Had a bad experience yesterday at this restaurant.Ordered mutton biryani and chicken 65.Taste of mutton biryani was very poor especially chicken 65 was of very poor quality.They didn't serve fresh.. chicken 65 tasted like it was cooked two days ago..

I ate biriyani before 2 years. Taste was good at that time. But I ate last week also. Not good taste as much. But cost is high..

Food taste is good , but the food must be made 100% cooked , In case of the peak hours the food is delivered with half cooked stuff, the grill was made like that , so please keep a note on the food whether it is fully cooked or not when delivered to the customer . While the other things are best , service is nice .

The seating area is pretty big, with a separate air-conditioned section. There are a row of hand wash basins outside the seating area. I had the Beef Varuval curry. It was absolutely delicious, and I loved having it with a couple of parottas. The desserts are pre-packaged and not freshly made. I had the Madurai Jigarthanda, which was pretty good. The Nungu Custard was lip-smacking, filled with almonds and chironjis. The service is absolutely prompt, and the prices are not too expensive.

Taste wise this hotel is okay but price is not satisfied for food taste, But this hotel is very small and rushed. Please avoid this hotel if you spend the time with your partner or friends. My suggestion, please avoid this hotel.

Since this place is situated in a busy location, the restaurant is mostly very crowded. And especially during the shopping seasons/ hours, I suggest not to visit here because of poor service, noisy environment etc. Also quality of food is not the same like other HMR restaurants. They don't seem to bother as this place will anyway get a lot of customers, unlike other branches that will have repeat visitors. NO PARKING SPACE. NO TOILETS.

Nice restaurant. We were a group of 5 went for dinner. Ordered mutton Biriyani , plain Biriyani, parotta, chappathi, chicken 65,mutton,etc... Biriyani was very flavourful and tasted good. Was light on stomach. Parotta was not as expected. Rest of the dishes tasted good. You have a/c and non ac dining space. You can park two wheelers in front of the restaurant.

They also making very good shawarma, but not different varieties only normal roll and plate shawarma, but their masala for the shawarma is very good.
