We had a 3 night stay to attend a family wedding and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Coimbatore. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Coimbatore Central Railway Station. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Toilet were not very clean. It takes 2k to spend for family for single night stay. Service is not impressive.Reception staff are little not friendly. Kindly improve your service if you are not interested to run hotel close your online business, it's a suggestion.

We stayed for 2 nights , everything was perfect except the towel in bathroom. When we use the white bubble came out and v have to spend additional 10 mins for washing it from our body. Other than 1 issue all were good. Their breakfast is highly recommended.

We have booked 2 rooms for our stay with family.Rooms need to be renovated or should be maintained well.Bed cots were moving while sitting and sleeping.Bathroom needs to be kept cleaned even more as stains were there.Overall decent.

Very good rooms. Near to railway station but not crowded with traffic. Easy access to different parts in the city. Good service and support. Ambient parking.

The location is peaceful. The rooms are clean , however for the tariff it could have been slightly better. Only one tea bag and coffee bag as complimentary. Have to call two or three times to get the service. The complimentary breakfast is good.

Very disappointed incident happened to me and to my wife today early morning from plazza inn staff. I late to check out by 1.30 hrs.the reception boy repeatedly call around 10 times to room land phn and aswellas to my personal phone at midnight 2.00am 13/02/23. He directly came to the room and ring the room bell very harshly for several times. Instead of iam ready to pay some amount for late leaving from the hotel, he won't accept my words and rudely talk to me. I won't use this worst service again and I won't suggest these type of hotels.

Pleasant stay and courteous staff. Restaurant complimentary breakfast is decent. Tariff reasonably priced. Left out a few items in the room after checking out but hotel staff honestly called me to collect it back. Keep up the good services

Can't say it was excellent but offcourse above average hotel . Very near from Coimbatore railway station rooms maintenance was average but offcourse service was excellent . Food especially cofee and snacks is bit more expencive

The manager Prakash is a gabbar singh. Even after advance booking through travel app he is demanding extra money for executive room. By default room is for si gle person as per him. So if I need room for family he need extra money. I called the travel app booking and mentioned he was rude. Luckily got a refund. Don't even dare to book this hotel. Gabbar will rob you.

Behaviour of attending staff n at counter was very rude.they have excuses for every thing n outrightly said that go ahead and complain about us. Plates were extremely dirty . atmosphere was just like a lodge.

One of the worst hotel with pathetic customer service when we check in..we where waiting for the rooms and then the room which was allocated for us was literally horrible.. No amenities ( such as booth brush , soap, poly cover, shampoo and comb ) and there is no bath towel as well.. we spoke with the front desk and we got informed will be getting the bath towel within 10 minutes but till the time we did our check we didn’t get our towel and was not apologised from the hotel side for the same ( the money which we paid was not okay for the rooms ) about the morning breakfast again such a worst food and service. Our over all experience with the hotel was such a mess and worst ever.

Booked room more than a month in advance and even confirmed the booking 2 days before check in with reception. Yet on the day of check in, they said no rooms available. Booking was done for 2 days. They gave a temporary room for half day before shifting to another larger room with extra cost. Very disappointed with their service. Rooms are costly and not worth for the money spent. Not suitable for family. It's more for business people to stay. As the hotel name tag says "business hotel". Bed size is the same as the seat in trains. No safety for kids while sleeping. They can fall over very easily since it's a small bed. 2 single cot beds in an executive room. Pillow covers are already used. They didn't change the pillow covers and bedsheets too. Water is not coming in the rest room in the room we were in. We had to report twice. There's a TV in the executive room but i don't know what it's for. Very few channels. Most channels showing bad or no signal. Bathrooms are not neat. Food is normal but not worth for the high rates. Hotel is about 1km distance from railway station and not really a minute's walk as quoted in their website. You can't carry Luggaes and walk in the road for 1km in 1 minute. Over exaggerated..

It was a nice experience in this hotel.. stay is awesome.. Morning buffet also good.

Rooms are good. But services are bad.. 2 days back I stayed in this hotel I left my package in hotel room itself I called the reception and checked for the same they confirmed I didn't left anything in the room. I m very sure I kept my package at the bed itself due to urgent I left the room. If you forgot any belongings in this hotel you won't get it back.

Rooms are clean, property has been maintained well. Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional, but if the food is ordered from their restaurant the rates are too pricey. Otherwise the services n hospitality is good nothing to complain about.

Good business hotel, but the only problem I faced is that the ac is not working well, I have to contact maintenance people for correcting it

I didn't have many choices, so I ended up booking this hotel. It's close to the railway station and has all the basic things you need. It's a decent place to stay with your family or friends for one day.

Business class hotel at nominal budget but they clean the room only if we request complimentary breakfast not worthy

They should do room service daily.. not cleaning the bathroom. Otherwise it's a very good hotel to stay.

Rooms were not so clean and hygiene. Okay Okay but spacious rooms. Not maintained properly. You can see cockroaches.

No proper water supplies,QC is just for name shake fixed in room.no proper room service, service person are not groomed and no hygiene.worsr worst worst.if any body going to stay in this hotel ,pls avoid plazza inn or park plazza instead we can stay in platform itsepf.

We had an official function last week at this hotel. The ambience is nice, food is fantastic and staff were very courteous. The banquet hall is ideal for 200 pax and it comes in an affordable price too!

This is ok place, rooms are smaller than advertised and pretty expensive for such a room.. location wise it is centrally located however that is curse if you have to get out of the place , you will have go through the heaviest traffic in Coimbatore..

We just went there to spend the night between our travel from kerala to Mum. The staff were OK, rooms were OK, towels were not clean looking. But it's ok of you looking to just spend a night in a budget hotel

Extremely pathetic services in terms of settlement and billing. The receptionist was not aware of corporate billing and he produced the entire bill to my account. On top of that there were bills counting mistake and unnecessary amount was added to my final bill. Room cleaning service was not provided and food was just average.

Plaza inn hotel, #Coimbatore Rude and unprofessional hotel staff at Plaza Inn hotel. Never stay in this hotel. Hotel manager Prakash is rude and unprofessional. They will show attitude and shout on the customer itself. We had to call the police to seek help waste our time – at Hotel Park Plaza

It's a budget hotel near to Coimbatore Junction. Rates are reasonable & they provide the facility of 24 hours check out. As mentioned earlier, it's a budget hotel so don't expect quality toiletries, linen, etc., however hotel was clean & neat. Very limited options for breakfast, for lunch / dinner it will be better if you choose nearby options instead of in house restaurant.

We had a bangling ceremony. Earlier also we had similar two functions here. Spacious hall with centralised AC. Food served also tasty and staff service is very good. This place is easily accessible from CBE Rly Jn.

For all Malaysians, don’t book into this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The bathroom’s floor is dirty and slippery. I fell down near to the toilet. My head got hurt. It was very disappointing. The hotel needs to improve their cleaning.

The hotel is located very near to Railway station. Rooms were very clean and the service was very good. Stay with my family was comfortable. I was specially happy with the Travel Desk assistance which was very cordial.
