had to struggle. we stayed for 2nights, first of all there is no such room as king size bed room,all beds are queen sized.brekfast is average.there is no restaurant with hotel.and nearby restaurants are not good at all and all get closed by 10.30 pm night.however hotel suffs are friendly except few instances where we found very pathetic service such as during breakfast i found a hair strand in tea cup i asked to change the cup but instead of doing that they just took out the hair strand.i asked for spoon they gave a spoon which just washed but having food recidues in it.

The Service and stay was really nice for family.Mr.shanmugam who is the manager was very helpful and courteous and guest who stayed there for our function was treated nicely

A very decent hotel for a short stay. Ramesh mess is just 20 feet away so no regrets of not having a restaurant! Room spacing is adequate for a small family of 3; they are neat and clean. Go for it 👍

We booked 10 out of the 14 rooms at Chetinaad Courtyard last week to accommodate our guests for a family event. We had a few changes at the last minute considering the event was on a weekday. But the friendly and courteous staff at Chetinaad Courtyard were very accommodating and patient through all the changes we made and ensured the guests were comfortable. We also required a couple of rooms to be extended for over a day and made it happen at short notice. We also had some special requests to place some surprise welcome kits in the rooms prior to the guests checking in and they graciously obliged and helped us place all of them perfectly. The guests who stayed were appreciative of the quality of the rooms and the service. All in all a wonderful experience transacting with Chetinaad Courtyard.

We booked a banquet hall for a meetup here. A nice place, good Ambience. Clean toilets, hall can hold 100 to 150 people.

Very good hotel near to the the bustling Saibaba colony and also near Mettupalayam road. Service is good. No restaurant in this hotel but nearby good restaurants are available. Breakfast and tea/coffee can however be got.

Hotel is in easily accessible location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant is not functional. They were providing only breakfast that too on order basis.

We had arranged for a small function at Chetinaad Courtyard at Saibaba Colony. We engaged many rooms for stay with Party Tiffin and Lunch. As per our experience, Cetinad Courtyard is Fit for Stay and Definitely NOT for Food.
