One of worst hotel in coimbatore city. I have booked a room through Make my trip website for 2 days. When reached there they are asking more money that what i had paid online. I had gone with my family and 4 years old child. There behavior with us is very rude. And they have denied our booking. The customer care executive of make my trip has called them and they have not attended the call. My humble request is not to book any room in this worst hotel.

🚨🚨Stay away from this place🚨🚨 I could definitely say this is the worst place I ever visited. I have seen this hotel on OYO and booked and paid the fee over OYO itself. But when I reached the hotel, he demanded for another 1000 to stay. Or he asked me to do whatever I can. He is clearly exploiting the customers after they came to their hotel so that they can't go back. I didn't stayed at the hotel and fought for the rights of the Consumer. I even raised a legal complaint on OYO and and this hotel on consumerhelpline managed by Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Please don't go here.

Location wise it is a good place, near to gandhipuram bus stop. But it's a pathetic place to stay. No proper room service. No towels, no soap and not even door mat for bathroom. I had to remind them to atleast give door mat for 3 to 4 times. The bedding clothes are also very old and have lots of marks. If you are looking for a below average place to stay with cheaper cost you can prefer this. I have checked the rooms with higher price also in the same hotel, they have more space but looks as bad as the cheaper rooms. And air conditioning is good.

Very bad room conditions and worst for washrooms, staff did not acknolwedge booking from Agoda. This was being repeated for several customers who came in with an online booking. It appears to be an agenda to get the customer to cancel the booking with the travel website and to get them to pay up on the spot. The property lacks maintenance and is in its worst condition possible. The washrooms appear to be similar to the ones that you can find in Muncipal restrooms. What an absolute mess. There is nothing International about this Hotel. Do not go by the name of the Hotel. This Hotel absolutely sucks! Best avoided! Do not waste your money.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life. The rooms were filthy and even lights were not working conditions. Even power sockets were broken. Cockroach everywhere. You can't even eat the ordered food with that environment. Toilet pipes were leaking. We have changed nearly 3 rooms while staying and no rooms were good.we stayed there for three days. Since we have no other ways. We have been charged triple times the amount. Don't waste your money. You can stay even in gandhipuram bus stand for staying nd wasting your money here.

No water,towel &soap provided during check in, No TV connection, no fan, No hot water, poor toilet, dirty bed&pillow cover totally non hygienic fecility. Not worthy for the money paid for one night stay. No recomendation for best stay.

I ever had like this Oyo room. Smell is very bad. They showed old photos when they build but now very worst. For cleanness I ll give zero points and service atmost bad . We had already paid in Oyo and went to the hotel No power backup : They said there was no power supply there and will not resume until evening 5PM Very bad service : We had already paid whatever amount was showed in the Oyo app The manager claimed that it was not their tariff and denied check in Despite all these, if you still wanna stay here, Please be cautious and call the hotel before checking in

It seems the hotel is suffering from financial crises. Rooms are ok however people and staff are very polite and good mannered i will give full 5 stars for their good cooperation

Worst hotel you will find in coimbatore. The worst owner you will find with a hotel who has attitude of having a titanic. Dint know how to handle customers at least politely. Pathetic experience. Requesting you to never book this on OYO or personally.

Minus 1 star, Dont ever ever book this Hotel. Better sleep in Gandhipuram Bus stand. One of the worst place i have seen ever. Dont fall in the trap of nice photos on web platforms and book it. Not woth at all.

The behaviour of the hotel guys are waiste ever they all deed misbehaved rude to me the only reason is like we said will pay check out time he behaved like hell he showed fingers asking me to out of the hotel n rowdy and all terms they used just only for they said payment first and I asked facilities should provide first no hot water in the room water lickage in the toilet .Dirty towels and overall a poor experience tht I paid n checked out immediately and for him the trip I need to finish there itself .

This place is suitable for bachelors or single stay , all good ,don't book this rooms on oyo bcoz Oyo getting low cost paying to their hotels so hotel management gave me room low price than Oyo ,otherwise good stay

Don't book rooms here. Cockroaches, dirty sheets with hairs, tv not working, extra charging from 700 to 1000 rupees. Not good for family and kids.

I booked through Oyo app, i paid already online. But still receptionist told can't give room with that tariff. Asked double amount. Then fought with them nd Oyo customer care. Finally gave extra 300 as bribe. They would have updated the rate which they are providing. Looking at price only people will be booking... Then suddenly extra who will pay nowadays

You can just stay there if you don't have another choice. Very poor service, not clean. Many are asking for hot water and they never got it. No water to drink. You will never get the helpline at the time of need.

It's budget friendly and cost effective. Me and my friends are very happy to staied in there. Staff are too kind. nice view on the 3rd floor to view outside its like watching TV.

I had booked a room through my friend but not got alloted. Room is OK. Bathrooms are not so clean especially no hand showers no towel & bathroom kits provided. Some power problems during noon & they were doing some renovation works without caring on guests comfortness. Worst experience...

Worst experience Booked through oyo. Lacks basic cleanliness. unhygiene rooms Unfriendly staff When we enquired for the hot water which was a basic amenity, he told it will not be available for weeks time. And he did not had the basic sense how to greet his customers. And checked with Oyo and their reply was it is not part of package. It was 2am when we reached the hotel and was forced to search for alternate hotel. Disappointed with oyo

It was really horrible experience. When i booked through OYO App there was complementary breakfast. When i reached the Hotel there they told they is not such thing . You can call the customer care but that no is also not working. Cockroach was running in the room and in the Bed.

Very very ordinary place.. not well maintained.. definitely not suitable for family

An average place to stay for a day or two. There was no restaurant in the hotel when I visited. Also adjusting AC wasn’t possible. There is parking for a few cars but the approach road from Gandhipuram is congested and parked with bikes. But it’s really close to the Main Street if you are planning to shop in Coimbatore then this place will be suitable as it’s close to all the main textile shops.

Very low maintenance, the hall and the rooms are producing a very bad smell. The food that they offer is the worst. It's obvious, they're not concentrating on their hotel business.

No wife, rooms are average, service can be a little better. Don't know what happened to hot water. The tap wasn't working properly. But the staff was helpful, surroundings is good. I recommend everyone to try Geeta canteen. It's pretty close to this place

It was a miserable experience at this hotel. Room is not clean and very pathetic in condition and in worst condition. The toilets are absolutely unhygienic. There was not even a curtain to cover the entire glass window. We have booked through oyo and after reaching their the receptionist asked to pay more amount other than what we paid they said that booking app had provided the wrong pricing in the app. The room which is booked was totally different what The room we got. When asked regarding that they said rooms are not available. They simply blaming oyo and collecting more money even the rooms and toilet are too dirty.
