The apartments are really good. Each one comes with two double bedrooms with attached baths. Each bathroom has an independent heater. The beds are soft and comfortable. The kitchen has a fridge and hot plate. The dining and hall area is also fairly big. Each bedroom also has a drawer with a safe inside. The garden and parking area looks nice with different flowering plants around the border and a small fish tank to one side. The staff are polite and helpful. The cleaning lady comes once a day to tidy up. I am not sure of the rates as this was booked by someone else. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I stayed at MK RESIDENCY for three days...Since it is a service apartment, it is very good for home stay experience. Neatly maintained rooms. They give great importance to cleanliness. Another Worth mentioning here is their complimentary south Indian breakfast - the taste and quality is top notch. Friendly staffs. Overall great home experience. Location is very close to supermarket, bus stand, restaurants. In the kitchen, they provide induction stove, plates, small pan.

I Traveled alone with my kids for a short vacation. My choice of choosing MK residency was the best decision I made for this trip. From safety to service they are the best in town. Treated me as one of their family member and definitely in a very dignified way. All the staff including from the kitchen to the room service, the owner has chosen the best candidates they could. Very responsive, they even helped and guided me to plan my outing with kids during my stay. I should thank each and everyone from bottom of my heart to make my trip a completely safe and memorable one. I appreciate the owner for providing a ride to drop me off at the railway station and the driver sir who even helped me board the train safely. They are the best example for offering complete hospitality during the stay. No cons to be noticed during this stay and it was very pleasant to spend time even while resting in the room. Best home-cooked food for breakfast and dinner every day (except Sunday dinner). Would recommend it for all types of Travellers, and especially to women who are traveling alone.

Had a great stay .Hospitality team are polite and welcoming .slightly overpriced which seems ok considering to nearby property and their check In time which is 24 Hours. No room sevice. Breakfast is perfect but dinner I found tasteless . Overall a perfect and safe place to stay with family and friends.

This is a great property in the heart of Coimbatore. Great location. We had opted 1BHK flat, and i must say it was fantastic. Rooms were neat and clean. Spacious as well. Car parking is very good, considering the locality the parking provided is worth mention. Support staffs and others were excellent. Breakfast was sumptuous.

I stayed here over 1 month. The experience was awesome. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are really good. Room are well maintained. All the staffs here are friendly especially Udhay and team in the dining area. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for me and would definitely recommend.

Excellent 👌. People coming here just avoid the street approach from the theatre side as you might end such up on theatre crowd. Pls use Rajaji road to come to this wonderful property. Very good rooms well maintained by rk team and food is 👍

I stayed at MK Residency for 2 weeks with family of 4 and 2 kids . We stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment. Apartment was so spacious for children to run around and play . This place is a gem in the heart of city everything is so close super convenient and their breakfast and dinner is even icing on cake . Customer service was 5 ⭐️. Can’t fault anything. Will be staying here next time for sure . 😊

We booked a 1 BHK room for our trip to Coimbatore for 2 days. We have had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable and made sure that the stay was comfortable. Room was great- clean and well maintained and had all the required things in the kitchen. Food served for breakfast and dinner was hygienic and great. They even arranged for a car to go to Isha and for a day trip to Coonoor, wherein the driver was very good. Overall, hospitality of all staff was remarkably good. We will definitely recommend this place.

One of the best options for business and family stay. Individual 1BHK or 2bhk apartments with all needed facilities like a living room and kitchen with induction stove, mini fridge and utensils etc. The service is best and buffet breakfast and dinner is good for the day. Car Parking is ample but tight spaces so need to be careful.

Good place to stay. Apartments type. Affordable cost. Parking avilable. Drivers stay arranged for a nominal cost by them. As it is two bed rooms apartment type if you take one whole apartment then you will get privacy otherwise some one will stay in the adjoining room and they may also use common places.

Courteous Staff, Helpful staff ( they got us our Delivery for Dinner at our request , Excellent and neat rooms, examplary bathroom, amazing breakfast. MK Residency is going to be my regular spot when I'm going to be in Coimbatore. I'm impressed with the first impression and a very comfortable stay. Excellent option at a reasonable price for office travel.
