    Worst lodging i ever visited - After showing the confirmed check-in booked via OYO app, Receptionist said he does not having this booking confirmed and there are no rooms available, I was with my parents, brother, sister and kids and reached Coimbatore at 11pm from Bengaluru. After arguing for nearly 25min- I said I will call the police as the OYO customer care was not available. He then showed us new high traff plan - for which I objected and tired to call the police - then he stopped me and gave us the rooms, the rooms were very dirty, un-hygienic. Very bad experience all together. Seriously avoid booking this lodge.

    I wud rather like to give minus ratings for the service .. reception staff is rude to the core with u if u have a booking done from Oyo .. they will treat u like an u wanted guest .. they don't even provide water bottle complimentary.. worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime .. this is pathetic ..

    If you are booking through or any other online app, please don't go there, they just time pass with these apps and treat us like beggars.. Too much of arrogant and useless people with very rich attitude of the owner itself.. Police should take care of this

    One of the worst hotel. No clean in bathroom nothing. They said for 2 days it's 3000 with complimentary breakfast and I paid 50% once at the time of check out they are asking for 1800 for each day. And I refused to give so last the manager came there and talk one lady sitting there is so arrogant. Pls do not go here waste of money for this price u get very good place nearby. Fake reviews are given in Google I hope the management team itself done with the reviews.

    Located at a prime place. This hotel is having good rooms, however the service needs to be improved. Good thing is they are responsive. Basic amenities like soap, bath towel, drinking water needed to be asked for. Restaurant is not functioning at present due to pandemic.

    Worst experience. The whole process of checking in was a nightmare. Booked via OYO was denied checkin saying the booking id was unavailable. The property manager was unreachable via phone. Even after oyo customer care asked to let us checkin they denied checkin saying id was not proper even after producing original aadhaar card and e-aadhaar card. They finally asked us to cancel oyo booking and book directly with them. All this was early in the morming at 5am for 1-2 hrs. Even after paying twice the amount they charged us extra at checkout by withholding our ids. Highly rude and unprofessional staff with no care and only after money. Please do not choose this property even if its the only hotel left.

    All negative reviews are 100% true. I myself had same experience. They requested more money on arrival although I had paid OYO. Moreover the staff was not even present at reception desk. They were away somewhere and we had to wait for a very long. This hotel is not at recommended for any person.

    They are simply fraudsters, I booked the hotel from MMT, when I arrived at the hotel they denied my check in, I was with my family and lot of luggage. Please don't prefer MMT, they haven't refund the amount, their executives were simply pass the time on calls. A BIG NO to both!!!!!!

    Very bad experience. Lift not working as we stayed in third floor we needed lift. There's no service man Bathroom full of water Bathroom smells bad Remote not working so we didn't use tv No wifi. From outside hotel looks good and big. My plan was to invite my friends to my room so tha we can spend sometime then I changed my plan. Overall hotel management as to take big step to increase business as it is located in prime location they will get easily business.

    Worst Experience! Avoid. - 3 days stayed The room charging point is not properly working. Door handles moving. Only soap you gets as toiletries. Cleanliness of the bathroom is average. Wifi connection is not reliable, disconnecting very often. Don't book with breakfast, they buy and give food from outside that too with following up. If you book for business purpose, they don't give GST Bill. It is definitely not professional, not even 2 star. Strictly avoid.

    Had booked through Fab hotels. First Fab hotels reservations confirmed extra bed and calculated a cost with discount. When we reached the hotel, they had received no such note. Fab also backed out and werevery rude. When we were checking out we get a text from Fab hotels, that they have received a message that we did use the booking. They say give us proof that you are there are we make your stay free. Fab/ Gunas management are all fraudulent. Tax evasion? Wonder what to conclude?

    Room good but very very poor maintenance. What they promised while booking nothing is provided. We occupied only at night by 9.00 P. M. Plug points not proper, No Drinking water provided. Kettle, coffee/Tea available in the room for us to prepare n have was told while booking. All Zero.. Nothing is provided. Restaurant not there. Complementary break fast available said, but nothing. Totally disappointed without these facilities what they promised was nit given.. This is an OYO HOTEL.. very bad experience.

    Recently stayed there for 2 days from 29th oct.to 31 st oct.2 thre e bedded room, Rooms are neat.Staff highly helpful.Only towels they gave are floor mat ,after complaint gave 3 oyo towels.Paid 4700 for 2 days,for 6 people.Very cheap.Corona has indeed made hotels look pathetic.

    Full fake stay ,they take booking in oyo and they reject once we reach the hotel don't trust and go to this hotel very wrong management,cheating people, fraud ,in middle of night they take more payment from other customers and reject our booking, now too in online rooms are available they are scam dont belive this hotel and management dont go with family fraud people

    Big rooms but not clean, No towels, No soap, No Shampoo, No room Service, No TV, AC need to wait for 15 minutes to start working 😊. No Maintenance, there will be 2 receptionist always, but no use.

    I had a worst experience. Not customer friendly and service was very bad. They dint have a hygiene rooms, the bedspread were dirt and Television did not work. They have slippery floors. They charge very high. And they dint respond in a quiet manner. I really worry for staying in this hotel. Kindly do not stay here and I strongly don't recommend here.

    Decent hotel, its spacious and very clean room. However, amenities were missing in the room and not the best hospitality, i even had to pay for water bottles
