Very worst hotel and service i have ever experienced. We have booked it through OYO during Jan last week. When we visited around 2 am, it was said that no booking made and they don't have any rooms. We were forced to get single bed room for 5 persons without any extra pillows, bed spreads, bed sheets and without hot water and no parking for cars for an additional amount. They actually double book each and every room and said OYO double booked without any notification to us... It looked like a complete smoking and liquor area. Not at all opt for families. We didn't have any other option at 2 am in the night that too after 500 km of travel..

The most Worst worst rooms i ever seen. The pictures shown in oyo for this hotel is not at all matching. The whole hotel corridors and rooms are full of cigar smell and alcohol smell. The rooms are not clean and bathroom taps and faucets are not working. The chairs are full with dust, stains and fungus. The staff is not supportive. They will not provide towel, soap nothing. They dont even bother to respond properly. The bedsheet is full of stains. Really a Horrible place to stay, so immediately left the hotel. I have booked this hotel in oyo. So raised a complaint. The hotel staff is not bothered to talk with oyo customer care also.

The worst experience I had from Coimbatore. We had booked hotel through MakeMyTrip For an acre, but they tell that there is no AC room available. And after cut discussion with makemytrip they give us AC Room We cannot tell that it is AAC rule. The ac is not working properly The room was such a disgusting room. Very very poor customer care hygiene. I booked a room of 1000 for around 660rs on oyo offer and when i reach here they said i have to pay fully and there is no other option. Then why do they put their price on oyo of they cannot give room for that price. Also the behavior of staff was really bad . We friends had been on trip and chose this hotel through the website. But they fool you by charging extra for each and everything. The rooms are too untidy and stinky. The sheets and pillow covers are dirty. The room is full of cockroaches. Over all worst experience.

I was travelling from rameswaram to coimbatore. I reach coimbatore around 4 am then I went to this hotel. On arrival there was guy name kanan, he chargee extra rs 500 for early arrival instead of letting me wait or rest in waiting hall bcos he knows in the early hour where sud I keep on searching for hotel with all that luggage. With that extra rs 500 I made payment for the room which is also he charge me extra more amount, by cash not thru oyo app. After that he allot me a room which is like hell instead of the room of he shown to me on arrival. I went the room but could not stay there for more then 3 to 4 hrs. So I went to reception if room could be change or cancelled. But reply was, room cannot be changed and if I want to cancelled, they said it sud be thru the oyo app. But I didn't made payment thru oyo app. How would oyo knows I made payment for room. This hotel is scam. Never stay. Most unhygienic, rude attitudes. Guys never stay in this hotel.

I have never seen such an horrible place. No basic accessories like mirror, cloth hanger. Room 105. They had a air blower which they named as Air Conditioner and charges 300 rupees extra for that. Plz don't choose this place. Its just roadside. Gives a feeling whether am I lying in the road or bed. Juz spend some 500 extra and get a professional room service places.

Location was OK.. sheets were very dirty.. they do not provide towels soaps water bottle.. towels were provided on request , that too was stained, and not clean..washrooms were also not cleaned properly.. toilet was clean.. I think rate was pretty less , so they provided such room.. might have better room for higher price..

Poor Staff! Denied checkin demanding extra money and I had to contact OYO customer care to get things sorted. No AC and TV provided though it’s promised when you ask they say you need to upgrade. The devices are in the room but it’s disconnected. The Rooms and Maintain is Pathetic. Don’t get fooled by the pictures shown on the websites. Very unfriendly staff. I checked out earlier because of the poor service and they didn’t refund. I will never recommend this to anyone!!!

Room was pathetic. The washrooms were stinky. The room wasn't worth 300 ruppee. Don't know how it got included in OYO. Bedsheet had some stains. Room's floor was sticky. No ventilation. It was so horrible that we checked OUT within 30-35 mins, even though it was 2am in the night. And then we shifted to another hotel.

The worst room bed and pillow cover is very old. The bathroom is not clean, no water complements, No soap , Morning 6 to 8 only you will get hot water. The outside building looks very grand but totally waste

It's an okayish place in budget. The rooms are small and cleanliness was just okay. Check in and check out are easy peasy. It's couple friendly too. But the area it resides is worth it. Rspuram is a good place and evening out would give you a nice vibe. You have a veg restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel. You have parking area inside the gate too. For the budget, it's good. Affordable and okayish.

I stayed at this hotel in coimbatore. We usually stayed out throughout the day and didn't use the hotel during daytime. Still the rooms and service was not up to the mark. The bed sheets were not clean and the AC was not working. The location of the hotel is comparatively good and there are restaurants nearby where you can have a good dinner and lunch.

Overall very bad experience, at the time of booking (Agoda) it was offering ÀC room, but reception denied that and allotted non AC room. It's far from coimbatore railway station. Room and bed was completely dirty. No water supply at all. Never recommended to anyone.

The best place to give punishment with tons of insects on beds to the person you do not like. Even the insects are trained by professional staff and have their shift to come on duty only in nights.

Room is of small size. Budget is also low for non AC rooms. And if you are booking through Oyo then you will be able to book only non AC rooms. Eventhough they show photos having AC rooms.

Receptionist was very helpful in room allotment. Room is clean ,but bedcover was showing signs of dirt despite washing. Check in time was very absurd ,need to be changed to 7.00 am or 8.00 am from 12.00 am.

Rooms are cheap but they are not good. Full of bed bugs and unclean bedsheets and rooms are not well maintained. I have had a bad experience staying here. We had gone with family. They knew, so they should have arrangement with Oyo where they can refuse family stay. Hotel is for Couple only. They refused to provide us extra bed. Rooms were not clean. Spider web were there. So I won't suggest this hotel to anybody.

We were denied stay there because of certain policies around family stay. I have no problem around the policy, but the hotel staff was rude when I asked them that they could have published their policy on the booking website. The hotel also looked very dirty and unhygienic, so I am happy that I did not stay there. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Very sad service from oyo and hotel team. Charged against breakfast while booking and when we asked for breakfast they replied to take breakfast from next restaurant outside hotel. And they say there is no breakfast in the package. And called 5 times to oyo customer care. Just putting call on hold and not replying. The worst experience in my travel plans.

I had booked a single room. It was not well maintained at all. No soap in bathroom and shower wasn't working. There was no dustbin either. It's almost 3km from Coimbatore Junction railway station so the auto wala charges around ₹150. I tried using ola but no services were available at that time.

There was no plug point for the tv to be connected and no remote also. When we told the staff they didnt even care to do something or give another room. Even after making an online payment they took extra 100 rs as we had booked an AC room. The staff was so bad at communicating and they made us wait for so long and took extra money. There were no blankets provided, wen we asked for it they told only bed is included not sheets like what the hell! I dont think i will ever book this hotel again. The hotel locates at a centre point of coimbatore town, but the service was worst and the room was also not good. It was not cleaned properly and also not maintained well. I was charged for AC room but the AC in the room was just a dummy. Regarding bathroom, the shower pipe was broken and also not clean. Service also not good. Stayed for one night. Single room for ₹600/night. Nice location. Staff are supportive. Fan is noisy and AC stops suddenly. Lights don’t on will you insert key sometimes. Little stinky.

Had booked and paid upfront AC room for 3 pax on Oyorooms. On check in was asked to pay additional amount . No receipt was given for this payment despite multiple requests . Toilet WC was unserviceable and in dilapidated condition. No TV signal throughout the stay . No drinking water provided in rooms . Soiled linen / bed sheets . Poor maintenance. Emails to OYOROOMS escalations team and tweets to CEO doesn't help .
