One of the best Chinese Restaurants in Coimbatore. Food was awesome 👏 the quality of the food is good and quantity too. Pricing is on the higher side. Good service. Staff are polite as well.

The food and service used to good 10 years ago. Everything has gone downhill in a recent visit. Although the cashier is the same person from 10 years ago management may have changed. Gravy with manchow fried rice was bland and felt like some key ingredient was missing. Kung Pao chicken used to be semi gravy ish and dark coloured. Now they're serving orange chicken which is sweet. Fried rice was unsalted. Price doesn't justify the quality and taste. Quantity and rice portion enough for 2. 25 mins to get an order. Very slow service.

We went to this place on a Friday and it was almost dead. I used to be a frequent visitor of Peking a while ago but the quality of food has gone down. I am not sure if there was a management change. We ordered three dishes and they all tasted pretty much the same. The dragon prawn that we ordered had so much batter on it that it was unrecognizable as a prawn dish. They used to have a stellar American Chopsuey but now it is sub par. They also had only really small Coke bottles. The staff, though diligent, were not cordial. The worst of all of this was that when we finished eating we saw two cockroaches crawling on the wall. This is probably the last time that we will be coming to the Peking restaurant. I hope that they come out of this slump and become its old self again. We

Tried delivery. The packaging they use is toxic. They charge you 399 for dishes and then end up dumping them in 1 rupee roadside silver covers. Imagine dumping hot food inside toxic covers. Grow up and show some concern in how you treat customers... change this first then one can talk about the taste.

Overall, good Chinese food. Very limited option for vegetarians though. Their fried rice and mushroom Manchurian is best. Their soups are okayish though, most taste the same. They don't have gravy dishes, most of what they have is dry, so let them know in advance if gravy is required. Liked the interiors. It's done up in traditional Chinese style.

If u wanna grab the best authentic Chinese food , come here ! . Crispy fried chicken is amazing ..the food quantity is more than sufficient . One friedrice can be shared upto 3 persons . The staffs are good .. Only demerit i would say is that cooldrinks are charged extra .. Same 20rs Pepsi ,dew etc are poured in a glass and are charged 40 rs. Please consider changing to the mrp

It was the first time for me and my children to try the Peking restaurant in Nehru stadium, Coimbatore. Though we passed through it many times in the past , we never had the opportunity and it was always on our bucket list. We went for lunch and didn’t know where to start in their menu. But their staff were kind enough to help my children to explain the menu, especially if they are spicy or not, portion size etc.. so it was very guided process to select the few items.. we chose a soup, noodle, choupsey and a garlic prawn.. all were yummy and portion was right enough for us. Overall, a very good restaurant for chinese food..

Both veg and non veg available. Tasty food. Good quantity serving for a hefty price. Do visit once. Humble staff.

This is one of Coimbatore’s long-standing gems for Indo Chinese food. The ambience may seem dated, but the food has been consistently good for about 3 decades! As people with milder taste buds, we generally ask for less spicy versions of their dishes, and the Chicken Steam Rice is our go-to favourite.

Been for lunch .. not place for non vegetarian.. limited menu on veg .. best in class restaurant for Chinese food .. waiter’s where so comfortable and they give their best to guest ..

The food and ambience doesn't match the price. The sweet corn chicken soup had just a few pieces of chicken, the size of a peanut. Awful!!!

Taste wise I would say it's very satisfying and the quality n quantity of dishes are so good. The dull ambience and music in the background doesn't light up the mood and the wash area can be taken care of...the waitress can be more polite and welcoming...maybe as they are not fluent in English they didn't answer briefly when asked about the dishes. We enjoyed the dinner peacefully and my favourite was a prawn dish we had and Lung Fung chicken soup..

The food was blunt, tasteless and wasn't even hot when served. For the price, not worth it at all. I understand it was quite late when I sat down but if they had said so, I would have gone somewhere else. And there was an odd smell all over the restaurant. Very disappointed with Peking.

Yesterday i visited this restaurant. This is my son’s favourite restaurant and we often go there. My son was not well and he suddenly vomited on floor. The workers there said no house keeping and they provided me broom to clean the place. They all moved away. I had to clean their floor. The worst experience i had go to restaurants. How can they run a hotel without housekeeping. Never want to visit such a place without good service.

One of the best special chicken chilli in the whole of coimbatore.. The burnt garlic chilli noodles were also very exquisite in tastebas far as Chinese dishes go..

Few years back, quality of food was good, but now it's very bad & I find this restaurant very unhygienic, the area where plates, spoons are kept is near toilet area. Very very few options for vegetarian, one can find more options in road side Chinese stall. Service is very pathetic, staff themselves doesn't know anything about any dish u ask for.And I've still not understood why their lighting is so poor & overall ambience is very poor. Few years back, this restaurant served authentic Chinese food with quality ingredients & portion size, service was also good, but now everything about this restaurant is very bad, very disappointed & definitely not worth the price they charge.

Good taste must try all the foods but prefer non veg over veg then only you can have real feel of Chinese food

Worst service, either should train them with basic restaurant etiquettes or hire right people. The way waitresses treated us like was like as if we're dining for free. No proper response. On ordering we thought the order was taken and later after 30mins we realised the one who attended us never even update regarding the order we placed. This isn't the first time, I am writing this review after experiencing from many such on different occasions.

It is a totally different atmosphere, food wise we have to wait for the food a little longer than usual. If it's a weekend time, there is a possibility of waiting for the seats to clear off.

Excellent true Chinese food prepared by Chinese chefs. Well mannered team overall. Ample car park and good for families. I give 5 stars.

They have amarican chopsuey and their own chopsuey with (soft / crisp) type .we ordered crisp and we didn't like it maybe the soft noodles is good i think. We also order chicken soup which was very good.Then for starter we ordered dragon chicken and stir fried pork was also nice and for main dish chicken noodles and chopsuey both were below medium to my taste maybe others will like it.

It's a good Chinese restaurant in coimbatore.. Food served on time and very tasty... Nice soup... Thai Spicy chicken was good and chicken momos is delicious...worth for money... And kids friendly restaurant....

Tasty veg food ,slightly expensive though !!! Didn't have much expectations, but we really enjoyed the food. Staff not very communicative. Car Parking is an issue .

I have never tried chinese food so checked in Peking but the food tastes like Indian other than that restaurant ambience was good and the waiters are very calm and respectful while taking orders. Nice spot and I would visit later sometime.

We ordered Chicken Manchow soup and hot and sour soup which were good asusual 👌 We newly tried Thai spicy chicken and crispy fried prawns which truly did justice to the names 🤤 Thai spicy chicken 🌶 was so very soft and slipped to throat and crispy fried prawns didn't have that typical prawn smell which was really good and was crispy enough 🦐 ❤️

Best pork i tried in tamil nadu... Might seem costly.. but fills u with single dish... Those girls were good in serving.. kind and fast... Good ppl...

Ambience is good. Price is quite high. Desserts not available here. Taste wise not up to the mark for that price. Special peeking fried rice bad experience.
