This place is not a hotel , it is just a shopping complex with many shops and wine shop . If you are looking for hotel please do not travel so far and waste time and burn fuel

Old hotel ac not properly working if you book a non ac it will be good for you spending, clean and neat rooms , toilet but Dirty bedsheets.

Worst hotel ever I vesited in any trip. Poor room condition. It took 1/2 hr. for filling up a bucket in the bathroom. Hotel ambiance is also not good. I found beer bottles lying here & there. Not suggesting for family staying.

Me and friends stayed for 3 to 4 hours for relaxing. Well it's good for the people who wants a quick check in and go out for tourists places... reasonable rate and staff are well mannered.

Too much of "ants" and while you sleep at bed you will get "itching". I think they where maintaing is very bad and cleaning is so bad. I don't suggest this place... 😡😡

We stayed at this hotel for few hours. Very unfortunate we stepped in. We were 4, they showed 3 bedroom room, no water in taps. Shifted to 2 bedroom room. No hot water in room. In toilet flush is not working, we were putting water for flushing in bucket. Flush is not working!!! Served hot water in buckets. This is a hotel with acute water problem. Dirty, no maintenance. Never dream of Aiwhwarya Park to stay!

a very Good Hotel to stay in Gandhipuram,they charge very reasonable rent.. 100% safe for womens.

Its not good for family and if you are care about hygienic don't go to this hotel. I booked this hotel thru the app make my trip, they put good photos and offers and i booked this hotel. When i saw the hotel directly its totaly different from the photo. No AC , mosquitoes, sound of vehicles and you can't able to sleep.

1. Super unclean. 2. water from the restroom contains garbage in it coming from some old tank 3. No hot water. 4. Everything in that building is a century old. 5. Restrooms are veey dirty. 6. A box in the room was called as a TV. It's barely 15 inches. 7. Cable contains no stable channel, you have to re scan it everytime u need to watch. 8.beds sheets were stained 9.air condition had no usage at all. It was on ,but not cooling , I was sweating all night. 10. It's called a hotel. But its not.lodge is the right way..Coz there are no facilities like a hotel. 11. Bed quality was bad..I couldn sleep all night. Spoke to the owner, he asked me in giving a good review. I was actually thinking to give an average. But when I got water with some worm like garbage in it..I gave up..this is literslly the worst place I have ever stayed..it costed me 1500 Rs..but it wasn even worth 300. The owner was blaming on the customers saying eveyone is drunk, hence the bad review. From his talk what I understood well was.instead of blaming on the customer..maybe they should improve their services.

Please do not book this place. Full of mosquitoes and no bedsheets in the room.

Not to recommend. Dirty rooms. No water in bathrooms. Common bathrooms. No facilities as shown in pictures. They do not have accept the bookings through make my trip(MMT). No response from MMT. Very sad. Helpless. No water, no cleanliness in this hotel

It's just OK as OK can be. :) Nothing fancy but joy water shower and a/c. No room service, intermittent WiFi, noisy as it's near the road... thin mattress on a ply wood bed though. The manager seems nice and helpful.

Not maintained properly. Please do some repair works.

Bhoot bunglow(Ghost house) coz so old , un maintained

The rooms would be not upto mark but could be used for bath and fresh up. The property owner was friendly and was welcoming.
