Very bad hospitality. We went there for 4 times, this was our fifth time we reached hotel by night 9.30 and then they asked us to vacate by morning 11 though we asked for an extension and we were ready to pay still they told it can't be extended. We had our bus at night 9 o clock we told them our reason but still they didn't consider our request. Very much disappointed by their approach. HR Residency nearby is far more better than RJ Grand. My opinion is HR Residency is the best and a good one, now we shifted to HR Residency.

Very worst RECEPTIONIST with rude behaviour using abusive words towards customers. He thought that he owned that property. When I complained about tv not working and room cleanliness they didn't replaced it. After check out the receptionist called me, used ABUSIVE WORDS THREATENED ME NOT TO COME TO THAT PROPERTY AGAIN in an arrogant way because of I asked about tv. Management should take strict action against him. Otherwise, It will give a bad name to your hotel. As a loyal customer of rj grand for the past one year I felt very bad because of his behaviour. Here after I won't book at rj grand thank you.

Denied checkin saying couples are not allowed , but they have mentioned they welcome couples on all their Online platforms !

We booked room through oyo app 2 days before itself. When we called the hotel for confirmation of our room they treated badly and scolded us using bad words and said no rooms and refused to refund our amount. They said "do whatever you want, you can't do anything we will not give your money back " very worst behaviour . They cut the call in the middle of the argument. Please don't book this hotel if you want peacefull stay. Worst hotel i have ever seen

Worst staff behavior and language is very rough. He has fought with foul words and also initiated a fight. The owner is careless about the customer they should fire the receptionist.

1. Very dirty bedsheets and pillow covers with stains all over them. 2. Untidy room 3. Dirty washroom 4. No electricity supply 5. AC was leaking water into the room No action was taken even after we requested repeatedly. Nice location though. Don't go by the pictures they have uploaded in OYO room application.

I booked the room for 2 days and I had to extend 1 day. They charged 250 Rs extra over the OYO price. I was told that they were not gonna approve my booking if i booked via OYO. No cleanliness. The bedsheets were torn and stained. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly. No hot water. Rust appliances in both bedroom and bathroom. 1 light was not working. Frequent powercuts. Dead slow wifi. No basic amenities given such as soaps and water. I stayed for three days nobody came to clear out the dustbin because of which i had to stuff them on the table i used to eat. This hotel has all the qualities which a hotel shouldn’t possess.

One of the worst hotel i have never ever seen. T v not working TV remote broken No room service for 3 days No drinking water No hot water All bedsheets and pillows were dirty No lock in the door No one knock the door for service for 3 days. RS 3800 for 3 days not worth .Totally local hotel worth only for RS 500.

I was coming from Mumbai for office work, I was booked this hotel online I was reach hotel location at morning. I was requested to hotel person early check in with extra pay, they denied my request with very rude behaviour and say get out fro here. I was cancelled my booking with no refund. Very bad experience.

Extremely overrated lodge. Worst experience a family can possibly get. Staff was minding his own business and acting as if it's our job to fix the pipes. Extremely rude and unconcerned behavior. This lodge deserves below average ratings. Living in the streets was better than being here

Please don't book from Oyo . Oyo people are not visiting and keeping the sites good . Used pillows old building and uncleaned mattress. Don't trust the pictures posted . The staff was not cooperative please don't bool for couple.

It was very bad experience especially when it's family matters atleast reception has to attend properly, there is no room service and if we ask for hotwater for bath reception will neglect to arrange hot water,,I felt this type of room not preferred for families.. full waste of money

Rooms quality is not good. AC are working properly and maintenance required. No geyser is available in bathroom. Overall I am not satisfied

Overall good for a short stay .. bathrooms are well cleaned and need to fix their AC duct systems .The rooms are also clean . pretty much good for friends and students also. plenty of restaurants available nearby . The location is easily accessible.

Don't stay there if you are with a female. It has BAR on its ground floor. And you will have to pass through that every single time you go in and out. They only provide packed water bottles and charge for it.

I stayed last week in RJ hotel, bed sheet and toilet and thappal bed are not clean so all those who come with family should not stay in this hotel.Very ugly hotel very dirty old building not clean photo old photo they are cheating on the net People staying with family should choose another hotel, please don't be fooled like me, thanks

The room space was good, but there is not room service or they have not even give a bottle of water as compliment. Also there is no hot water facility in the bathroom (one have to carry hot water from near the lift. I have reached around 5 am on 2nd August 2022 with my family and I have requested the person in the reception for a room or some kind of dormitory till the check in time (ie 12 pm), but he bluntly refused saying there is no room or dormitory facilities in their campus. Due to this I have spent another few hundreds for 6 hours, which can be avoided if the hotel helps it's customer. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you so much

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was ok except for some minor inconveniences. TV remote control was not available (I did not complain as i don't watch TV) Air conditioning remote control was not working. They replaced the battery when i pointed it out. Bedsheet was ok but the duvet had holes in then from multiple washes. Table was dirty and oily most likely from spilled food. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and i had to ask them to remove the ashtray from the room. The biggest complaint i have is about the washroom. It reminded me of the old dirty toilets in Indian Railways 20 years ago. Dirty walls, stained closets and tiles, Washbasin drain was leaking and was spilling sewage water on my foot. No hot water in the washroom. Fortunately they have a water heater located outside the room in the hallway from which you can get hot water. Air condition condensation pipe was placed in the washroom because of which there was constant water dripping from the AC I would have given 1 star. But i slept well and hence i raised it to 2 stars

Reception staff was extremely rude. He was very annoyed bec he was disturbed while watching Cricket match. No proper response for room enquiry, his whole concentration was on the match and he was extremely rude .

The room doesn't have window door and wash basin flush not working and the bath room water fully stagnated in the floor hot water not come .Intercom not working .In this hotel room service person one single member is not there everything u have to do it inur own.receptionist behaviour was very arrogant and rude ..Main thing we visit directly but check out time is morning even we booking in online check out time is 11am Not worth to stay in these kind of hotel

The location is really good but the room sucked. Was so dirty and dusty. The lamps behind the bed and the fan was covered with thick dust. During checkin they did not allow us to pay with booking. Com the app with booked with.

One of worst Oyo room . Even the property manager are also not good . Very very worst room and not cleaned. No hot water. Bedsheet very dirty and bathroom not clean. Kindly don't prefer this hotel and cost is high.

I have booked a classic room, the rooms are very much pathetic & i would want no one to have the kind of treatment given to customers saying that this is what they could do. The room has noisy AC & FAN, Bedsheets & Bedspreads have all the stains.. No tap water in the wash basin. Rusty showerhead. Im just baffled seeing this kind of a pathetic hotel in a High street like RS PURAM.

Worst hotel in Coimbatore. I know there are fake reviews which trapped me but check Google recent reviews you'll face the same things I faced. 1. Pillows have fungus all over them 2. Bed sheet and blankets had a lot of stains. 3.Flush don't work. 4. Water pressure almost nill. Can't use jett spray and all. 5. Very rude and arrogant receptionist, even after I complained they didn't even respond to oyo agents properly. Room will look recent but approximately all amenities are spoilt . Same price I got a good place through oyo which was far worth it. Won't recommend it to anyone. Rooms are not spacious, bathroom is not clean,but ok. Bed was clean, room was clean, The lift is old type ,you have to manually open and close the lift door. No visitors allowed even for 5min, not even male friends, No room service. No hospitality. But if you looking for a place to sleep in R S puram in Coimbatore, Yes you can book, it's not worth the money, but still you won't be disappointed either. In simple words, A good place to stay as couples in R S puram, But don't expect premium quality and service. but it's a good place to stay with getting disappointed.

I had no issue with the hotel and the service only issue is with the checkout and the payment, my plan was to till Monday 26th April, there was a lock down imposed on Sunday I had to check out Saturday itself, when I asked for the refund at front desk they were not that helpful, I was informed by them to contact oyo customer support even that was not very helpful and I was in loss of the amount I paid, I heard oyo service was the best but after this experience I'm never going to book it through oyo at all, I hope at least this comment reaches the head office of oyo
