First of all Rooms and wash rooms are clean and fresh but Mosquitoes will accompany you even in deluxe rooms. When i checked in no card facilities were accepted to pay advance.

Very Bab experience don't go to this hotel. Room is very Bab smell. No heater but they charge for that also.only money minded. Poor hospitality.i never felt such a Bab experience in my life.

U might not wanna stay here ...I would rather suggest better places even if it is a little far away...very average service...only works for sudden plans and if you are desperate to find a room on the way

Rooms were ok and support staff were cordial and warm. On the main road but parking is very cramped Almost all hotels in Coimbatore have parking problem. They say breakfast is complimentary. But doesn't have an extensive menu and you have to eat what they serve you.

Place is right on main road with no parking space. Seems not many customers come hence no security guard to guide customer into parking spot under basement. The basement can park max 4 cars and it's suitable only if ur family members park nearby if not ur vehicle is stuck n need to wait for other guys to remove their car. Staff is ok not that courteous. Rooms are good but I had bugs (not bed bugs) on my bed. This palce was booked well in advance but they hadn't checked it to make sure it's ready for guests. overall ok place to stay

Very good business hotel with excellent staff and amazing service. Staff in the lounge, Restaurant, Security and reception were exceptional and helped my father all the way. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. The 2 challenges were that the room's A/C was not as effective. Set it at 20 degrees but felt like 24 in the room. The second problem was, with all the traffic changes getting in and out has become a bit painful. Overall a very good experience except minor annoyances.

This park is the best destination for holiday need n clean rooms and we have a good experience in this park

Visited to book bulk rooms for the function , the reception staff seems to be in rude behaviour and he is not ready to give manager /owner mobile number and very worst experience and booked guest house near to the same area , D'nt go for bulk bookings , there are guest houses available in same location .

The service at the front office was fast. The front office staff was courteous and quick in helping. Breakfast and restaurant need to be improved a lot. The rooms are small but neat and clean.

The rooms are very good, nicely maintained...the staff is very cooperative too...main thing is it is in the center of the city..so we can travel to other places easily

Room is big, but lot of cockroaches. They are everywhere under the bed on the table and in the wardrobe. When complained the same to the management they were like "we cant help". Seriously dude😡😡. Breakfast is one of the worst. Chutney is more of water then chutney. Except the location nothing is hreat about the hotel. Gave 2 stars just because of service boys. They were very good.

Plus points: 1. Very good experience. Room was spacious and good enough for 2 ppl fully perfumed and clean. 2. The hotel incharges check the room before and after customer occupies the room which is appreciable. They even helped recover one of our guests' missing valuables which was very helpful Minus points: 1. Heater worked but not as expected. Water was luke warm. 2. Flush buttons were broken yet operatable.

Reasonable rates for air conditioned rooms. 24 hour check out time. Less one star for poor maintenance of hotel.

Very clean and spacious rooms, good location right on the main road. Healthy breakfast.

The food was not at all good, in cooking area rat and cat was going here and there. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheet are full of red blood stains. The behaviour and response of staffs and receptionist was very worst. They were very rude to the customer. I recommend not to visit such hotels. Even if we are getting late 10 mins to checkout, the behave and talk in very bad way. Very unsatisfied hotel.

Bit pricey for this location of Coimbatore but nice rooms with a/c and home-made like complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee. Will appreciate more if they clean the room everyday without requesting for one. Location not too far for Town hall and excellent choices of restaurants nearby.

Nice stay. Super clean rooms,well maintained. Well appointed rooms and comparable to 4 stars. Complementary Wifi.Breakfast was complimentary and D'lecious. Nice staff. Overall Good experience. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is good to stay... But the division of service like suit room deluxe room has no difference.. Every room only 2 person can stay... It would be nice if they can change this.

No hot water and reception guy is very rude. If extra bed is taken they wouldn’t provide extra blanket for extra bed. Only one breakfast type is provided which is really good

They cheat the guest they ask money for drinking water, No heater, Bad smell in the room. They donot respect the guest. They talk and behave rudely like rowdies. My life time bad experience and worst experience.The front office person male speaks like rowdy . Dont go to this Hotel.
